"The room was clean and spacious enough for the three of us, and the service was good value for the price. Access from the room to the pool was very convenient. The swimming pool is large and suitable for both kids and adults, with shallow areas on both sides for non-swimmers and deeper sections in the middle for more confident swimmers. Breakfast was plated and reasonable for its price. The room tended to be a bit humid, and the pool had a strong chlorine level, so using swimming goggles may be helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"The hotel is located right on Alona Beach. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There's a main pool and a beachfront pool, both quite nice. The hotel staff were all incredibly warm and friendly, always ready to help with any needs or issues. Room cleaning was prompt, happening about one to two times a day, and they even offered turn-down service. There are two restaurants serving breakfast, and the beachfront one felt a bit more extensive. The beachfront restaurant also has a dinner buffet in the evenings, which is 990 pesos per person for hotel guests – excellent value for money with a good variety of dishes. The location is convenient, about a 10-minute drive from the airport. Definitely a top choice hotel on Alona Beach."

"It’s right where the action is and you can’t beat the price too much because of that location in Alison’s beach .,it’s not on the Sand however but close . One thing should be said NO TV IN ANY ROOM WHICH IS SHOCKING IN THIs DAY AND AGE . Beware of this in Panglao it seems kinda common at certain price points"

"This hotel offers excellent value for money; I'd highly recommend it to any friends visiting Bohol. **Facilities:** No mini-fridge, which I suggest they improve. The local weather is hot, and it's inconvenient when you want a cold drink or ice cream in your room. **Cleanliness:** Very clean. The pool is meticulously cleaned every day. **Environment:** It's quite close to Alona Beach. The hotel offers a shuttle service, and even if you take a tricycle back on your own, it's not expensive. There's a decent-sized supermarket about a ten-minute drive away. **Service:** The front desk and staff are all very friendly and enthusiastic."

"The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby, including Jollibee, a famous Filipino fried chicken chain. It's also super handy that the meeting point for island hopping tours is right next to the McDonald's next door. The airport isn't too far either. The hotel's airport transfer service was great; the driver was really friendly and we chatted the whole way. Ewwan at the front desk provided exceptional service, being very patient and even helping me register my SIM card on the first day. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast starts at 6 AM, but on days when I had an early island hopping trip, I could get breakfast at the restaurant as early as 5:30 AM, which is a huge plus! The hotel shares a compound with Henann Resort Alona Beach, right next to each other. When I moved from one to the other, the reception even gave me a shuttle ride, which was fantastic."

"So, Only Seed Hotel... hmm, where do I start? The room was okay, but you know when the pics online look way better? Yeah, that. I think they use photos of, like, all their rooms for the standard king, 'cause I was picturing something bigger. The shower was a struggle – was the water even hot? Who knows! The separate toilet and shower thing? Cute idea, but brrr! Still freezing in there because of the gaps up top. And OMG, when my hubby showered, the toilet flooded! The seal is a joke. And the bidet? Let's just say it's like a power washer for your lady bits. Ouch! But hey, free water! That's a win. And the breakfast? Sarap! Not too salty, just right. I was shook when they brought out the whole spread – fruit, coffee, juice... all of it! Tapsilog was on point. They even nailed the eggs – sunnyside up for me, cooked yolk for the hubs. Plus, a whole plate of watermelon each! The juice and coffee were legit. The pool looked Insta-worthy, but we were zonked from our countryside tour. Plus, it closes early. The location's a bit out of the way, but there's street food nearby for when you're tipid. Not the best grub, but busog is busog, right? Would I stay again? Ewan ko. The staff were super nice, though. But no phones in the room? Ugh, gotta trek to the front desk next door for everything. "We stayed for 10 nights in a Standard Double Room located in the West Wing. The room was very clean and well-kept, with daily housekeeping and a very comfortable bed. Air-conditioning and lighting were just right, making the room ideal for rest or work. Wi-Fi was 90% stable, with only occasional drops. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to Alona Beach and close to shops and dining options. The hotel has a pool and a “Chada” restaurant that serves some of the most delicious food we had in Bohol. One thing to note is that the building has no elevator, which can be inconvenient if you’re traveling with large suitcases like we were. Fortunately, the staff were incredibly helpful and assisted us with our luggage during check-in and check-out. That level of service really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Everyone on staff was friendly, approachable, and attentive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and overall, the property felt well-managed. For the price we paid, this was excellent value for money. I’d happily recommend it to others—especially if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and great food without breaking the bank."

The walk to Alona Beach takes about 10–15 minutes, which is farther compared to other hotels in the area. Inside the room, mosquitoes were a problem, and the air conditioning left the floor damp and uncomfortable. The linen and blanket provided were very thin, making sleep less cozy and not ideal for longer stays. Overall, Greenfields Tourist Inn is fine if you’re looking for a budget-friendly option with basic amenities, but expect compromises in comfort and convenience."
