"Hotel itself was good and beat if you have kids.
The only problems I encountered.
1. Hotel website had technical glitch on their system which expose my data to scammer.. Scammers started texting me pretending they are from the hotel staff. Though operational manager mentioned me that they are doing improvements.. Unfortunately personal information was already leaked out.
2. Easter egg hunt was not fully organized.
They cannot controlled the parents going in front and kids are running everywhwre during the activities.
Egg hunting was not so good because some of kids did not get any eggs.
Overall just good but not awesome I think this the 2nd and last time I will visit the hotel."

"It's a bit far from the malls and the road going there is a bit off the beaten path, but the employees are kind and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and the ambiance is lovely. Even though the surroundings are a bit old, the inside of the hotel is still very beautiful. The pool isn't that big, but it's aesthetically pleasing 🫶🏻"

"We stayed at Rangya hotel last Feb13-14, and it waa a really pleasant experience for our family of 4. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable - exactly what we needed for a short getaway. While there were a few amenities we were hoping for, like slippers, breakfast or a mini ref, we understand it's already has a very cheap room price, and the essentials were definitely there. The beds were cozy, and my kids were genuinely happy with the room. The staff were also very nice, helpful and pleasant, which made the stay even better. The location is a huge plus too, with easy access to nearby establishments, especially restaurants. Overall, it was a short stay but a very nice one, and we appreciated how convenient and family-friendly it felt."

"At first i was disappointed because it's a long walk from the parking area to the room assigned to us plus the steps that you need to walk through.
Then i realized i needed to walk and release some sweat.
The hotel's facade is quiete tricky. It looks small but when you enter it's big.
The swimming pool is very clean the staff spent a long time cleaning the area.
There's a safe and cute hanging bridge and the spa and jacuzzi are also available.
The staff are very accomodating. Their patience is remarkable. Thank you for your kindness. God bless you all.

"We had a wonderful stay at The Lake Hotel Tagaytay. Initially, I felt a bit worried after reading some negative reviews after booking, but our experience turned out to be the complete opposite.
Everything exceeded our expectations—from the excellent service to the quality of the food. The staff were very accommodating and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel was also not crowded, which made the atmosphere more relaxing and enjoyable.

"The hotel staffs were accommodating. However, upon checking in, supplies like tissue paper and bottled waters weren't sufficient with the duration of our stay. Yes, it can be requested, but we somehow expected to have at least 2 rolls of tissue for a family of five that's staying for 3d&2n. The location of the hotel is not really accessible for someone who doesn't have a car though they provide shuttle services around the vicinity of the hotel only (it is not what is advertised that we saw on socials). Ride-hailing apps aren't available in the area and metered taxi arrangements are too expensive for a short trip.
Free breakfast are also offered in buffet style and plated (depending on the day). It was good.
The Bar Cielo is something I would recommend to only have an experienced but not something to return to.
Amenities like games have a discount if you're an in-house guest. Heated pool and gym are the only amenities you can enjoy for free.
In a nutshell, the treatment of the staffs are great. The location and availability of tnvs makes the stay stressful. The experience to the hotel was worth coming back bringing our own car.

"Overall happy with my stay. The room was comfortable; the property is conveniently located by the highway. (caveat, at night you will hear motorists pass by but this should be already taken into account given clear proximity) Staff were friendly and accommodating; I felt attended to as a guest.
There is on-site parking however limited but I attribute this to my timing of stay; there was a multi-day event hosted at the same time so I feel the lack of parking was taken up by participants staying at the hotel who arrived earlier in the week.
The breakfast buffet was not excellent, but not inedible either. You get what you pay for. The dining area was clean and orderly so at least there's that.
I slept well here, I'm generally happy to have booked this as my accommodation."

"The place is far more beautiful than how it is described online. A good view of Taal is what makes it magnificent for visitors and couples who want to escape the noise of Metro. Excellent quality service for a decent price. Complete amenities and the room is very spacious. It has its own TV, refrigerator for storing food and a large mirror. The toilet is also separated from the shower. Free breakfast is also great. The hotel has its own parking lot for guests. Overall, the place is great. Will probably get back here. LLARAINE KYNA CHANOne of the best I've stayed at so far in Tagaytay. Their amenities are kid- and family-friendly, plus the cleanliness of their rooms and bathrooms are superb. They have a perfect location as well. I would also like to give credit to their staff for being warm and accommodating. I will surely come back and stay with them again.

AAlliahkimMy girlfriend and I had a great stay in Via Appia, I love the place, staffs are great, they also have complimentary drink that you can upgrade with special turon for ₱150, it tastes unique with a twist. It’s a must try.
And they didn’t mention that the place gets romantic at night!!! This is perfect for couples who wants to unwind in a peaceful, romantic with a great scenery. Forgot to take pic but they also have the best sunset 🌅

GGuest UserThe plus of Taal Vista Hotel: Good service, acceptable food quality, incredible view, very nice spa/wellness center, good location.
The cons of Taal Vista Hotel: rooms should have been renovated at least 5 years ago (but fair size). They just started with one small part of the building, but at this speed, expect 5 more years. Also, we could hear our room neighbours receiving sms (ping!), just as an indication of the level of privacy! Swimming Pool is small and there is no real gym.
We won't go again.

GGuest UserLee Botique Hotel is well placed if you arent really going around Tagaytay. Is is accessible to the main road, and you have the option of going through CALAX or Sta. Rosa Tagaytay Road. And it is literally across the road from Concordias.
We booked a suite. It was spacious, with a rustic cozy feel.
The downsides to it is that the suite could use more sound proofing as you can hear the vehicles along the road from the bed. It also appears that there is a need to improve their balcony door, as strong winds tend to cause it to slam, which is not good for sleep. Also, the electronic lock on the appears to be malfunctioning during our stay. Thus, we had to get assisted whenever we returned in order to get the room opened. Finally, the property wifi leaves much to be desired as disconnection and slow speeds are common.
The property has heated water for baths and its own parking space.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration.
We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable.
The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning.
One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together.
Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable.

The rooms are spacious enough for a family, and the beds are large and comfortable, easily accommodating two people. The toiletries provided were satisfactory, and overall, the rooms were quite clean. However, we did notice a few small insects and some dust on the bed, likely due to the trees surrounding the area. We just want to add some suggestion for a much great experience for others: Just add some kitchenware like bowls, knife, etc. For bathroom, a bucket will be helpful and lastly, disposable slippers.
