"How should I evaluate it? The front desk service is still very good, because my family had a wounded man with a broken leg and crutches. I specially arranged the first floor and showed me first. But when I entered the hall, the cleaner was mopping the floor and the floor was slippery. My patient fell again and was injured twice. The most important thing is that, for some reason, Ctrip sent a text message saying that we did not check in and deducted another time. I wonder if it's a Ctrip problem or a hotel problem? In short, the communication is not smooth. This is the second time that the check-in information cannot be checked for repeated deductions during this trip to the US Causes us a lot of trouble. I hope Ctrip will pay attention to it instead of blocking my comments"

"The concierge was nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean. I love how quiet this hotel was even though we came with kids and there are other families with kids. I do wish the staff in the kitchen area were nicer and more helpful though. They didn't give an announcement about closing the breakfast area off and just started pulling the curtain to close on people, which I thought was quite rude. Besides this, our trip was amazing and everyone else at the hotel were really nice."

"Hotels in the United States are relatively expensive, and this room is good for this price.
Hotels of this level are basically carpeted and dark in color. Is it a bit of luck to keep them clean? In fact, it is quite difficult to keep them very clean. The carpet can only be vacuumed once, not deeply cleaned.
There are no facilities nearby when staying here. It is mainly for walking back to the hotel after playing in Lego Land. Otherwise, I would not stay here for the same price.
Let’s talk about Legoland again. Unless you are a Lego fan under 6 years old, there is no need to come. The things inside are relatively childish. People over 6 years old will find it boring."

GGuest UserThe hotel was very clean. The only issue is the bedrooms were a little small and there is no house keeping every day. So you will have to make up your bed and take out your own trash. House keeping on 2nd or 3rd day of stay so basically when you check out. Th e food was outstanding and they have many selections for all types of eaters. I just wished they had actual creamers not syrups. Either way I will be staying there again if going that route in our vacation again. Front desk are very nice and helpful. The pool was very clean and jacuzzi was very nice also. Over all a great hotel stay.

The Jacuzzi unfortunately, was not heating properly when we were there, so was not able to enjoy.
The pool is in the front of the Resort next to a very popular restaurant. It’s not very quiet and not relaxing to set at.  they have a beautiful green lawn that overlooks the ocean with lots of lounging chairs that is decently, quiet and relaxing.
The elevator is slow and old, and I preferred to use the stairs.
 the king size bed was very comfortable to sleep in.
We enjoyed having a little kitchen that we were able to keep leftover food in and reheat .

YYABreakfast is OK, you can park for free, I play with my friends, safe. Very close to Legoland. The standard room is 2 beds, each bed is relatively large, can sleep 2 adults, my friends and their children, 4 people a room. Good value for money.

Outlet is less than 5 minutes drive from the hotel, recommend the Grand Pacific Hotel to Legoland, walk no more than 10 minutes

RRUIThe front desk service was huge. We arrived at the hotel at around 12 o'clock in the evening. We had a long-distance drive all day. We thought that the sheraton service could not be bad. I knew that the front desk was a fat white man. When I checked in, I kept rolling my eyes all the time. When I applied for membership, I was too sleepy and didn't respond. I asked a question. The front desk immediately replied, ”I am very busy today, don't ask me to see it yourself.” At that time, I thought it might be too late. The front desk had emotions, and it was true that in April, it was obvious that the trash was a hostile phenomenon. After the completion of the process, I did not tell me how to find the room, just an understatement, ”Go through the door.” As a result, there was only 3 floors in the back of the lobby, and our room number was 50. I asked him back. He confirmed that he was on the 5th floor. He immediately left the lobby and told him not to look back. In desperation, I had to bite the scalp on the third floor. Fortunately, I met a couple of black couples who went downstairs to buy wine in the middle of the night. They were very friendly and said that they also found a room for a long time during the day. The actual situation is that the sheraton hotel and the next resort share the lobby and porch. You need to go upstairs through the hotel room corridor, find a glass door at the end, swipe the card and then take the elevator to the resort floor. On the night of the check-in, I sent a complaint letter to the Shereton complaint mailbox. It has been two months since I saw it. Today I saw the app reminder comment. GGuest UserLove to travel, we always stayed at Westin, always great experience. Booked the Omni resort and spa not knowing anything about it but liked reviews. Once we pulled into resort we were pleasantly surprised. WOW was first word we said. This place is SPECTACULAR, FANTASY ISLANDfor those old enough to remember. WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE THIS PLACE. GO to check in for SUNDAY and MONDAY my mistake I did not have reservations for SUNDAY. Angel at the front desk said ”no worries I will take care of everything ” SHE WAS TREMENDOUS, upgraded us to GREAT ROOM. I cannot say enough things about this resort from the valet team to front desk to room service GREAT. I WILL ONLY STAY AT OMNI RESORTS from now on. I GIVE THIS RESORT 10 STARS.
