We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The room was simply magnificent, very clean, comfortable for a family with children, comfortable beds. The bathroom was wonderful, I really enjoyed taking a bath. It was great to have a washing machine, this is really a big advantage in the hotel. The children had a great time in the water park on the roof! We would be happy to come again! one remark: there was no clothesline available.

During a recent 12-day hotel stay, I encountered several disappointing experiences that left a sour impression of what was supposed to be a relaxing trip. From the very start, the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist set the tone. She was not polite, lacked basic customer service skills, and struggled to handle even simple requests. Her dismissive attitude and inability to provide clear communication were frustrating, especially after a long journey. To make matters worse, the room I was assigned was not the city-view room I had specifically reserved and paid for in advance. Instead, I was given a room with a less desirable view, and when I brought this to the receptionist’s attention, she seemed uninterested and offered no immediate solution. It wasn’t until much later, after repeated complaints, that any effort was made to address the issue, which made me feel undervalued as a guest. Adding to the inconvenience, the hotel’s internet was unreliable for the first three days of my stay. Despite advertising high-speed connectivity, the Wi-Fi was either painfully slow or completely unavailable, making it nearly impossible to get work done or stay connected with family and friends. While the internet issue was eventually fixed, the delay was frustrating and avoidable had the hotel taken quicker action. Overall, these issues tarnished what could have been an enjoyable experience. A lack of professionalism, unmet expectations regarding the room, and poor handling of internet problems made this stay far less pleasant than anticipated.

Very excellent hotel...has got rooftop swimming pool. The rooms are quite nice with clean toilets and bathrooms. The staff is also very supportive and good lobby ambience. This is an express hotel so place is small but good option for clean and budget hotel in busy streets.

Everything was gorgeous! The staff is very good and friendly. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day! But there is one minus Indian men who do not live in the hotel pass to the hotel bypassing the guards through the elevator in the parking lot! Then they occupy the entire pool where they are litter and drink alcohol! I could not use the pool on this.

Quba Boutique Pattaya is a big place with 2 separate buildings but connected with a bridge. It’s a little bit old from my opinion. Location wise, it is in great location. it is a walking distance is good establishments and services of pattaya. Service of staffs is also 5/5 for me. Especially during breakfast of ours. You may also request sole things or amenities which is not in your room. Food is great and has so many options to take! Book your stay with a breakfast is a great idea.

this is my 2nd time stay in the same hotel and there is no regret to stay another time as well. if you compare property space location vs price you will not get the same in any premise in Pattaya. i am working in Bangkok so Pattaya is my 2nd home and stayed in many hotels, but this hotel is in my top 2 now. thanks.

Very nice hotel for the money, I think it’s worth every penny. Don’t go by the bad reviews as they are only partially correct. We upgraded to a superior room so we wouldn’t be in the back of the hotel. Also, as for the complaints about Indians and Middle Eastern people- the hotel caters to them, and even has half of the restaurant set up for their style of food. My son and I felt totally comfortable there. The staff is great from the front desk to the people who work in the kitchen to our room cleaning staff.- thank you all and I wish we could’ve gotten your name to show our appreciation of your service.

Highly impressive hotel in Pattaya. It's very close to pattaya beach. Hotel have a Swimming pool, it’s clean and big. Smoking zone also clean and stuffs very friendly. Their customer service are very professional & im impressed.
