Hotels in Ipanema, Rio de Janeiro

Well located, well organized, excellent service, the rooms are very tight, my had no ventilator and others had, this was missing during the day due to the difficulty of connecting the air conditioning. The cleaning was left to desire a little, the bed was dust and then the insight that I had made a while without a faxine.

Too noisy at night.

The staff that work here are awesome. Very friendly. The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast was great. The location is perfect. The room is furnished well. The air con worked perfect . Overall it was a perfect stay, no complaints. The bed and pillows were great as well . Highly recommend .

I went with my boyfriend (now my fiancé hahah) to celebrate our date anniversary, we were welcome, very good morning coffee, and they still gave us the opcay to leave the bags at the reception after check out to be able to lunch before returning to the airport, super recommended!

The room was clean. The hotel is relatively old, but the sanitation is good. The breakfast is also very good. The rooftop swimming pool and rooftop bar are in a great location and the security is also very good.

This is the best hotel in Rio de Janeiro if you are looking for a beach experience. The hotel is right in front of the beach in a safe part of it. You will have breakfast right in front of the beach, you get the best view from the rooftop pool (which is heated, for me is a plus). Negative points: cheapest room is incredibly small and has a terrible view. Recepcion is very busy all the time and 20% of the staff are not friendly, but the other 80% are. You can't expect them to book you a restaurant for example, and if they do they will not be very happy. My suggestions for Arpoador: i love your place, i have been there 3 times and i will return. It would be nice to have a welcome drink on arrival, and the pool upstairs could have some relaxing music. Also staff with a little more training would be perfect! Some of them are already perfect.

The hotel hosts parties in its restaurant until the early hours of the morning, at very high volume and without any acoustic treatment. Rude treatment in the restaurant.

Daisy is the best! She should get a raise for her hospitality and service. I felt safe as a solo female traveler, the location is also near the beach, safe and worry free. Room is spacious and clean! 10/10

The best thing at Atlantis Copacabana Hotel is the location, really strategic for the two beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema that are reachable in a few minutes walk. The hotel itself is good, the facilities are not very modern and my room was quite essential, but very clean. Wi-Fi is slow, but overall well-functioning. Breakfast is not particularly rich and varied, but standard products are available that make a good breakfast, and I recommend that all of them put the quality and richness of the services in the top.
