Old House was converted into a cool new small hotel, but there are a few very unintimate shortcomings. The first is that there is no elevator. If you are carrying a luggage on the third floor, it is very inconvenient. The second room and bathroom are super small and there is no mobile space. There is even no place to put your wallet key mobile phone. The room only has a small bedside table. Very inhumane. Even if you book two shelves on the wall, it is easy? Third, a little distance from the main scenic spots in the city

Great spot around the corner from Metro Universidad Católica. Plenty of places to eat, drink and be merry in close by too. Staff friendly and keen to share tips and recommendations. All in all, a great place to stay in Santiago!

Amazing big room, very well located in Santiago downtown. Very smooth check in and even allowed to enter in the room at 10:30 am.
Breakfast is quite sorted of options and very delicious .
I haven’t used the swimming pool because the water was too cold.
Excellent option for three days in Santiago.
Welcome drinks were an extra amazing thing.

Safe and convenient: Located in a commercial and residential community next to Av Alameda Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins Avenue, above the underground shopping mall, walking distance from the weapons square and the pedestrian street, there is no signboard on the avenue, it is difficult to find.
Cost-effective: refrigerator, microwave, kettle, beautiful mountain view.

Our room was internal with an obscured view into the lobby, so not great.
There was no fridge, tea or coffee facilities in the room.
The water was never more than Luke warm & the towels need renewal.
The rooms are sparce, but the bed & bedding were good.
The location was easy walk to St Lucia park ,& Metro..
Breakfast was ok.
Reception staff were very helpful

周辺の治安にはやや問題ありですが、ホテルのセキュリティはばっちりです。夜中に出歩かなければ問題ありません。
また部屋はとても清潔感があり、価格を考えるとコストパフォーマンスに非常に優れています。
フロントスタッフもフレンドリーですし、とてもおすすめです。

Please, don’t think twice about booking this place, as a solo traveler safety is my top priority and Amistar Apartment has it all, clean, safe, “Prime Location”just two minutes walk from Cerro Santa Lucía and 7 minutos from Plaza de Armas. Also easy access to tour guides and many Malls and gastronomic options. Gabriel and his team made sure to make feel at home away from home during my stay! Thanks for your excellent customer service. I’ll be forever grateful…

DDawei 007A very smart flat with everything you should need for a short stay in the capital. The flat was lovely, but I did find the neighbourhood a bit iffy! Very close to Metro Line 3 Parque Almagro, which I found very useful. Plenty of shops around should you need provisions or want to go out for a bite to eat.

柒柒This is the hotel I have stayed for the longest. Stayed for more than ten days. Front desk communication was not particularly ideal. Can change cash, breakfast is good. It is very close to the Weapons Square Museum, the subway station, the presidential palace. You can take a 7000 peso at the airport and you can sit there. Take a taxi. $ 30.

CChan Wai ShanOverall comfortable, just two subway stations to the old city, convenient. The only fly in the ointment is that the water tank must be manually adjusted in terms of flushing the toilet water, otherwise the sound of water will not stop ringing.
