"I used the apartment for the first time.
The layout of the room was fashionable, but the dust was terrible. The sofas, cushions and windows were also stained. The remote control of the TV was not able to be paired with the manufacturer different from the TV at all.
However, it was good because I was able to stay cheaply."

Amazing
GGuest UserWe recently stayed at Hotel Emion Sapporo during our family summer trip to Hokkaido, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our family room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed with comfort in mind. The beds were cozy, the bathroom was modern and well-equipped, and we especially appreciated the little amenities that made traveling with kids easier – from slippers and pajamas to a kettle for late-night tea. Staff were kind, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. Every member of the team seemed genuinely dedicated to making our stay comfortable. Whether you’re visiting Sapporo for the first time or returning, we wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Emion Sapporo. It made our summer family trip to Hokkaido extra special, and we would definitely love to stay here again.
GGuest UserAdvice: Ask the staff how to get from the hotel to Sapporo station instead of Google maps. They know a fast way that cars cannot use. Everything was perfect. Great location, quiet rooms and the staff are 5 star. The meals were amazing. We used the buffet as well as a la carte on the top floor.
AAnonymous UserI would like to express my sincere gratitude to Miss Hinako Saito, who has been exceptionally helpful and kind throughout our stay. She resolved our issues promptly and with great patience, making us feel very comfortable.
However, I encountered a significant issue with the hotel room. I fail to understand why the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom is transparent. When one person is sleeping, the light from the bathroom disrupts the entire room, making it uncomfortably bright. This situation forced me to use the flashlight on my phone while using the bathroom, which was inconvenient.
As a result, I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The three stars are for Miss Hinako’s excellent service, and the remaining 0.5 star is for the cleanliness of the room.

Great
FFun Traveler5mins walk from Sapporo station North exit. Water dispenser and ice maker at our level makes it convenient. Only 1 big luggage can be placed at corner of the room. The other had to be on the walkway in front of the bed. Rather standard space for Japanese hotel. Public bath was nice especially in the cold winter. There is a separate space for relaxing. Wasn’t being told of the coffee lounge during check in as read from reviews here.
RR J WRelatively clean, though it is evident that the hotel is quite old. The room and toilet were cosy. One main upside to this hotel is that they offer free drinks (coffee, tea, red/white wine, fruit juice, and hotel-made soup) from 1pm to 7pm, which is free flow as long as you are a guest at the hotel. There are also two fine dining restaurants at the top two floors, one of which is teppanyaki-style. There is also breakfast buffet at Lvl 5 which is quite nice.

Great
GGuest UserOverall, the experience at Cuishanxi was very good, but the service of several male waiters left me with a very bad experience. One was the male waiter who checked in. His overall reaction was very bland. Having stayed in so many high-end hotels, I felt that his attitude was average and indifferent. At that time, we were not told that we needed to pay 150 yen per person for the private hot spring. I was wondering why they didn't tell us that it was not necessary? But the most annoying thing was the male waiter who checked out the next day, a thin male waiter. When we checked out, we asked him if there was a bus (although there was no bus when we asked before checking in, just a tentative question to see if there were any variables), he said no, it was normal to get here. Then we asked him to book a taxi for us. He said he was very busy now. Didn't he think about making an appointment when he got up in the morning? ? Oh my God, am I here to stay in the hotel, or do I want you to teach me? I didn't say that a taxi would pick me up immediately. I just booked a car. It's my own problem to arrive early or late. Do I need to listen to you teach me how to do things? Fortunately, when we walked around and went back, we met a female receptionist with a very good attitude. She was very kind to help us consider three options and even tried to help us coordinate the bus position. In the end, we took the bus. Otherwise, I would definitely complain to this man! So I strongly recommend that other male waiters learn more from this woman!

Very Good
Mmirza qasrinaGood stay, hotel nearby to subway station exit (underground walkway). Very convinient if have to catch first train to airport. Walking distance to sapporo station, odori park. Nearby attraction
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Able to speak in english.
Room was clean. Standard size but confortable.
Reccomended if travel with family.
VVaniksThe room is not that big, but there is enough space, you can even easily keep your suitcase open. The staff is very responsive. The location is just great - everything you need and even more is nearby. If necessary, you can wash your clothes here, which is very convenient. The bed is very comfortable, the soundproofing is good, or I just didn't have neighbors :)

SStephen k FungShort 8-10 mins walk from Susukino subway station. Easy check-in with passports. The usual routine. Hallway on our floor was quite dusty (I could feel the stuff in the air while ceiling a/c was blowing) while walking through from elevator to room. Clean room with all amenities. Free WiFi. The usual uniformed expectation across most of hotels in Japan. Hotel situated in the area with seedy buildings signs and messages. Again, this would only bother those who can read Chinese / Kanji and/or Hirgana Japanese characters. Mae station for tram access is only a few mins away for various parts of in and out of town, including Mt. Moiiwa access. Super easy with Suica or coins.

EEpianThe hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of major attractions, making it a great base for exploring the area. The room features traditional Japanese-style interiors but feels quite dated, including the furniture. On the positive side, the buffet for both dinner and breakfast offers a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. A standout feature is the free shuttle service from Sapporo Station, which adds convenience for travelers. Overall, it’s a practical choice for its location and amenities, though the rooms could use some updates.
The average price for hotels in Sapporo is AED 808 on weekdays, and AED 981 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
