"I booked it because it is near the station. Price was a bit high for me but it included breakfast. Unfortunately they don't have much choice for Muslim travellers and there was no label. I had to ask every time what I could consume. The staff was very accommodating and did their best to answer my questions.
Love the amenities they had.
The downer was when I had to travel for a few days and they don't allow luggage storage even though I was coming back to stay at their hotel.

"I highly recommend this hotel. There's a shuttle bus right outside to the outlet mall, and another bus to the airport. The tram loop is at the intersection, and you can cross the street to an underground shopping area with direct access to the subway. Plus, another subway line is just one block away. The breakfast is excellent, and downstairs there's self-service laundry and ice cream. The third picture was taken in the hotel hallway. The room is small but has everything you need, and you can even open a 24-inch suitcase."

"I love how they clean our room daily! How they even arrange our things. We had a lovely stay, although the room is small, its clean with the amenities you need during the stay. This hotel is near to the tram station and walking distance to the train and bus station, but honestly we usually just walk since its a walking distance to the center. I just hope they will change their breakfast options lol but its a free complimentary breakfast anyway. Overall highly recommended for those who are looking for affordable hotel in Sappor"

"This hotel offers excellent value for money; I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance. The room was very comfortable for one person. The location is a short walk from the subway station, with Nakajima-koen Station likely being the closest. It doesn't take too long to stroll to the bustling city center. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and proactive, making this the best impression among the dozen or so hotels I stayed at in Sapporo during that period. It even rivals the Porton Hotel at the airport, which costs several times more."

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise! While its location is a little off the beaten path, that's perfectly acceptable. Compared to cramped rooms where you can barely turn around, this hotel felt incredibly spacious and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the tatami mat area and small table in the room, along with the excellent wet/dry separation in the bathroom."

"My experience at this hotel was fantastic! It's not only beautifully decorated, cozy, and comfortable, but it also comes equipped with full amenities like a kitchen, laundry facilities, and a bathtub – making it feel just like home. The location is super convenient too, just a few minutes from the subway station, with several convenience stores nearby. What touched me most was that I accidentally left my phone in the room, and after contacting the staff, they proactively helped me find it and even shipped it to my friend in Japan. "The room was spacious, easily accommodating three large suitcases even with three beds, which was very comfortable. The hotel's breakfast spread was excellent, and its location was superb. It's just a 3-5 minute walk to Nakajima-koen subway station, and Susukino and Tanukikoji shopping street are also about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel's shuttle bus to Sapporo JR Station was very convenient for transferring to other parts of Hokkaido."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to Tanukikoji Shopping Street, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. There's also a 7-Eleven next door, so you can grab daily necessities anytime. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly; they patiently answered all my questions during check-in and even offered local sightseeing tips. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. For the price, this hotel is an absolute steal! I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Sapporo, and I highly recommend it to other travelers!"

"Generally a very pleasant stay. The location is convenient since it's located next to the station, being easily accessible from both the center of Sapporo as well as New Chitose Airport. The room was also clean and modern, and moderately spacious (for a Japanese hotel room) with a large desk, and well lit. They also provide self-service checkout and luggage storage, which makes checking out extremely fast.
The main downside is the built-in ventilation system where they've cut a hole into the wall and installed a vent cover. The trouble is the seal around the vent isn't very good, so it lets through some noise and the room loses heat overnight (especially during winter when I visited). The heating also isn't thermostat controlled (it's either on or off), so you can't compensate for it by leaving the heating on. It's an inconvenience but not a deal breaker."

GGuest UserVery close to Odori Park. There is an airport bus stop in front of the hotel near the Sapporo TV Tower, which is very convenient. There is also a tram station located behind the hotel, making transportation even more convenient. The hotel is connected to Odori Subway Station, and the location is excellent.
The staff are very nice, friendly, and provide great service with warm smiles.
The breakfast is decent, nothing fancy but satisfactory. Overall, I was impressed and would recommend staying here.

AAnonymous UserThis is a high-quality hotel in Sapporo, and I particularly want to praise the breakfast. The food quality was excellent, with a variety of novel local Hokkaido specialties! The breakfast was so filling it could last me through a whole day of outdoor activities.
I'm not sure if it was peak season, but the women's bath was extremely crowded in the evenings, especially with many guests from Hong Kong and Korea with children. It was very lively and bustling! The size of the baths felt quite small relative to the number of guests.
The room facilities were standard but of a good-to-excellent Japanese standard, and very clean. Overall, it was very comfortable.
The service was average. You can only store luggage for one day, which felt a bit restrictive compared to other hotels.

AAnonymous UserThe twin room was quite spacious, with two 1.2-meter-wide single beds and enough space in between to get out of bed easily. On the other side, I could open my 30-inch suitcase. The price of around 1,000 RMB during the winter holiday, including breakfast, was acceptable. I think Ctrip had a package without breakfast for 600-700 RMB per night. However, those packages need to be booked in advance, which isn't suitable for a traveler like me who needs flexibility. One thing to note is that the duvet didn't have a cover, it was just a sheet over the duvet. It felt unhygienic (because the exposed part was the duvet itself, which isn't changed) and wasn't very comfortable. I was quite bothered by it, but since I was traveling with a child, it wasn't convenient to switch hotels. The heating was very strong, almost too hot for the duvet. The breakfast on the first floor was plentiful, mainly Asian-style.

KkenjigohSpend our first night in Sapporo in this new hotel. We drove and this hotel provides indoor mechanical parking. The car will not be covered in snow the next day! The staff is very friendly and patience in helping us with the carparking lift as well as check in. Receptionists can speak good english. Hotel room is also very clean and new! Definitely will stay here again if we visit Sapporo again.
Not to mention this hotel is conveniently located beside the famous Tanukikoji Shopping Street, 狸小路商店街. Book Off and Family Mart is just within less than 5mins walk from the lobby too. The famous Susukino street with the Nikka Whisky sign is also within walking distance.

If you're looking to shop, staying in Sapporo is more convenient. However, this hotel is a good option if you have an early flight the next day. The room had a very strong disinfectant smell; I suggest the hotel improves its ventilation.

11362175****The hotel's location is great, situated between Sapporo JR Station and Odori Subway Station. It's very close to the JR shopping area, Odori Park, and Tanukikoji shopping street, all within about a 6-minute walk. Right outside the hotel, to the left, is entrance #7 to the underground passage. Across the street is entrance #8 (which has an accessible elevator, very convenient for luggage). You can walk directly from JR Sapporo Station to the hotel via the underground passage, which is a big plus when there's snow on the ground and dragging luggage is inconvenient. This is an economy hotel, and the hygiene is quite good. Rooms aren't cleaned daily; for a three-night stay, it's cleaned once, but fresh towels are left outside the door every day. In the lobby, you can find skincare and toiletries, and garbage bags can be requested from the front desk. There's a Chinese staff member at the front desk who was helpful but never smiled, always maintaining a stern expression. Breakfast is served in the 2nd-floor restaurant, which also operates as an izakaya in the evenings. It was very mediocre; after three days, I was practically sick of it. It's a mix of Japanese and Western styles, and I wouldn't recommend adding it to your booking.
