I used a single villa in a barrel. The interior was good, very clean. Convenience stores are also close, so it was convenient to use and self check-in / check-out was more convenient. It was a kitchen and a washing machine that could be cooked simple, so it was good for a long stay. Thank you for your good hostel

We stayed in the Hollywood Twin Room, and although it was a bit small, it was incredibly clean and well-arranged! The hotel offers excellent value for money overall. Downstairs at check-in, they provide complimentary toiletries, and even mouthwash, toner, lotion, and makeup remover! I'd give the hotel facilities a perfect score; there's a self-service laundry room, ice machine, microwave, refrigerator, and even a dedicated smoking room. My favorite part is the 24-hour free coffee, and the quality is absolutely top-notch! 😌

The location is fantastic! Right downstairs is the Cocono complex with a supermarket, mall, restaurants, and a cinema. It's a five-minute walk to Tanukikoji and the surrounding area is super lively with endless food options. It's built right above Susukino Station, just one stop to Odori and two stops to Sapporo Station – incredibly convenient. The hotel environment is excellent, the breakfast is amazing, and the staff are warm and polite. I booked the most basic room type in advance, and besides being slightly small, there are absolutely no downsides. Highly recommend!

No complimentary bottled water in the room. The deluxe standard room size was decent, and breakfast was okay. With the low yen exchange rate, prices are rising, and breakfast costs have quietly gone up. Plus, they've introduced a new accommodation tax this year. By the way, both times I've stayed, I've been given a room at the very end of the hall.

The room was quite spacious compared to many other hotels in Japan. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Tanukikoji Shopping Street, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The breakfast selection was simple, but sufficient and satisfying for our family. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 kids aged 8 and 5, and were given a room with three single beds, which fit all of us comfortably. The bathroom came with a bathtub, which was the kids’ favorite part of the stay. Parking costs 1,500 yen per night, and it was worth paying for the convenience. We simply drove the car into the car lift area, and the staff handled the parking for us. There was also a Lawson convenience store right beside the hotel, which was very handy. Overall, it was a comfortable and worthwhile stay. We would definitely visit again as it offered great value for the money.

Pros：Laundry machine is awesome for a family long stay, spacious room and big windows, nice staff in the front desk Cons: I have stayed in Fav lux Kagoshima last year, I think it’s fine with cleaning room every 3-day policy, but the cleaning was extremely rough and sloppy this time in Fav lux Sapporo. On 19-Aug(the first cleaning after 3 nights), it’s fine. But the second time no making bed which I reported to the Ctrip and the answer was that because there were some clothes on the bed, so they are not allowed to touch guests’ personal items. The 3rd time really shocked, I don’t wanna say a word, please refer to the pictures (After cleaning)

This hotel is excellent overall, with a superb location just a 4-minute walk from Susukino subway station. All facilities and services are satisfying, and the environment is exceptionally clean. The hotel features separate floors for men and women (including separate elevators and floors), significantly enhancing privacy and safety. The self-check-in system is also very convenient, minimizing unnecessary human contact. ☃️ The hotel provides disposable slippers daily. Although there's no daily room cleaning service, it doesn't affect the overall experience at all. I stayed in a deluxe room on the 7th floor. Guests on this floor are generally very considerate, always tidying up after using public facilities, making the entire floor feel clean and comfortable. The bed in the deluxe room is spacious and can comfortably accommodate two people. The only minor drawback is that you have to continuously press a button to keep the shower running; it doesn't provide continuous water flow once turned on. You need to press it every few tens of seconds, which is a bit inconvenient. 🥹

A very cozy Japanese-style hotel. We stayed in a family room on the first day, which was very spacious and even had cooking and laundry facilities. There's a public hot spring bath on the first floor. From 9 PM to 11 PM, they offer a free bowl of ramen, and the miso flavor is rich and delicious. On the 10th floor, there's a lounge with complimentary alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and snacks. Guests staying in rooms with a sauna can use it for free, while guests from other floors need to pay 3300 yen to enter.

Amazing breakfast, amenities & facilities 🥰 Hotel is 5mins walk away from the subway and is very new and clean, although the room is a bit smaller than usual hotels, but I will definitely be back here again! They also provide free water cooler, ice cream, facial cream and many more!

The staff members were friendly, helpful, and provided good service throughout the stay. The room size was not very large, but it was still acceptable and comfortable enough for a short stay. However, the breakfast was somewhat disappointing, as the variety and overall quality were not particularly impressive. Overall, it is still a good option for travelers who prioritize location and convenience.
