"We stayed in the Hollywood Twin Room, and although it was a bit small, it was incredibly clean and well-arranged! The hotel offers excellent value for money overall. Downstairs at check-in, they provide complimentary toiletries, and even mouthwash, toner, lotion, and makeup remover! I'd give the hotel facilities a perfect score; there's a self-service laundry room, ice machine, microwave, refrigerator, and even a dedicated smoking room. My favorite part is the 24-hour free coffee, and the quality is absolutely top-notch! 😌"

"This was our second stay at Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo, and as before, the rooms were clean and the overall atmosphere felt warm and welcoming.
One of the things we valued during our 2024 stay was the convenience of returning our rental car at the Toyota Rent a Car branch located right at the hotel, plus easy access to an airport shuttle. However, this time we noticed the airport shuttle schedule has been cut down to just 2 trips a day, which made planning around it a bit trickier.
If you're not renting a car, you might want to consider a hotel closer to Sapporo Station for better convenience.
Overall, still a comfortable and reliable hotel, just worth planning your transport around the updated shuttle times."

The location is super convenient—just a 9-minute walk from Sapporo Station, with an underground passage so you don't even have to go above ground. This made it so easy to take a 45-minute train ride to Royce Cacao & Chocolate Town. There's also a nice soba restaurant next door and a 24-hour 7-Eleven accessible from inside the hotel—very handy!
The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with daily specials that changed each morning. We loved the mix of Japanese and Western dishes, but the milk pudding with caramel sauce was absolutely divine—a must-try!
The room was a comfortable size and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this hotel as a great base to explore Sapporo. We would definitely stay again!"

"This hotel, nestled in Nakajima Park, is truly perfect for families with kids. The area is so peaceful and safe. Right outside, there's a Lawson convenience store and an amazing BBQ restaurant (charcoal-grilled meat) – absolutely delicious! My child loved Nakajima Park so much, they didn't want to leave. It's ideal for a stroll with the little ones. If we weren't heading to Jozankei, I'd definitely want to stay here for a few more nights. The breakfast was also excellent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a beautiful view of the snowy park. After breakfast, a walk in the park was lovely, and there's even a popular cafe nearby. This is exactly what Hokkaido should feel like!"

"This was our second stay at this hotel, and overall everything was very good. However, I would appreciate if the management could be a little more flexible regarding check-in timing and parking charges.
We arrived at around 2:15pm, which was only about 45 minutes before the official check-in time of 3pm. We completely understood if the room was not yet ready and were perfectly happy to wait. We only asked whether we could park our car at the hotel car park first.
Unfortunately, the front desk lady was quite unhelpful and insisted that if we parked before 3pm, we would need to pay the 24-hour parking rate of 1800 yen instead of the standard 1500 yen rate (3pm to 11am the next day). We even explained that we would be checking out before 9am the next morning.
Since she was very firm on this, we decided to simply wait at the lobby instead.
Interestingly, around 2:40pm, we noticed some Japanese guests arriving and checking in. Shortly after that, another very kind staff member approached us and informed us that our room was already ready and that we could proceed to check in and park our car.
I genuinely try not to view situations through the lens of unfair treatment, but I do hope the management could sometimes exercise a little flexibility and discretion on a case-by-case basis, especially when guests are arriving only slightly earlier than the official check-in time."

Guest UserThe room was excellent, and the environment was fantastic. A special thank you to the staff for their service. There were staff members who spoke Chinese, which made communication seamless. When I checked out, I forgot my phone at the hotel. The staff called the hotel I was going to beforehand, and then in the evening, they even delivered my phone to my hotel in Sapporo, waiting until I received it. The service was absolutely incredible, and I'm very grateful. It's a place definitely worth visiting.

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a hotel.
We had some of the best sleep during our stay. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows and soft, high-quality linens. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and very well soundproofed, with lots of space to store luggage and personal items, plus many useful amenities.
The entire hotel has a modern, clean design and is kept in excellent condition. The staff were very kind, professional, and spoke English, which made everything easy. They even provided umbrellas free of charge when it rained, which was a thoughtful touch.
The hotel bar also deserves a mention. The service was excellent, the drinks were very good, and the parfaits were delicious. Since parfaits are very popular locally in Sapporo, I definitely recommend trying one here.
The location is convenient too: just a short walk from Susukino and the Sapporo city center, close to the station by a few metro stops, and easy to reach by taxi.
Overall, this Marriott was a real gem. Because of such a pleasant experience here, I’ll definitely consider staying at other Marriott Courtyard hotels in the future.

nightnightowlIt's quite a good hotel given that it's very close to the Sapporo Station and is a walkable distance to Susukino. However, the cleanliness was quite substandard... We found some curly hair in the bathtub after we checked in and there were some hair on the freshly given towels. We stayed there for 7 nights but some of the trash was not thrown away during some nights (even though we had our ”makeup the room” sign out).
The hotel has ice machine, on tap wine bar (you only get 1 cup per person, it's 300 yen after your first cup), coffee machine (no tea provided). The room is big enough to open 2 28” luggage.

This onsen hotel is definitely worth the price. The environment and hygiene are excellent, and the room layout is fantastic. The yukata was the most comfortable I wore during my Hokkaido trip. The service was absolutely superb, especially the proprietress at the Kaiseki restaurant, Shoan. She was incredibly elegant and generous, giving us an authentic and meticulous Japanese service experience. The private onsen with a fee had average views. The outdoor public onsen was closed on the day of my stay due to cold weather. The indoor onsen, for a hotel of this price point, was quite ordinary. Therefore, I wasn't entirely satisfied with the onsen experience. All in all, while it might not be exceptionally surprising, this is a hotel that's well worth its price.

房間超大，有室內浸浴，景觀一流，設施齊備，若住Executive Suit,可以免費享用lounge 內小食和飲品，酒也是無限飲用。自助餐食物美味，款式多。娛樂設施有驚喜，有乒乓球打，有夾公仔機，可以打機，是迷利版的Gigo。商店購物種類多，有好小朋友玩具賣。露天風呂看到雪山景，體驗到一邊浸温泉，一邊大風雪吹在面上。就算不是露天，室內的風呂也有好美的雪山景觀看。有穿梭巴士送到札幌，非常好。雖然房價不便宜，但物有所值。

Novak001The location is fantastic! You can access Tanukikoji shopping street directly from the back door, and it's a short walk to places like the prefectural office. The room was spacious, and the breakfast curry rice was delicious, especially with an onsen egg (mostly because Hokkaido rice is so good!). Coming back after a day out and having a soak in the large public bath on the top floor was incredibly relaxing.

We’ve stayed here for 7 nights. Which was a bit longer stay for Sapporo. However as the weather was so bad with heavy snow, so we did enjoy our stays in hotel during the snowy weather. The breakfast is so great and we expect it every morning, as it includes a variety of foods so you always can find something to enjoy. All staffs are very friendly and welcoming, especially two male & senior chefs at ramen and omelette. We also bought spa in our room rate, so every night we did enjoy a pleasant spa( though it’s not hot spring). In front of hotel, there is a small mall - BIVI , which with some good restaurants ,nice cafe (Gentle Bagel) and coop. Even at the heavy snowing days, you have no worries to spend time in. B1 with very practical laundry service , costs are fairly . If you have budget, you can choose only room (without breakfast and spa) plans, which is with very CP, strongly recommended.

This hotel is truly excellent. Its location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station. One of the highlights is the complimentary welcome drinks available throughout the day, which adds a nice touch to the overall experience. The breakfast is also incredibly premium, with high-quality options across the board.
Honestly, almost everything about this hotel is great. The only downside is that the room is quite small, making it a bit difficult to fully open a suitcase.
If I have the chance to visit Sapporo again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

Guest UserThe room size although quite tight for 2 people but nevertheless it is comfortable. The room amenities was quite good too. The staff was helpful during my stay there and although the hotel didn’t provide any airport transfer service, but you may ask the front lobby to book your taxi. The best things was the hotel provide a luggage storage services. The location wise although not that close, but it’s quite convenient, a 6-7 minutes walk to the nearest station and 4 minutes walk to the tram.
