Convenient location: Close to North Xizang Road subway station, with easy access to transportation, dining, and shopping.
Service attitude: The front desk staff were warm and attentive; the young lady even offered me free snacks.
Hygiene: The room was tidy, the bedding was clean, and there were no unpleasant odors in the bathroom.
Some facilities are a bit old-fashioned.
I've stayed here before and it was great. This time it felt different, there were a lot more amenities which made things so much more convenient. The front desk staff was very welcoming; a young lady saw me with a lot of luggage and proactively asked if I needed help. The breakfast was excellent, especially the noodles, and the service was really attentive. The surrounding area is also very lively.
🌟🌟My friend and I visited Shanghai, and after comparing many hotels online, we finally settled on Jinglai Hotel. It was an absolute steal! The value for money is incredible; we got a clean and comfortable room, it felt like we hit the jackpot!
The location is super convenient. It's just a few metro stops from Jing'an Temple, and a moderate distance to the Bund and Yu Garden. Plus, there are convenience stores and snack stalls nearby, making it easy to grab essentials or a quick bite. Although the room isn't huge, it has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning's heating was fantastic – not cold at all, even in winter.
Cleanliness was also top-notch. The sheets and duvet covers were freshly changed, and the bathroom had no strange odors and was spotless. The front desk staff were all very welcoming and patient in answering our questions. They even recommended local eateries and helped us avoid tourist traps.
The hotel's common areas are great too, with a free laundry room and a lounge area where you can relax, read a book, or enjoy some tea. The WiFi was available everywhere and super fast, perfect for streaming videos or gaming without any issues.
Overall, this hotel truly offers unbeatable value for money, especially for students and budget travelers. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shanghai!!

The room is spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities including a smart toilet and smart curtains. The curtains provide excellent blackout, making the whole room completely dark when closed. The scent on the floors is lovely, and the lobby is decorated very warmly. The front desk service was excellent. Definitely recommend.
The hotel's location is superb, right across from Grandbuy Mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. It's also just a 10-minute walk to Metro Line 7, ensuring easy access to transportation. The new Chinese-style decor is simple yet cozy, and the rooms are spacious and tidy. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom features a dry and wet separation. The smart room control and mini-fridge are very practical. The service was warm and attentive throughout; the front desk staff were efficient and enthusiastic, offering tea upon check-in and having a robot deliver meals, which was a lovely touch. The free laundry room and gym are also excellent amenities. Breakfast is rich and varied, served until 11 AM on weekends, and there's even complimentary porridge as a late-night snack. This hotel offers incredible value for money, perfect for both business and leisure travelers! As I was leaving, they even gave me a complimentary souvenir.
I checked into room 1918 on December 8th, and the staff at the front desk were very welcoming. We had a special request to stay in the original room until the 20th. Throughout our stay, from the front desk to the Yikele Restaurant and housekeeping, everyone made us feel warm and cared for.
Especially during breakfast, my husband had 'special' requests for certain dishes. The restaurant manager would kindly ask the chef to provide 'special service' – a plate of vibrant green bell peppers, gently blanched, and some glossy, delicious black fungus. This made our breakfast even more delightful and heartwarming.
Our room attendant, who cleaned our room daily, always left it immaculate and with such care. She even arranged my scattered cosmetics artistically, making me feel so welcome and showing me how to organize them myself. This seemingly small gesture taught me the true meaning of service: 'meticulous and heartfelt attention to detail'! My sincere thanks to her for her hard work from December 8th to the 20th! We must have caused you a lot of trouble during that time! Yet, whenever I'd say, 'Thank you for your trouble, you've worked so hard!' she would always respond with a sweet smile, 'You're welcome, it's my job to do it well!'
We extend our gratitude to all the staff who served us during our stay!
The hotel's decor is very new, and the rooms are cleaned to a satisfactory standard. The service is attentive; whether it's timely room service or a late check-out, they are considerate of guests' needs. The heated pool and gym facilities are well-equipped, clean, and inviting – definitely not to be missed. The Japanese set meals from the second floor can be delivered directly to your room; they're delicious, convenient, and quick. Outside the window is Daning Ludi Park, offering different beautiful views day and night. Daning Music Plaza nearby also provides entertainment and relaxation. It was a comfortable stay, highly recommended!
I was quite surprised by this hotel. I booked it last minute for a business trip, just looking for something nearby. Given the price, I expected it to be pretty average, but it actually exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning was a powerful Daikin unit. What really stood out was the shower – the water pressure was excellent, much better than many other hotels, making for a really comfortable shower experience. They also provided shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and even hand sanitizer. The location is great, making it convenient to get anywhere, and the subway station is also very close. For this price point, it's unbeatable. Excellent!
I highly recommend this hotel! The location is excellent, making travel incredibly convenient. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with soft and comfortable bedding. The front desk service was warm, attentive, and responsive, paying attention to every detail. It offers great value for money, and my stay was absolutely perfect!
The room is clean and tidy, and the location is convenient for travel. The hotel service is warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast is also very special. The service at the front desk was very good. Not only was there a warm greeting when entering and leaving, but a complimentary breakfast was also provided. The room facilities are well maintained and clean. The self-service laundry room is very convenient. The enthusiastic front desk lady provided thoughtful and meticulous service. I would like to express my gratitude. Come back next time and continue to choose.

Excellent
GGuest UserThe space is large and it feels as big as four university dormitory rooms. The newly opened facilities are very new and clean. You can consider living here if you don't go to the attractions. It is super cost-effective. The surrounding residential areas are very quiet at night, and it is convenient to walk around and buy food. Line 1 goes directly to Shanghai Railway Station and shares bicycles to the subway station in five minutes.
Qqqyy10203040Facilities: Very good, quite comprehensive, has everything you need.

Environment: Very good, quite nice. There are free parking spaces at the entrance.
Service: Very good, the front desk was very helpful and pleasant, communication was smooth.
7715cxI wonder if there are any Japanese people who have reviewed this hotel? I definitely want people coming from Japan to Shanghai to stay at this hotel!!! Especially girls!!! I really recommend it!!! I also recommend it to people other than Japanese people!!! First of all, I was surprised that I could stay at such a nice hotel in Shanghai at this price range!!! I would definitely stay here again even if it was more expensive!!! ・The bed is big and the mattress is a little hard but it's nice
・Very clean
・The toilet smells good (lemon smell🍋)
・The hot water in the shower comes out properly
・The mirror is like an actress's mirror, which is exciting and makes you look great in selfies
・The air conditioning works well
・You can watch terrestrial TV as well as iQiyi on the big TV. There were some programs that you couldn't watch unless you became a VIP, but there were also some programs that you could watch for free!! I think it's great for people who like Chinese dramas.
They give you lots of water.
Depending on the hotel, you may have to go to the entrance to get the food you ordered at **, but here the delivery staff brings it to your room, which is super appreciated.
♡All the staff are so kind. I'm already used to cold attitudes in China, but the staff here are really kind. They helped me check in, and even though I don't speak Chinese, they immediately realized that and dealt with the problem with my card key, and they were very kind when cleaning my room. They also greet me a lot.
The bus stop is right in front of you, so you can get around quickly. You can get to the subway station by taking the bus that leaves right in front of you. The access is so good.
Anyway, anyway, I've been to Shanghai by myself a few times, but this was the first time I've stayed in such a good hotel. 🥹🥹I'll definitely come again! ! ! ! If I come to Shanghai, I'll definitely stay here! ! ! ! ! ! !
Liquor store workers, please help me out🩷 stick to the liquor store🩷 I'll be back at a certain meeting🩷
ZZhuhaimangmangHealth, the environment is OK, the front desk attitude is also good, the smart toilet automatically flushes for a while, it will not work, you have to press manually, there is no non-slip slippers in the bathroom, barefoot, in fact, these do not matter.
But the laundry room configuration is hard to say, so big room, there are two home-level washing machines, there is a drying function, the time is very long, and the effect is generally incomparable with LG's commercial washing machine.
Breakfast ended at 9:30, there are very few types, if you want to have breakfast, you can go downstairs across the road to eat, don't waste money to buy breakfast. (The picture has nothing to do with the hotel)
__CFT0430584****The bed in the room is very comfortable, the mattress is moderately soft and the pillows are also very soft, which made me feel relaxed as soon as I lay down. The quilts and sheets on the bed are of high quality and soft to the touch. They are warm and comfortable when I sleep at night, allowing me to sleep very sweetly. The room was very clean, the floor was spotless and there was no dust on the furniture. Bedside tables, desks and other furniture are neatly arranged without unnecessary clutter, giving people a neat and orderly feeling. The room is equipped with various facilities, such as air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, safe, etc., with complete functions. The air conditioner has a very good cooling effect and can quickly adjust the indoor temperature; the TV has clear pictures and rich channels, so you can watch some entertainment programs to relax at night; there are also some drinks and snacks in the refrigerator for easy access at any time.
GGuest UserThe supermarket fruit shops near the hotel are downstairs, and the surrounding places to eat are all there. The sanitation is clean and tidy, the environment is good, and the cleaning sister is warm and welcoming.
GGuest UserThe surrounding is very quiet, although on the side of the road, but the surrounding is not a business district, and the boss gave a room that is not on the street, and the quality of sleep is very good. The company is far from home, and the health of coming to live often is not bad.
GGuest UserVery satisfied, the aunt inside has a better attitude, just tell him what is missing, the experience feels very good, I plan to continue, easy to use, affordable,
Facilities, very good
Hygiene: clean
Environment: very good
Service: Good
Ssukuiwe****I previously asked to switch to a room with a better window view, and the owner was happy to accommodate. The shower facilities inside were very convenient. There's a water dispenser with both hot and cold water on the first floor. The cleaning auntie was also incredibly nice; she cleaned the room for me quickly so I could move in. The bed was quite comfortable too. This was my last night in Shanghai.
