What made my business trip particularly heartwarming this time was the hotel front desk – it's often the small details that make all the difference. The front desk's air freshener had my favorite Hermes Terre d'Hermès scent. The environment is very stylish, and the room was clean. I'll definitely come back next time. Oh, and the breakfast really impressed me! It had a diverse range of options, satisfying both domestic and international guests. The hours, from 7 AM to 12 PM, are also perfect for younger travelers' schedules, which I absolutely loved. And they even have free late-night snacks! I absolutely loved it.

This is our second time staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Tibet Hotel for my child's college entrance exam. It's perfectly located right next to Xuhui Middle School, the examination site, and we also stayed here for the spring exam earlier this year. The hotel is incredibly thoughtful: they had 'Zhuangyuan' (top scholar) door couplets, 'dingsheng gao' (a traditional pastry symbolizing success), and oranges... so much attention to detail and a real sense of occasion. My child got into an early admission program for college, so the Courtyard by Marriott Tibet Hotel truly is a lucky place! 👍👍

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from Yishan Road Metro Station. Directly opposite the hotel is the 1931 Shopping Mall, featuring Freshippo and various restaurants. It's also very close to the Xujiahui commercial area, making getting around incredibly convenient. The rooms are typical of a chain hotel, but overall they are clean and tidy. The breakfast offers a rich variety, blending Chinese and Western options, enough to have something different for five days straight. The biggest highlight is the self-service afternoon tea available from 2 PM to 7 PM, with a great selection of cakes, cookies, milk, porridge, and more.

This time, we chose the A.T.HOUSE Jiadi Hotel in Xujiahui, Shanghai, for our family trip, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a Deep Sleep bedding king-size room, and the mattress was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The room was clean and tidy, with new and complete facilities. The staff were warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and requests were handled promptly. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the public areas have a great ambiance. The room was spacious, and the attention to detail was impressive, making it very suitable for families. Overall, we were satisfied with everything, and it offers good value for money. We will definitely prioritize this hotel next time we visit Shanghai and highly recommend it to others.

Extremely convenient for concert-goers as it's a short walk from the stadium, making the return trip worry-free. The hotel environment is quiet, and the room was spotlessly clean. Located in the Xujiahui commercial district, the hotel is directly connected to ITC on the second floor, offering a wide array of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. Underground parking is available on levels B1/C, with direct elevator access to the hotel. Guests enjoy a 50% discount; simply register at the front desk upon departure. The ground and third floors serve as welcoming areas (beautifully designed and great for photos). Check-in is handled on the 14th floor (L level), where you'll also find the Chinese restaurant Dongge (both breakfast and dinner were a pleasant surprise with their excellent dishes), the Western restaurant Xikuo, and RoofBar (don't miss the interesting vinyl record room nearby). The gym and pool are on the 15th floor, and guest rooms are located from the 4th to 13th floors (the in-room mini-bar is well-stocked). Once you get familiar with the layout, it's actually quite convenient. The hotel's design incorporates elements of Shanghai's unique charm, with welcome osmanthus tea, osmanthus-flavored White Rabbit candy, and osmanthus-scented amenities like essential oil diffusers and bath bombs during turn-down service, all subtly evoking the spirit of Shanghai. Although the team is young, they are all very composed, and you can truly feel their dedication to providing excellent service. Special thanks to Ula at the front desk for her warm and professional check-in service; the room assigned was also very satisfying. The concierge on the third floor was polite and diligent, and Lucy and Iris from guest relations were very responsive. Thank you all for your care. I look forward to my next stay.

I stayed for two nights at the Fairfield by Marriott Shanghai Xujiahui (No. 831 Zhaojiabang Road). I checked in on the 15th (arriving at the hotel from Pudong International Airport at 5:30 AM, my pre-booked room wasn't ready yet, so I rested and freshened up in the lobby). The young staff member was very warm and attentive, offering me slippers and a cup of coffee. I had a three-day, two-night reservation and checked out on the afternoon of the 17th. On my first day, I encountered a minor issue that initially worried me. However, after I reported it to the hotel, the staff handled it promptly and sincerely, resolving the problem right away. After that experience, I felt completely at ease for the rest of my stay. The service was thoughtful, the room was clean, and the comfort level was very high. The Xujiahui location is incredibly convenient for getting around (there are several good restaurants about 50 meters away). It's suitable for both leisure and business trips. A hotel isn't just about good facilities; the way they handle issues through timely communication truly reflects the quality of their service. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay. The next time I'm in Shanghai for business, I will definitely choose this Fairfield again, and I highly recommend it to everyone.
