My child had an exam, so I chose CITIGO as our hotel to be close to the test center. The location is super convenient, just a five-minute walk from Xujiahui Metro Station. The hotel is small, and the rooms are compact, but they're fully equipped, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it covers basic Western and Chinese options, and the taste is decent. They even offer wonton soup as a late-night snack after 10 PM. The hotel service is excellent; the front desk staff are particularly warm and attentive, and there's complimentary coffee that actually tastes pretty good. As a hotel under the Huazhu Group, CITIGO, though small, definitely delivers on quality.

The room layout was well-designed and functional, spotlessly clean. I especially loved the bathroom area; the spot for grabbing clothes, then right out to the mirror and soft stool for drying hair – the flow was incredibly well-thought-out. There's also a large space opposite the sofa, perfect for luggage. The location is fantastic too, right next to Xujiahui Metro Line 1 station. Grand Gateway 66, Metro City, and Xujiahui Library are all within easy walking distance. The hotel's breakfast and late-night supper options were good, and the welcome fruit selection was rich and high-quality. Plus, breakfast extends until 11 AM on holidays, which is a huge bonus. My only minor gripe is that it would be even better if the two elevators were a bit faster; waiting times could be quite long unless you happened to catch one just arriving. Otherwise, everything was excellent and highly recommended! 👍🏻 **Welcome Goodie Basket - 'Greedy Cat's Basket':** Crisps, tea, juice, bottled water. **Late-Night Supper:** Noodles, wontons, congee. **Welcome Fruits:** Shine Muscat grapes, cherries, blueberries, apples, nectarines, cherry tomatoes – a rich variety and delicious too.

I have to give a shout-out to the front desk staff! Their service was incredibly thoughtful throughout my stay. The check-in process was efficient and seamless, and they even proactively offered recommendations for local attractions. They were so friendly and patient, and always responded quickly to any last-minute requests for help. Truly professional and kind. The clean and comfortable environment combined with the fantastic front desk service made this a perfect stay. I'll definitely be back!

Unexpectedly satisfied! 👍 I originally thought a hotel over ten years old wouldn't have any special features, but as soon as I walked into the lobby, I was touched by the sacred 'Thangka' (******* Buddhist painting). The newly renovated lobby is spacious, bright, harmonious, and welcoming. For some reason, I suddenly felt like I was home. ❤️ The front desk staff was sweet and friendly, offering thoughtful greetings and meticulous, proper service – excellent! My room was on the 22nd floor. The newly renovated standard room was warm and comfortable, full of spring-like cheer. Outside the window, I had a perfect view of the newly erected, bright and beautiful Xujiahui Centre and the Andaz Hotel. I didn't expect the best viewing spot to be right from my room! 😊 The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I wasn't disturbed by any noise at all. When I asked in the morning, I found out the hotel made special efforts during renovation to focus on sound insulation. The breakfast was also amazing – a wide variety, visually appealing, and attentive service! Marriott hotels truly are different; great value for money. Thumbs up! 👍 I especially recommend the ******* specialty food: Tsampa. It's fluffy, soft, fragrant, and sweet, not at all greasy. Just thinking about it makes me want to stay there again.

When I checked in, I asked for a quiet room and they gave me one, which was nice. However, the spot where the hairdryer was kept in the bathroom was very dirty with lots of dust. Also, in the shower, they gave me two bottles of shampoo, and I only realized it halfway through my shower. The breakfast tasted good with plenty of options, but there were kids who were particularly noisy, stepping all over the sofas with their shoes on, and no one seemed to care. The attitude at check-out was just so-so; the staff was constantly on the phone and didn't even say whether my check-out was complete. The decor style is pretty good, and the mattress is comfortable. I only found out after leaving that the mini-program offered eye masks, but the front desk didn't mention it. Overall, the experience was just okay.

This Hanting Premium hotel offers excellent service! My stay was very pleasant; all the staff were friendly and even gave us a small gift when we picked up our luggage. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town for a concert!

The deluxe king room was incredibly spacious, probably around 40-50 square meters, which is a rare find in expensive Shanghai. The 94 Kitchen on the first floor served delicious food. Nearby, Hong Ruixing offered tasty chicken soup wontons, plain noodles, and pan-fried buns – all popular with locals and seemingly a long-standing establishment. The hotel is right next to Xujiahui Sports Park, so in the mornings you can see many Shanghai residents out for a run. Some rooms even offer views of the football stadium. Getting around was convenient. The hotel isn't directly on a main road, which was perfect for me as a light sleeper. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Shanghai. It lacks the hustle and bustle of Nanjing Road but is still lively, offering a peaceful retreat in a busy area – very comfortable!

This hotel has a unique ambiance, perfect for hosting clients. My friends highly recommended it, especially for those who appreciate Chinese-style decor. The stay was very satisfying, and the surrounding transportation is also convenient.

We came from a concert. The hotel is very close to the Shanghai Stadium (Shanghai Indoor Stadium) and the subway station. As a chain hotel, it's reliable. The front desk service was excellent; even the cleaning lady passing by greeted us – her professionalism was outstanding. For a twin room, the space was quite large; we could easily unfold two suitcases on either side with room to spare. The shower head in the bathroom was very easy to use, which was a huge plus 👍. The last guesthouse I stayed in was too complicated and I kept getting burned 😂. I filled in my room number and a robot delivered takeout. We could use a card to enter into the elevator and order delivery to the front desk in advance. They offer breakfast in partnership with the McDonald's next door, but we didn't have time to eat there. If I come to the Shanghai Stadium for another concert, I'll definitely stay here again ☺️
