The Wyndham Garden Xujiahui Wending Road deserves a solid five stars! The front desk staff were incredibly gentle and thoughtful, super efficient, and patient. Their attention to detail was really heartwarming. The breakfast spread was absolutely massive, with both Chinese and Western options, all fresh, delicious, and a great variety to choose from. The lobby is bright and offers complimentary coffee and lemon tea. The rooms are smart and cozy. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. Highly recommended!

Perfect, central location and a great base for exploring everything Shanghai has to offer. The rooms were modern in design, highly functional and ours came with an awesome view, however the space was a touch smaller than we hoped. Breakfast was very good quality, with a solid variety of options for a strong start to the day whatever your palate. As some of the other guests have mentioned, the main gym and swimming pool were under maintenance during our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they'd proactively ask if we needed anything whenever we bumped into them. However, be aware that it's quite a long walk from the metro platform to the hotel, as Xujiahui Station's Exit 1 is really far from the actual platform. On the plus side, there are some nice food spots near the hotel with reasonable prices and good taste. It's also a great base for exploring Xuhui, being close to libraries and Jiaotong University.

This hotel is centrally located in Xujiahui, just a few minutes' walk from shopping malls like Grand Gateway 66 and Sincere Plaza. The rooms aren't huge, but they're well-equipped, and the hot water and air conditioning work perfectly. The breakfast offers a good variety, making it excellent value for money.

The bedding was comfortable and clean. We received a free room upgrade, and we could see Xujiahui Cathedral from our window. The shower had strong water pressure, and the air conditioning got nice and cool. The hotel is located in the heart of Xujiahui, making transportation and dining very convenient. Xujiahui Cathedral, Xuhui Bookstore, and the Jiaotong University campus are all just a stone's throw away.

Our group of six drove from Lishui, Zhejiang, to Shanghai for a concert. After unexpectedly securing tickets last minute, we urgently booked a hotel near the stadium. Most nearby options were either too small or overpriced, so by chance, we ended up at the Atour Xujiahui Jianyue Hotel near Shanghai Stadium. I've stayed at Atour hotels multiple times in Shenzhen and Hangzhou before, always having a good impression. I expected this to be just another standard business hotel, but this experience was a pleasant surprise. I communicated our arrival time (around 10 PM that night) with the front desk in advance and also requested a late checkout until 5 PM the next day. The staff readily accommodated and reserved our room, providing truly thoughtful service. Upon our late-night arrival, the parking lot was full. After calling the front desk, the staff enthusiastically helped us resolve the parking issue. During check-in, the staff attentively asked about our itinerary and even thoughtfully gave us concert merchandise, which was a very warm gesture. The room's cleanliness was perfect, featuring a comfortable Wabi-sabi style throughout, with new and complete facilities. The lighting, air conditioning, and curtains were all smart-controlled and easy to use. The room's tables and chairs were spacious, making it convenient for kids to do homework or for temporary work when traveling with children. Attention to detail was evident: the toothbrushes were just right in softness and very comfortable to use; the bathroom was equipped with disinfectant wipes, bath towels were individually packaged, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent, demonstrating high hygiene standards. Breakfast cost 49 yuan and offered a rich variety, including authentic Shanghai-style noodles, wontons, and more. The taste was excellent, and compared to hotels in the same price range, it offered exceptional value for money. Everyone in our group was very satisfied. The hotel is just an 8-10 minute walk from Shanghai Stadium. After the concert, walking back and forth meant we didn't have to worry about traffic or parking issues, highlighting its excellent location. Our stay cost between 800-900 yuan, which is clearly a great value compared to other accommodations in the same area and with similar room types, often priced at 1200 yuan or more. Whether for a business trip, a family vacation, or specifically to attend a performance, this hotel is highly recommended. This blind booking turned out to be a wonderful surprise!

I spent five days in Shanghai after the May Day holiday, and I'm so happy I went during the off-season – I got to do everything I wanted! The hotel's location is excellent, the price was moderate, and the service was good. Having a laundry room was super convenient, and the hygiene was also well-maintained. Plus, I even got a 200 RMB discount thanks to a Xuhui District consumer voucher. All in all, it was a very satisfying trip!

I stayed at Radisson Blu during a business trip to Shanghai, and it proved to be an excellent choice. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very well maintained. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, with a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. The location is very convenient, with several good restaurants nearby and a metro station just a five‑minute walk away. The hotel also offers amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, and spa, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. Being a newly constructed property, the hotel provided great value for money, and I had a wonderful stay in Shanghai.

Pros: The hotel is exceptionally clean and the rooms are very comfortable. Great amenities and good service overall, making it a nice choice for families. There is also a small mall right beside the hotel, which is convenient for quick shopping or meals. Cons: The location is quiet with not much spotlight or things to do nearby. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Metro—fine for younger travelers, but not recommended for senior citizens or young children (it's better to call a DiDi instead). Additionally, daily room cleaning details could be improved (like tidying up used cups), there is no self-service dobi (laundry is chargeable), and no free late-night supper/porridge is provided.
