They were patient and meticulous when I asked for directions and stored my luggage. My requests were promptly attended to, and the service was thoughtful and professional, with absolutely no perfunctory feeling. Professional [strong]! The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations: a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options. Chinese dim sum, hot congee with small dishes, and a freshly-made noodle station were all available. Western bread, fried eggs, salads, fruits, and drinks were also abundant. The ingredients were fresh and replenished promptly, and the taste was spot-on. Starting the day with such a satisfying breakfast was wonderful. Convenient location, great facilities, attentive service, and an excellent breakfast – this is my top choice for business trips or travel. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xujiahui!

I always thought this hotel looked pretty upscale from the outside, so this time I brought my clients to check it out. The lobby is very spacious, with sofa areas and a co-working space. Large floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light. The breakfast selection is extensive, and the restaurant windows offer views of the street outside. However, it's a pity that the menu rarely changes; it's pretty much the same every day. The rooms offer a complimentary laundry service, which is a lifesaver for business travelers who need their clothes washed. They can get your laundry done and delivered back to your room in half a day! The location is super convenient, right near Xujiahui Station, and Guangqi Park is next door to the hotel. The front desk staff, especially Ms. Lailai, was wonderful—very polite and friendly. She went out of her way to help me track down a pile of packages. Her boss should definitely give her a bonus! 🍗

The hotel itself is clean and tastefully decorated, with tidy and quiet public areas, and rooms that get plenty of natural light. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around, as it's close to the Xujiahui subway station and city center. It offers great value for money, especially with the breakfast buffet from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and the complimentary late-night snack is a nice touch.

Conveniently located near the subway, with a shopping mall, church, and Xujiahui Academy nearby. It's right next to Xuhui High School, which you can even visit during the Qingming Festival – it's quite a beautiful campus. The room itself was decent, though the facilities are a bit dated. The window couldn't be opened, making it a little stuffy, and the lighting at night was a bit dim. However, the cleanliness was well-maintained. The housekeeping staff were quite friendly. Breakfast was extensive, leaning towards Western options, with plenty of cakes and breads. I noticed a lot of foreigners dining there. The afternoon tea is also highly recommended – very substantial.

Hygiene: Clean and tidy Environment: Surrounded by delicious food. Chaoshan beef hotpot and Haijiang Restaurant are super tasty, and you can eat them right downstairs. Service: Everyone is very polite and friendly. Highly recommended, excellent value for money!

As a designated hotel for major events by Jiushi, the exterior is spacious and grand, giving off an elegant and sophisticated vibe overall. However, while the exterior facilities of this branded five-star hotel are impeccably arranged and elegant, the interior rooms lack a certain touch of refinement. Specifically, if half of the sofa in the room could be reversed to form an S-shape, it would not only offer comfortable relaxation but also perfectly frame the beautiful views of the Sports Park… Some rooms in the event hotel feature exceptionally thoughtful accessibility facilities, and the sports and rehabilitation amenities downstairs are very comprehensive. The SPA environment is comfortable and the service is excellent. Kitchen No. 94 offers a dining experience worth trying!

Stayed two nights for a business trip. The room was great, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and breakfast exceeded expectations – truly top-tier for a non-5-star hotel. It was also very convenient to make tea in the room. I'll definitely come back next time.
