Excellent location: 1-2 minute walking distance to more than three malls (Xuperman, Polaris, King88 and more), many restaurants (Shanghainese and other Chinese restaurants, Jinqiang Beef Noodles apparently being the most popular, Indian restaurant, different international fast food chain restaurants, etc.), a large grocery store, corner/convenience stores, bank offices, etc., 10 minute walking distance to the metro station… The room was quite and clean, the bed was comfortable, there is an iron and ironing board, a safebox, and a refrigerator/freezer in the room which make the stay easier, elegant breakfast restaurant which is not crowded, great breakfast, great staff everywhere… I highly recommend this excellent hotel.

I've stayed in three hotels during my trip to Shanghai, and the Hyatt Centric was by far the most comfortable! The doorman at the entrance was very observant; he'd always help us with our luggage as soon as we got out of the car. The hotel facilities are all new and very clean, and it's also very photogenic! The kids had the most fun staying here! We even chose to stay again on our last day before heading home. Ms. Seria was very kind and even gave us complimentary fruit, which was a thoughtful touch. Thumbs up to her! This will definitely be our top choice for future visits to Shanghai!

This is an affordable and quite convenient option for solo travellers or those staying short-term. The room is clean, it’s spacious and generally quiet (at least from outside traffic). The location is pretty central. The water pressure on the shower is excellent, but be careful with the hot water as it can become scalding hot very quickly. The shower can also overflow to the outside so make sure to aim away from the shower door. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the subway station and as there is currently construction on the way to the station, this path is not the most convenient. If you are near the elevator it can get quite noisy with guests coming and going, as well as children. Another problem was the shortage of bath towels. We only had one large bath towel and had to go down and request this twice. However all the staff and cleaners are friendly and efficient.

There is Imago mall and metro L14 right next to Oakwood. So it's convenient if you use metro a lot. But if you use taxi, it's in Putuo district so not exactly in city center. The room is clean however the corridor in front of the room smells bad. Think it comes from the carpet. Maybe they should change it. Happy with the overall stay with Oakwood.

The hotel is located in the heart of Jing'an District, not far from major commercial hubs. We found it very convenient for visiting Nanjing Road, Up-Shanghailander, and Xintiandi. At this price point in the city center, it definitely offers great value for money. First, let's talk about the ambiance. The entrance features an elegant, understated bridge and dark blue curtains, leading to an interior that feels very clean and cozy. The room itself is compact but well-equipped. Initially, I was a bit upset because the room type assigned didn't quite match the pictures on Ctrip, but the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and resolved all our concerns one by one. I opted for a room with a view of the Suzhou River, bathed in natural light. The decor, featuring wood grain and warm-toned lighting, was very comfortable and soothing. There was also a distinctive scent in the room, reminiscent of cypress leaves and pine resin, which my girlfriend particularly enjoyed. Housekeeping was exceptional! Given the compact size of the room, we easily ended up with clothes piled everywhere, but the cleaning staff always tidied everything up perfectly. Breakfast was a unique Shanghai-style affair, complete with personalized service. It's served in the bar on the ground floor, which is quite lively, serving meals by day and drinks by night. Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. The front desk staff were incredibly accommodating, assisting with various requests like printing, late check-out, and providing daily necessities. If I visit Shanghai again, I would definitely choose neobridge. Who could resist the beautiful daylight views of the Suzhou River?

True to the description, the room was spotless and spacious. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, and they kindly arranged a high-floor, city-view room for me as requested. The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk from the metro station, and Joy City shopping mall is directly opposite, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai!

The front desk was very friendly and the cleaning was OK. The curtains were good and blocked out the light. There were quite a lot of Japanese guests and the breakfast on the second floor was also Japanese style. However, the power supply of the bidet in the bathroom was the same circuit system as the indoor lights, so if the lights were not on, the toilet could not be turned on, which was a bit weird. Then the TV was all Internet TV, no satellite TV, so when you couldn't watch it, you had to press the button on the previous layer and log in again.

Holiday Inn Putuo is located on the bank of Suzhou River in the Putuo District of Shanghai. It is just 5-minute walk from Ĺongde Metro Station Line 11 and 10 10-minute walk from Caoyang Road Metro Station. The location is ideal if you want to use the Metro for sightseeing. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Good this is that it has only 7 floors. Suzhou River provides an ideal path for a night stroll.

Lilian is an absolute gem! She was incredibly warm and welcoming, even proactively helping me with my luggage during check-in. The bed was super comfy, and while the room wasn't huge, it felt very cozy. The breakfast spread was extensive. Housekeeping was incredibly thorough. The hotel's location is also superb, with a subway entrance right outside the door. Extremely convenient! Five stars!
