Buenos Aires Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"Well, first of all, when I arrived, I didn't see any signage. It looked a bit like Men in Black, with transparent doors and a hallway with two people sitting at a table. That's where the confusion ends. The elevator is right behind them, where they're escorted out, and all the instructions are sent via WhatsApp during the ride up. The view from the window, naturally, doesn't match the ”city view” advertised when you booked it, unless, of course, you consider the entire downtown area littered with trash, in which case it's fine. Incidentally, it is. The location is excellent, on the main street that ends at the obelisk, making it easy to stroll. The food is understandable: there are tons of restaurants for every taste, and the meat, of course, is fantastic."

"Located in the heart of Buenos Aires, it is a very convenient location for sightseeing around the city. However, the building is aging, but considering the price, it is a necessary and sufficient hotel. Breakfast is served on the rooftop and is buffet style. "During check in they gave me a faulty key so the gentlemen at the concierge helped to replace. The major drawback of this hotel was the toilet. It smelled like sewage. It's my first night in Buenos Aires and I arrived late so I wanted to book a nicer hotel to be comfortable but the toilet had a really bad smell. Plus the aircon was not turned on when I checked in so it had this musky, stuffy smell too. I didn't change room because I was too tired from a 36 hour flight, and I only stayed for one night. The shower area didn't have a place to put shower gel/shampoo. They didn't provide any except a small soap, am not sure if this should be a 4-star hotel standard....If it's for sustainability reason they can provide those wall hanged shampoo/shower gel. The breakfast was yummy and had a variety of choices. Location is great."

"It was very very convenient place to go around in the city. I was surprised that I putted a tip on the bed but it backs after I come back to my room."

"The only plus is the comfortable bed with snow-white linens. Everything else is only 3, and the service is generally 1. The hall is beautiful, from the outside the building looks entourage, but inside, on the floors, it’s terrible 🙉. The elevators are old, but they could be restored somehow. Everything on the floor is shabby. There are no slippers, no bathrobes, no kettle in the room and not even water. The refrigerator is empty! It’s damp, the smell is like visiting grandma in the village. What 5 stars?! What are you about?! The towel in the bathroom on top was gray, frayed with threads🤦♀️. I checked in late at night and went downstairs to ask for water. They brought me a small bottle and told me it would cost 1800 Argentine pesos😡! I didn’t take breakfast, but the next morning I decided to try it. I asked at the reception if it was possible? Yes of course without problems. The choice is poor. Only scramble and hot bacon. Baking is not very good🥴. As soon as I sat down at the table, a girl came running up to me and asked for my number, then she started shaking papers in front of me and saying that I didn’t have breakfast. I calmly replied that I was aware. She started writing the price, but I already knew. 20450 pesos. She ran away, but then came running again with checks for me to sign. Is this generally normal for this level of hotel?! As if I would run away and not cry! Breakfast was ruined and so was my mood. Imagine my surprise when, at check-in, I was given a bill for 61 thousand pesos😡😡😡! What it was, I don't know. But then the girl asked how many times did I have breakfast?! Do you even work there separately from each other?! Ugliness! The neighboring 3-star hotel did not have such horror! I had breakfast calmly, I just wrote down the room number and that’s it. When leaving, I calmly paid. I left my suitcase for a couple of days, and only then read reviews about thefts. I was worried, but thank you 🙏 everything turned out fine. Do not book this hotel under any circumstances, there are others nearby that are more expensive and cheaper, but definitely better!"

"Very nice hotel in a good location for what we wanted to do in Buenos Aires. The staff were so helpful and the breakfast was beyond our expectations. We booked massages and took advantage of the spa’s hot tub after a long day of sightseeing. Many good restaurants and shopping nearby, and very convenient to Recoleta Cemetery, City Tour Bus, and Sunday arts & craft market in the plaza."

"Super buen atendimiento. Desaconsejo reservar una habitación del lado interior si eres claustrofobico. Se tiene que arreglar la puerta de la ducha porque se inunda el baño cada vez que me ducho. Desayuno demasiado básico."

"O hotel me parece bem antigo. O cheiro não é bom. Não existe blekaut na janela. O ar condicionado me parece muito velho e não funciona bem. Estive em Buenos Aires no inverno, mas quando cheguei fazia 17°, que com a janela fechada, parecia bem abafado. Precisei abrir a janela. A qualidade das toalhas é bem precária e muito encardidas. O café da manhã é bem básico. Você tem que pagar até o ovo que pede. Sinceramente, não recomendo!"
