"This Hampton by Hilton in downtown Yanji is very conveniently located. It's within walking distance to West Market, and a taxi ride to the Korean Folk Culture Village is also a reasonable distance. The room amenities are quite new, and the electric curtains and smart toilet provided a good experience. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including local Yanbian specialties like warm noodles and beef soup with rice. During my stay, the hotel was almost fully booked, so the shower pressure from the rainfall showerhead was a bit low at night, and the internet occasionally disconnected. However, the 24-hour customer service was very responsive and promised to continue optimizing. The service industry is tough, and their proactive problem-solving is commendable. The staff even thoughtfully prepared a list of nearby hotel restaurants. Overall, the value for money is excellent, making it a great option for families visiting Yanji."

"This is my third stay here, and I always choose this hotel whenever I'm in town – it's become a habit. The front desk staff recognize me now; they greet me as soon as I arrive. The room is as usual, clean and tidy, no complaints. This time I noticed they've replaced the corridor carpets with new ones, and the hairdryer in the room has been upgraded to a much better one. They're consistently improving the small details. All in all, it's comfortable, hassle-free, and you can't go wrong here. I'd give it a good review just for the familiarity alone."

"The child came to Changbai Mountain during the summer vacation. Yanji was the second stop. I chose Anbu Private Tang this homestay. I was very satisfied and recommended. The location of the homestay is very good, the lively room facing the street is not noisy, the space is very large, it is mainly solid wood, simple atmosphere, and it is very clean. It is convenient to eat and drink around, 2 kilometers away from Yanda and the Internet red wall. It is recommended to recommend the nearby Quanhong small barbecue. Yanji features and is delicious. After dinner, we walked from the hotel to the net red wall. We didn't feel far away. We crossed a river and walked on the bridge. It was very cool. The net red wall night market was very lively. "The rooms were spacious, and the lobby had a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rooms were large enough for two families, and it was very close to the popular Instagram-worthy wall. The owner picked us up from the high-speed rail station and was very welcoming. The guesthouse courtyard was beautifully maintained; every detail was carefully considered. Unfortunately, my trip was too rushed, so I only stayed one night. Five stars!"

"I give 5 stars for cleanliness because the housekeeper was really good at cleaning. She even folded our clothes every day, which I didn't expect and was very thoughtful. I give 3 stars for environment and facilities because of your elevator. There's only one small elevator, and we had to wait 3 or 4 times during a wedding, and it still didn't go down. I was almost driven crazy. I give 1 star for service because one of the women at the front desk was incompetent. We checked in on October 1st, and it was great. The manager was very kind and told us we weren't dressed warmly enough, as we need down jackets in Changbai Mountain, and even brought them to the elevator for us. We had a very good impression of your hotel. However, on the evening of October 2nd, we ordered takeout, and it was ”lost.” I called the front desk twice. The first call told me the takeout wasn't there, that the robot had delivered it. The second call told me the takeout was lost and that it was the delivery person's problem, not the front desk. I said there was no other way, since I was waiting for my food. The waiter just told me to contact the delivery person and hung up. The delivery person told me it was in the robot. How could takeout get lost in a hotel? I don't understand. The service staff were so cold and insensitive. They could have at least looked for it. I had to go to the front desk in this cold weather to find it, and they ended up finding it on the front desk table? It was such an obvious location, and not a single staff member helped me find it. They just told me to contact the delivery rider myself and that it had nothing to do with them. This kind of service is something I've never seen in all my years of staying in hotels. It's so irresponsible and their work is so inadequate."

"I stayed in Yanji for 3 days and booked 3 different hotels. This one was the most expensive, but neither the environment nor the service was the best. I wanted to turn on the tatami heating, but they never did, claiming safety concerns. So, was the tatami just for decoration then? I just wanted it to be warm enough because I was worried my back would get cold at night. The air conditioning was directly above the bed, and lying there, I felt the cold air blowing right on me. It wasn't particularly hot that night, so I didn't turn on the AC. If it had been hot, I probably would have caught a cold sleeping with it on all night. There were three of us, and I wanted an extra pillow. The staff told me there were already four pillows on the bed in the room and didn't provide one. This is the first time I've ever heard of a hotel refusing an extra pillow. We booked a triple room, a family room, which usually means each person gets two pillows. I only asked for one more, and they still refused. Overall, the stay was just very average. The experience wasn't even as good as the Hanting Hotel I stayed in on the first night.🤣 P.S. The Hanting Hotel I booked was also a triple room and they directly provided six pillows, so I didn't need to ask for any. If you're going to the Folk Culture Village, staying here is very convenient as you can enter and exit by just swiping your room card. The overall attitude of the staff was quite good. It really depends on what you're looking for."

"This is a new hotel, and they offer complimentary Korean traditional clothing. Free coffee is also available, and the bedding is very comfortable. My main complaint is that when I tried to watch TV at night, the remote control didn't work. I contacted customer service, and they said there should be two remotes in the room, but we only had one. A staff member came to check but couldn't find the second one, even after looking behind the curtains and on the desk. I suggested they ask the housekeeping staff. They eventually brought a replacement, but it was the wrong one, so they had to bring another. The whole process took about 20 minutes, and I had to wait dressed in my pajamas late at night, which was very inconvenient. There was no apology either. The next day, something even stranger happened: the door broke and wouldn't open. It seems the door's construction quality is very poor. A male staff member came and managed to open the door from the outside. Also, if one person takes a shower, the next person can't shower immediately after. On the plus side, we arrived early and found parking easily."
