"The best I think at the center of davao. I always want to book this hotel but they are sold out most of the time. I like it coz they have netflix now. One thing i want them to improve is the sheets… the blankets are too thin for my liking. But overall, its the best!"

"We arrived early and were allowed to check in at 12 noon instead of 2 pm – very accommodating. The room, sheets, and towels were clean and smelled fresh. Bathroom was clean, with a small partition separating the toilet and shower. Hallways were tidy and well-maintained. There’s an elevator, which was convenient since our room was on the 3rd floor. Staff were friendly and courteous – from the receptionist to housekeeping, always greeting us with a smile. Great location – within walking distance to Gaisano market, People’s Park, and Roxas Night Market. Close to Sta. Ana Wharf, perfect for island hopping trips. Recommendations: It would be nice to have more toiletries provided (like toothbrush, toothpaste, or slippers). A kettle or small water heater in the room would be convenient for guests. Some soundproofing improvements could help reduce hallway noise for lighter sleepers."

"An accommodation that provides basic amenities for business travellers. Got the twin room with queen-sized bed. I booked for a twin room with 2 separate beds since I know that they don’t have cabinets and I’ve got stuff for a week’s stay, I was planning to pit my clothes on the other bed. I was not informed about it unfortunately there are no more available rooms with 2 beds. My week’s stay is uneventful and peaceful. The bed, pillows and linens were comfy, with hot shower, an earlier model of flat tv, a pair of table and char, and a mirror. I felt safe enough with their keycard-operated locks, a double lock and a safety door lock lever. Staff were friendly and very helpful, and they talk when you speak to them 😅. Kuya guard is very jolly and helpful. it also has water filter where you may get hot water for morning coffee. The place is in the center of this business area, with stores such as savemore and 7-11 nearby. The only thing that disappointed me was the special request which can be made thru Trip.com. Their answers are not definite. It’s always “the hotel will try theor best to provide…” it would be helpful if queries will be given a definite answer to help travelers pack."

"The room is bunk type with own toilet which is convenient for friends or solo travelers not for families. It's worth the price. The menu is the same for days so I don't know if they are offering other menu for breakfast."

"Room is big and clean. The staff are very accomodating. Location is in the heart of the city near to the attraction of davao city. Highly reccommended for all the travellers in davao city."

"Staff is nice and welcoming. Place is worth the price. Didn't expect the window to be that big, so I never opened it anyways Haha. wifi is bad as well as the signal. But still worth the price. It's clean and the location is perfect. It's one ride away from a lot of hotspots."

"Had a very good stay. The breakfast is good. The quality service of the employees is very good. They are very kind. One thing I would point out is that the room was with a strong smell of mold. We asked to change the rooms and the employee kindly accepted our petition."
