"The place is nice… cozy looking and the service are great. New resort and everybody seems to still getting used to the service. No receptionist at night. We had to check out early due to our flight changes and left 5:00am the front desk is not open and the no place to return my key but had to leave it in the room.. the breakfast option is not much. Hopefully next time there are more options and the phone in the room. The guy who cleans around is nice. He is always willing to help. Could improve more but it’s a great place to be, only 9 minutes to secret beach, and malinao skate road, 30 minutes to cloud 9, 1 half hour to North/ Pacifico.. Not a busy street so you’re going to have a relaxing night of sleep. Gas station is just right around the corner."

"Overall a very good resort, located on the main road close to all the action and night life. They provide a free tuk tuk to take you to a particular place on this road whether it is a restaurant or the Cloud nine beach. The resort has its own small beach. The villas have a fan and air con.. The bathroom has 2 showers, one inside and one outside which is nice.The shower heads though are due for decalcification to provide a good and comfortable shower. Be aware that villas that are located close to the road are quite noisy. Breakfast is buffet style and is served near the pool. If you arrive before the official check in time of 2pm and even if your villa is ready, you will have to pay an extra fee to get the key."

Although there was some ongoing construction during our stay, it wasn't a major issue since we were out most of the day for our island activities, and the work had already stopped by the time we returned each afternoon. We also enjoyed dining at their restaurant. The food was delicious, and we appreciated that the chef personally came over to ask how we liked our meals. My only suggestion would be to add more menu options, as the resort is quite far from restaurants and convenience stores. Having a wider selection would be especially helpful for guests staying several days. The staff were all friendly, accommodating, and approachable. They assisted us with everything we needed before, during, and even after our stay, making us feel well taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend Ferra Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and private getaway. "The location is gorgeous, and the huts face the sunrise! The staff are so helpful and friendly. They helped me organise travel back to the airport at the end of my stay, and they have a really talented surfing instructor on-site. The huts are really clean and well maintained. All I would say is, as it's a hut, you can't be squeamish about things like ants or geckos, and the internet connection in my hut was a bit weak. But overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation. Very good price as well. I loved it there!"

The location is excellent—situated along Tourism Road in General Luna and conveniently close to popular spots such as AFAM Bridge (Catangnan Bridge), Catangnan BBQ, Shaka Café, and Cloud 9. It is also within easy reach of many of Siargao’s well-known restaurants, cafés, and tourist attractions. The place itself is cozy, aesthetic, and surrounded by lush greenery, creating a relaxing tropical atmosphere. The rooms are air-conditioned, and I was especially impressed by how clean and fresh the sheets and linens were. Having a private balcony overlooking the greenery was a wonderful bonus. Everything about the stay was smooth, hassle-free, and well-organized. Guests also have access to a shared kitchen, which is very convenient if you prefer to prepare or cook your own meals. One thoughtful touch that stood out was that they provide a coffee press along with freshly ground coffee beans for guests to enjoy—perfect for starting the day in a peaceful setting. Most importantly, the host was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and responsive throughout my stay, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. "Pros: Big rooms, newr town, clean room. Cons: noisy beside the street, water tank motor near our room which creates noise every hour. Bidet and flash of toilet broken. No generator in case there is brownout."

"The Beach House is a very nice place to stay in General Luna. It’s directly at the beach and you can see the sea from your bed. It also has a private terrace, which you can see on the picture. The people are very nice and help out with everything, also renting a scooter is quite easy. The accommodation is big and has a lot of space for your stuff. I would recommend staying at the beach house!"
