"The room was beautiful, the location was stunning and it was a reasonable price. However, I do not recommend walking to and from the accomodation early in the morning or late at night as dogs are quite agressive and harass any passers by on the main road. For most people getting a scooter this wont be a problem, but if you have an early or late arrival into Pai then this is worth considering. The room was cleaned during our stay, it wasnt needed but would of been nice ."

"For this price 400 bath, it is perfect. It looks nice. But be ready that it is not very clean. The trash bins and the fridge were very dirty. The Windows isclosed with much difficulty, the lock does not work well. You can not be sure about safety of your belonings, especially if you live on the first Floor. First Floor is with rooms without airconditioner. The second Floor is a little more expensive, 500 bath. But with air on and looks more safe. Any way it is a good place. And I disided to stay longer here but book another room and move from the 1st Floor to the second one. On trip.com it costs even a little cheaper then to pay by cash."

"While the hotel was generally clean, the large number of young guests, many of whom were smoking cigarettes and other substances, made for a challenging stay for middle-aged couples like us. The central swimming pool was frequently noisy with groups playing and smoking, so I advise families with children to thoroughly research the hotel before booking. On the positive side, its location is excellent, being just a 10-minute walk to Walking Street. If you prioritize value for money and can overlook other concerns, it might be an acceptable option."

"We stayed in a cute bungalow at the very end of the resort. The resort is secluded with quiet peaceful ambiance, suitable for family or group vacation. There is a swimming pool and a small dining place if you opt for breakfast. There is sufficient parking space.
The resort is about a kilometer away from the Walking Street night market, and the street is quite dark at night."

"The area has beautiful views and is well-maintained. Convenient parking (even if you are driving). A bike ride away from 7/11 and the city center. I lived in a trailer. It was a bit chilly at night. And during the day, if you don't turn on the air conditioner, it was very hot (there was an air conditioner and it worked properly). Overall, it was a nice, fairly large and comfortable trailer. The path to the trailers goes through a suspension bridge, it was atmospheric. There was no pool. There are nice cats living at the reception, I loved to pet them while passing by"

"The suite room was a great place to stay.
The room design was nice, everything felt clean and new, literally can't complain anything much. It made me felt super cozy and at home.
Nearest 7-11 was just a 3 minute walk away, and the walking street was just a few hundred meters away.
Their area felt like a little garden in the jungle, you can see a lot of frogs and snails here at nights.
The breakfast could definitely be a little better, but I don't care much about breakfast so it was fine for me.
Despite the price being a little above my budget, it was absolutely worth a stay."

"It is a beautiful building complex with a very beautiful style and looks beautiful. Qua location is also perfectly just outside the impressive center and yet walking distance. I'm not sure there's a school next to you and you're hearing some sounds in the day but I don't think it's disturbing.
The terrace's doors and horrors are hard to open, the shower is not really hot if you push the crane hard, and the floor is moving as the neighbors walk along. It is also quite obeyed, but it has not been a burden in my six days, and I think everyone is very aware of it.
At breakfast you can choose one thing from the menu and the boss try to make the zsm but after 9 hours it gets busy and he can't actually do it.
It's a very beautiful place with a very nice staff."

"I stayed here for a few nights in November 2025. It is a family run business and the mother of the owner is normally the one that takes care of the place. It is located in the countryside and you can expect to see and hear chickens and other animals. While the cottages are a walkable distance (2km) from the town, you are much better off renting a scooter if staying here. The cottages are quaint, but not the best construction. You can see many places where the concrete walls are cracking. Also, sometimes the doors don't closes correctly, but overall, I found the place to be comfortable. The TV in the rooms is quite small and old, but they do have an HDMI port to use a fire stick with. The water pressure is good and the hot water heater works. The bathroom is small and everything is contained in one area so you will get the toilet and everything wet when showering. You can see a walk through review I did on youtube."

The bed was large and comfy, and the pillows were great – I slept wonderfully 😴
The staff were very friendly.
The location is convenient – not far from town, just a 5-minute walk to cafes, bars, and restaurants. Yet, it's not noisy at all; quite the opposite, it's quiet and secluded.
What was missing from the room was a kettle and a fridge."

"I found out via email after I had already arrived at the accommodation that the room I initially contracted for was unfortunately not ready.
The manager gave me another room.
It was quiet and had its own charm, like an independent apartment. (I wish they worked harder on cleanliness.
But I received too many additional services there.
The manager picked me up as I had to go to the travel service by 4 a.m. to see the Banjabo sunrise.
Luggage storage service was also provided for about 4 hours.
Although the accommodation was far away, I was able to explore Pai by bike.
It was a very nice and warm trip."

This housing experience definitely exceeded expectations!
When we arrived, the hostess inquired about our itinerary in PAI at the beginning of check-in, and took the initiative to provide us with a hand-drawn map of PAI to help us arrange our itinerary.
When she learned that we already had our original itinerary, she was very upset that she could not do more for us.
Even after learning that we planned to go to BanJaBo the next morning and were unable to enjoy breakfast,
A breakfast was packed directly in the evening for us to enjoy when we set off!
Throughout the entire stay, you gave my wife and I a feeling of home.
I rarely leave my reviews for hotels
But you can definitely get my perfect rating!
If I have the chance to come back to PAI, I will definitely come again!

My room is very spartanly furnished. Nowhere to hang clothes up in the room.
Bathroom is very basic but clean. The toilet roll offered is top quality in Thailand.
Front desk reception is not manned as the staff is always in the kitchen area.
Good masseur on-site. Got a great 2-hour massage to ease away my knots and tightness. Hot spring tub available for a good soak.

It is awkward to use. The wind is very strong. Another point is the noise problem. There is a bar near the door. By 2 o'clock in the morning, those who have insomnia will definitely become even more insomniac. It is very noisy and loud. The breakfast is still good.

There is a large swimming pool on premises. Breakfast was ok. Nothing too fancy: bread, coffee/tea, with boiled or fried eggs. Cereal also available with fruits.

小小排骨Look ahead. Ctrip. This hotel is located in the center of Pai. It only takes two to three minutes to walk to the night market in the center of Pai. The hotel is very quiet in Linhe.
He is a garden-style mini-thatched house by the river, and the environment is very good. The aunt at the front desk was very welcoming and had free breakfast. Sitting by the river and looking at the mountains in the distance, the flowers in front of the door, the Buddha statues, and the pool were refreshing. There are two puppies in the hotel that are very cute. Pai County is a slow-paced place. I like it very much. Pai County is very cold at night and there is no need to turn on the electric fan. The price is special. If there is another time, I will definitely choose this one. ,recommend!

AAnonymous UserI had a great stay here. Location was perfect for me. You can have a breakfast watching river and take a walk along the river. It is located in the corner of Pai walking street, so you can walk to walking street any time. Also, it is close to the Pai bus terminal( walking distance). Room was spacious and clean. But, don’t expect like 4star hotel service here. There is no receptionist. There is a lady doing multi roles(working at front desk, hotel restaurant,…I am sure many more). She was busy but very helpful. I enjoyed my staying here and I will book this hotel again next time when I travel to Pai.

The landlord is very nice .. there are few options with choosing the rooms . So don’t choose the standard if you want to stay and live for few days as standard is a box !!! Very small . Location is perfect ! No crowd ! Thai feelings !
