"Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, and it all begins with the amazing service from Teaw. From the moment we arrived until well after we left, Teaw went above and beyond in every possible way. After returning to Chiang Mai, I realized I had accidentally left behind my camera and hairdryer at the hotel. Teaw not only contacted me immediately after discovering the items (even though I missed the call), but he also personally arranged for them to be delivered to me via a local driver—at his own expense. He clearly explained how I could collect them, and when I finally received my belongings, they were perfectly packed and undamaged. Teaw is truly a trustworthy and outstanding staff member, and I’m so grateful for his help. As for the hotel itself—it’s a peaceful retreat deeply connected to nature. The lush gardens, blooming flowers, and bamboo-built rooms offer a unique and calming atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was always plenty of hot water. Breakfast was another highlight: generous, delicious, and full of variety. I especially loved the rich white Tom Yum soup, high-quality yogurt, creamy butter, and the wide selection of breads, including both multigrain and white options. The dining area was warm and inviting, and the swimming pool and relaxation zones were absolutely beautiful—perfect spots to unwind and enjoy the serenity around. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the genuine care and kindness shown by the staff. You can feel it while you’re there, and you continue to feel it even after you’ve left. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again, especially to Teaw—you made all the difference."

"Perfect location. Walking distance to the middle of Pai and right around the corner from the walking street. Push bikes available to go that little bit further. Lovely staff. Level 1 rooms have direct pool access and private sun beds."

"Spacious rooms, away from the Main street but you can walk there easily. Many restaurants and shops near by. Breakfast included which was delicious and there’s variety of options. I’m not a breakfast person but I came down every morning."

"This was fun for two of us,I used Bolt to book a ride going to this place it's about 7km from Pai bus station but sad they accept and message asking 300 baht for a ride but suppose to be 100 baht in the apps. So what we did Cancel them and rent a 🏍 for 150 baht for 24 hours,good deal!and fuel for 60 baht. -- The stay was comfortable. The hot spring was good for our body, so we enjoyed it. The breakfast was not stingy, and the tummy was happy.the place needed to be renovating"

"The hotel is on the bank of the Bai River, and there is a pontoon to walk to the market. The staff are warm and thoughtful and helped to walk a long way with luggage. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Maybe they just came from the Tree House Hotel and finally feel relieved. I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast is rich, the order system, the service is very nice. The swimming pool was very clean, but unfortunately, it rained for a long time the next day. The water in the pool was cold and the children could not swim as expected. Compared to the weekend night market in Chiang Mai, the night market here is more suitable for eating and walking. The fruit pancakes are really delicious!"
