"The hotel is a 15-minute walk from Walking Street, which I found to be quite a trek. While there's a hotel shuttle, it can only be requested by phone, which is inconvenient if you don't have a local number or can't make calls. On the plus side, the swimming pool was great for relaxing. However, breakfast was quite a letdown."

"We really enjoyed it here. It was clean and the room/ bathroom was lovely. The biggest issue we had was that the ground floor room was exposed with windows all around, facing the pool and the activity outside. So perhaps some nets would help to add privacy without having to close curtains and be in darkness. We were hoping to stay another night as it was great, but they were unsurprisingly booked out! "99% perfect: The hotel is well located next to the river and we were lucky to have a bungalow direct on the river. The breakfast is great and have more than everything, also have some change from day to day, so can try something new daily and it's located on the riverside which is perfect in the morning. The manager Mike has a high hospitality knowleadge and share good vibes at all occasions. We would have loved to stay longer but is was sad that the hotel doesn't make any offer for longer stay. We will come back. 1% negatif: The other rooms were noisy even from outside. All the bathtubs from all the bungalows on the riverside are out of service which is really shame. The hot spring water swimmingpool is open to outsider until 7pm so it busy and noisy all day, however after that it is quiet (except twice while a couple with their very little kid stay until 11pm playing in the water). Our room was a bit cold at night (beginning of january) and all kind of insects came in the room."

"We stayed there for 3 nights and the service was very good, except for one time when the woman at the reception didn't call a taxi, even though we had asked twice and we were late for our meeting point at the zipline. Cleanliness was very good and everything except beer in the minibar was free. Great location"

"Quaint little oasis in the Pai village.Booking was done via TRIP and it was almost impossible to reach the resort prior to the trip. Do arrange your own transport to the resort although it says its complimentary pickup. Once you get to the resort, everything is worth the hassle. Beautiful resort setting with wonderful and attentive waiting staff. Somsak was really attentive to our needs and took the effort to make recommendations on places to go and eat. All other lady staff were super cute and friendly, it felt like home and we were very well taken care of. Thank you Oai crew"

"Really shocked me when we step in our room!!! The river view is amazing, bed is very comfortable, designed with full of local culture! Breakfast is superb delicious and you can just sit down and order your breakfast menu. Surely will come back to stay in this hotel if have my next trip to Pai. If you are driving, please arrive hotel before 6pm, as the Pai walking street just in front of the hotel."

"Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, and it all begins with the amazing service from Teaw. From the moment we arrived until well after we left, Teaw went above and beyond in every possible way. After returning to Chiang Mai, I realized I had accidentally left behind my camera and hairdryer at the hotel. Teaw not only contacted me immediately after discovering the items (even though I missed the call), but he also personally arranged for them to be delivered to me via a local driver—at his own expense. He clearly explained how I could collect them, and when I finally received my belongings, they were perfectly packed and undamaged. Teaw is truly a trustworthy and outstanding staff member, and I’m so grateful for his help. As for the hotel itself—it’s a peaceful retreat deeply connected to nature. The lush gardens, blooming flowers, and bamboo-built rooms offer a unique and calming atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was always plenty of hot water. Breakfast was another highlight: generous, delicious, and full of variety. I especially loved the rich white Tom Yum soup, high-quality yogurt, creamy butter, and the wide selection of breads, including both multigrain and white options. The dining area was warm and inviting, and the swimming pool and relaxation zones were absolutely beautiful—perfect spots to unwind and enjoy the serenity around. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the genuine care and kindness shown by the staff. You can feel it while you’re there, and you continue to feel it even after you’ve left. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again, especially to Teaw—you made all the difference."

"The hotel is on the bank of the Bai River, and there is a pontoon to walk to the market. The staff are warm and thoughtful and helped to walk a long way with luggage. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Maybe they just came from the Tree House Hotel and finally feel relieved. I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast is rich, the order system, the service is very nice. The swimming pool was very clean, but unfortunately, it rained for a long time the next day. The water in the pool was cold and the children could not swim as expected. Compared to the weekend night market in Chiang Mai, the night market here is more suitable for eating and walking. The fruit pancakes are really delicious!"
