Overall the hotel is very nice with excellent service. Room service is outstanding and the staff is kind and welcoming.
We love the pool and the sea view, and particularly the sunset scene was awesome!
Location is a bit far from main roads and amenities. Without personal car, it is a bit hard to go out for local food and taxi is the only option if you don't wanna walk.
However, they have nice kitchen and variety of food. Hotel price though. Breakfast buffet was great.
It is famous for family and kids, so you can expect it to be crowded with kids during weekends.
Nice clean and modern hotel. Average service with rather stern looking late check in reception (understandable). Breakfast was crowded, but with decent choices. Pool and gym are well equipped. Excellent location to explore town.
I got a million of the views from the room, giving to me chilling among hard work in the week.
-Most guests are thai and japanese , rarely see others
-There are many parking
-There is a security guard who helps you and your car go to main road.
-All facilities are good condition like sauna, pool ,gym.
-all front are very polite and excellent service.
-small chair in the toilet makes me surprised help me a lot from struggling

I have a comfortable stay with my team at Racha Residence. Though the place might be slightly old, the place is well clean, the receptionist is just amazing, I never got her name but they worked on 14/11-15/11. Thank you again for the kind service.
There is a lot of malls nearby from Robinson to Aeon Max Value. Also there is nearby convenience stores, restaurant, it's just well rounded.
Ideal for a good night's sleep, as the room is perfectly set up for it. The room isn't overly spacious, but the bed and pillows are wonderfully soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. A minor point about the bathroom: while the shower and toilet are separated, both spaces are a bit cramped. There's a noticeable gap under the bathroom door, and it lacks a lock, which affects privacy. Complimentary ice is always available downstairs. The mini-fridge is quite small, only suitable for chilling drinks.
I was truly impressed with the service provided by the staff, the cleanliness and convenience of the room, as well as the delicious and diverse food offered at this hotel. I also really appreciated the prompt assistance from the front desk staff in resolving issues, and the excellent coordination and support from the Trip.com team who called to help manage my booking. I would definitely stay here again, and I’ve already recommended this hotel to my friends, relatives, and acquaintances. Without a doubt, I will book through Trip.com again.
I checked in late at night and was warmly welcomed by the staff at the front desk. The hotel was not crowded, and the elevator was fast. I got a corner room, which was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The air conditioning took a while to cool the room, and I couldn’t figure out how to turn off the control panel light, which was a bit distracting in the dark. Breakfast was limited but tasty. The hotel has a nice sea view, a large clean swimming pool,
I was in Pattaya and Jomtien prior and took a few days out to visit Sriracha. And what a beautiful and relaxing place this is. The hotel location was good. Just off a busy main road. Near the sea and a large modern shopping mall. But not situated on the seafront itself. So no great direct sea views from the hotel balconies. If you get the top-floor apartments, you get something of a reasonable sea view. Nearby on the seafront, there were some cafes and restaurants to eat, drink, and enjoy the sea view. This to my surprise is a hotel that caters very much to Japanese tourists, with its Japanese theme style-themed hotel and food, The Room was comfortable and clean. I liked the swimming pool. The hotel staff spoke English and were very helpful and friendly. It was a safe and secure place to stay. Quiet in the evenings. Overall. A lovely stay with no complaints. Sadly, when I arrived, I forgot to take my usual arrival of the room photos. So I have enclosed some of the local nearby scenic places and views you will see.

Great
CCHANHOIt's a quiet and clean hotel. The location is pretty good as you can go to the shopping mall if you walk a little. The staff were friendly and emotional, and I was personally satisfied.
MMikky AnanAll staffs are friendly and provide well services. I can feel warm welcome and during our stay, we felt relax like home (this purpose of this trip is to find local food restaurants and hotel for WFH for couple days). The cleanliness, room decoration, breakfast and facilities are great. Also, the view at the pool is also nice. Expect to re-visit soon.
AAnonymous UserWe had a great stay at this hotel! The property is modern and stylish, with spacious and comfortable rooms.
The location is excellent — close to everything we needed, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transport.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Big thank you to one of the managers, Kat, for helping us with our issues.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay with top-notch service!
DDream_IEThe room has everything according to the standard. The room size is just right. It can accommodate 2 people. This time we checked in very late, almost 11 pm. The staff is lovely and we checked out at 5 am to go to the hospital. It was convenient.
GGuest UserLocation is good, next to 7/11 and a short walk to the mall/shopping/food.
There is also 2 restaurants close to the hotel, Japanese and Indian.
At arrival the reception desk was very helpful and friendly, also very helpful during our whole stay of 5 nights. Great service at all times.
Popcorn man is very friendly and nice. Have read other reviews before about the free coffee and popcorn, that is very nice, but they use a lot of sugar at the Popcorn! That is not for us Scandinavians. Thailand seems to have sugar in almost every things, in dried fish, smoked salmon, popcorn, juice and a lot more. To bad. Probably a way to make Thailand fat.
Had a great room with mountain view and it was peaceful and nice. The room has a bathtub and Japanese style toilet, charging point next to the bed. Has a switch next to the bed to turn on a light outside the room door for clean the room or Not disturb. Old and a bit worn out hotel, but absolutely a nice hotel and good breakfast. A hotel with a lot of mirrors all over, and a lot of glass windows in and around the reception area and floors. Probably not a big cleaning staff to keep all the glass and mirrors clean at all times.
The Onsen is like other guests has said before, almost no one use it. They should have made a steam room in the second shower room. It's a big room inside the Onsen that no one use. Would make a great steamroom size. And members and guests would for sure start using the Onsen a lot more.
There is even room for making a female side at the Onsen, already a second pool that is covered up with no use. Split up the huge entrance rooms, leave a few showers for the women and a simple wall to close the gap for each side, and open the second pool with water flow from the big one. Then it would be happy guests of both women and men.
The gym was back in the days a great and professional one, and it still works very well today. Worn out and a few leaks when it rains but can have a good workout any way.
Did not use the pool, but used the sunbeds. There is 3 sunbeds and one of them is almost collapsed, no mattress. Bit of sun in the morning before the sun gets behind the hotel building, also sun at late afternoon.
Too bad the tennis court is closed due to leaks and saggy floor. Suggest the Hotel to remove the chemicals that is right next to the pool in public
We will come back, great staff, big room with a bathtub and good location.
KKaow;310 out of 10 for sure! I repeat the reservation for twice and never disappointed in anything :)
Even I forgot my keycard or can’t turn on the air conditioner but every staffs are super polite and friendly to me 😭🫶 so appreciated! Also love the pool at night 💕the room was super super clean and fresh. You can open the window for getting some sunlight of just close the curtain when you need some privacy. The breakfast was grrrreat! I love this hotel breakfast so much hahaha
GGuest UserDuring my check up I have bad experiences. The counter lady does not explain why I need to wait for her to check the room before I can leave. She just said wait. I do not understand and I want to walk away and she raise her voice and tell me wait. I’m not happy with such service standard in a Japanese culture hotel where details explaination will be explained for what we are expected. Hope this can help you better service in future. Last step is most upset that I feel I don’t enjoy the hotel at all.
AAKIMICHIThe exterior is old, but the facilities are fine. The water pressure in the shower is very strong, but you have to adjust it with a valve. The room is on the 4th floor with a sea view, so the view is great. Also, I asked for tissues to be refilled, but they forgot, so I deducted a few points.
YYINGThe breakfast was not bad, the gym, sauna and swimming pool were all available, and the room was quite big. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good and very enthusiastic. I will come here again if I have a chance~
