Harbin Nan'gang District Hotels

This stay exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I felt the meticulous attention to detail. The front desk handled check-in efficiently and professionally, and they even kindly upgraded my room. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and bath, plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were of good quality. I especially want to praise the breakfast at the restaurant – there was a wide variety of Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh. They even gave me a small gift when checking out, which was a lovely touch. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!

Upon reaching Harbin Taiping international airport after a long flight the last thing we wanted to deal with was more hassles & spending more unnecessary money. So we were pleasantly surprised to find that the airport bus to the Harbin railway station stopped right in front of the Tianzhu Hotel! On top of that it is a genuine hotel with well maintained full facilities. The bedroom is very spacious & comfortable with separate sleeping & sitting areas. Being on the 18th floor, our room was spotless, far from any noise & overlooked the square. At night when the whole city lit up we enjoyed watching the spectacular scene just outside our window! The area is surrounded by lots of eating & shopping places so we were spoilt for choice. A plus was the staff who were always smiling, attentive & helpful. Truly a well managed hotel! Being a mere short distance away from the bus station also meant that we could easily visit Unit 731, Sun Island, St Sophia’s Cathedral & Zhongyang Pedestrian Street. We had planned to train to Mudanjiang, Hengdaohezi & Changchun so being near the Harbin railway station was imperative for us. Thank you Tianzhu Hotel for the warm hospitality which was the icing on the cake to our wonderful holiday in Harbin.

I've stayed at quite a few Hampton Inns, and this one in Harbin was generally quite disappointing. Location: It's in a popular commercial area, right next to the Heilongjiang Museum. Building: Seems to be an older structure. Front Entrance: Narrow, making it difficult to get in and out of vehicles. Lobby: Decent, no major issues. Service: The front desk staff were cold and unwelcoming. I don't expect over-the-top enthusiasm, but a basic level of professionalism would be good. Room: The TV resolution was low, and the bed wobbled when I turned over; even stuffing towels under it the next day didn't help. The window was quite small and looked dirty. Bathroom: No smart toilet, and the showerhead was leaking.

The service was excellent, and the hotel's central location is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly. All the facilities are brand new and work perfectly. The location is superb, and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive. Any issues were resolved quickly, and the cleanliness was top-notch. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay, and I'm very satisfied with this experience.

Service: Absolutely fantastic! They picked us up and dropped us off, helped with our luggage, and it was a private transfer just for us. The car was also very comfortable and spacious!!! Environment: The room was super big! The restaurant environment was also very nice and comfortable!! Cleanliness: The bathroom was spotless, and since we stayed a second night, it was cleaned very thoroughly! Facilities: The restaurant even has a fridge. We had leftover 'tieguo dun' (iron pot stew), and they stored it for us. When we wanted to heat it up, they enthusiastically microwaved it for us, even using the restaurant's ceramic plates! So grateful!! You absolutely must choose this restaurant!!! There's a subway station downstairs, making it super convenient to go anywhere. Downstairs is also a BBQ street with tons of food options! Next to it is Harbin West Station, and they dropped us off at the closest point to the station, which we really appreciated! It was a huge help as we were in a hurry~!!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Harbin's 'Origin' Hongbo Square. The subway and bus stations are very close, and the breakfast is good — you definitely won't go hungry. It's also conveniently located near attractions, just over 300 meters from the Provincial Museum.

The hotel is directly opposite Harbin Station. The room was a bit small, but the bedding was decent. It's a good choice if you have an early flight, as you can catch the airport shuttle directly behind the hotel. The station is also just a 5-minute walk away. We also tried some delicious and generously portioned Hui cuisine near the hotel for dinner.

The overall environment is very clean and fresh, and the decor and design have a warm feel. There were plenty of water bottles in the room, which was great for making tea. However, I didn't get any coffee sachets, and I personally prefer coffee. The breakfast was quite substantial and filling.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, and the price during holidays was very reasonable. It's also very quiet overall, with plenty of dining options nearby. The only downside is that the water heater has a small capacity; after one person showers, the next person has to wait a long time before they can shower.

My stay at Spring Chain Hotel was an unexpectedly perfect experience! From the moment I stepped in, I was touched by the warm atmosphere and attentive service. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient with the check-in process, and patiently introduced us to the hotel's facilities and nearby attractions. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's breakfast particularly stood out, offering a wide variety of delicious local specialties. What's more, the hotel's location is superb, with convenient transportation, plenty of shopping and dining options, and it's also very close to the Harbin Institute of Technology Aerospace Museum. The Airport Shuttle Bus Line 2 stops right outside, with buses running every 15 minutes or so. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it to every traveler and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!
