I was very satisfied with the room. I arrived in the early hours and the owner proactively upgraded my room type. The cleaning lady was also very kind; she saw my room was messy and helped me sweep and clean it. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and patient. I will definitely choose this place again next time.

Taking advantage of the Gaokao holiday, I brought my beloved daughter to the Mutianyu Great Wall, and I was absolutely delighted with our choice of accommodation. The front desk lady assigned us a room that we both loved; she was incredibly thoughtful, so a big thumbs-up and a huge thank you to her! The hotel is directly across from Binhe Park, and after dinner, my daughter and I enjoyed a pleasant 2.7km stroll. The breakfast, while not extensive, was exquisite, especially the beef noodles – I was very impressed. Many thanks to every dedicated staff member. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Huairou. Wishing the hotel great prosperity and continued success!

Overall, a fantastic experience! The room was spotless and well-equipped. The bedding was soft and comfortable. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were both quick. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!

Coming to Mutianyu Great Wall, I didn't want to get up super early, so I chose to stay here for a night. The room overall was pretty good. The loft had a double bed and a single bed, and the downstairs tea area could comfortably sleep an adult as well. It felt quite spacious for three adults and two children. After checking in, we spontaneously decided to head up to the Great Wall right away. It turned out that the Great Wall in the evening was absolutely fantastic! We avoided the huge crowds and could leisurely admire the vast and magnificent scenery without any rush. The hotel's facilities were also great. It had its own children's playground, and the restaurant food tasted good. Staff helped with our luggage during both check-in and check-out, providing thoughtful and attentive service. Plus, there were so many relaxed and cozy cats sleeping everywhere, they were just adorable!

Last year, I stayed at the Lavande in Zhangjiakou during the May Day holiday. This year, I also chose the Lavande when I came to Huairou during the May Day holiday. The environment and service are the same, very comfortable. The transportation is very convenient. There are many delicious foods on the two roads on both sides of the hotel, including shabu-shabu, barbecue, and rainbow trout. It can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

It's fair to say that the hotel is simple & good enough for us senior couple travelling leisurely. It's commensurate with the room rate we paid. The room and shower are well groomed and works very well. Breakfast have enough variety ( Asian style buffett though), not extravaganza, but taste very nice some how.

I have to commend this hotel; the environment is quiet and peaceful, and the rooms have excellent natural light and ventilation. There's no dust in the corners, the bathroom is dry and odor-free, and hot water is supplied quickly with good pressure. The staff are exceptionally friendly and responsive to requests, and the facilities are well-maintained and feel new. It was a comfortable and worry-free stay, I highly recommend it to everyone!

🌿 The homestay is surrounded by green plants with aerosols, and the fairy atmosphere is floating! Here, the room type is rich, the An Manor is private and quiet, and the party is lively and the Zisu Courtyard is selected 👍🏻 🍶 In your leisure time, you can go to Zhiguan Pottery Museum to experience the hand-drawn work, and you can go to Kapibala Paradise to feed the deer. If you are tired, you can go to the group compound. The donkey meat is superb. 📍 It is not far from the Mutianyu Great Wall and the West Lake by car. During the day, you can visit the surrounding scenic spots and return to the small courtyard at night to lie flat. The thief is comfortable.

First of all, the service is very good, the quality of the hotel staff is also very high, and the hotel location is quite good. My family is hospitalized here, so I temporarily booked a hotel nearby. I believe in the standardization of the whole season, so I made a decision directly. The front desk downloaded the Huazhuhui app and gave me a free breakfast. But it's hard to give full marks to this room's facilities. 1. The trash cans are not clean; 2. This window setting is really dangerous. My partner and I were both caught, which means it is not a personal issue. Safety tips can be added; after giving suggestions to the hotel, they sent fragrance products to apologize; 3. There was a problem with the shower in room 608. Because I was going to and from the hospital for a meeting, I didn’t have time to report the problem and didn’t change the room. In short, the overall environment of the hotel is okay, the service is very good, but the facilities and supporting facilities may not be up to the expected standards.

The room was spacious and the location was convenient. The front desk service was excellent. However, the shower pressure wasn't great and the temperature was difficult to adjust, feeling a bit like an instant water heater. Also, the breakfast selection was a bit limited. Overall, I was quite satisfied.
