The service truly exceeded my expectations, and I have to give a big thumbs up and thank you! 👍🏻 My child left an Apple Pencil in the hotel room, but we didn't realize it was missing until long after we got home. I called the hotel to inquire, but the room had already been cleaned and new guests had checked in, and the pencil wasn't found. However, the hotel staff went above and beyond, communicating with various departments, re-entering the room, and meticulously searching. They finally found it tucked between the nightstand and the bed! They called me immediately to confirm and shipped it back to me. My child was thrilled to get it back! I'm so grateful for the hotel staff's diligent and thoughtful service, which saved us from a financial loss. While the hotel isn't brand new, the interior decor is clearly well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. It's clean, well-equipped, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. We requested buckwheat pillows and mineral water, and they were promptly delivered to our room after we left a voicemail. Overall, our stay was a fantastic experience!

Our overall stay was great. The guesthouse has a serene and peaceful environment, far from the hustle and bustle. Parking wasn't an issue as we drove; there were plenty of spaces in the courtyard. The front desk staff was very welcoming and proactively offered us a free room upgrade, which was a lovely gesture. The room was clean and airy, with fresh air and an expansive view. The guesthouse's courtyard is well-equipped with a large lawn, a gazebo for relaxing, and a small vegetable garden. There were also cats, bunnies, and ducklings in the yard, which the kids absolutely loved. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and provided excellent service. The only downside was the breakfast experience. Upon check-in, the staff asked for our preferred breakfast time, and we assumed the food would be ready accordingly. However, when we arrived at the agreed-upon time, there were mostly just scraps left, which significantly detracted from the experience. We hope the guesthouse can improve its breakfast service by ensuring food is kept warm and served on time. Aside from breakfast, everything else was very satisfactory.

Our stay at Yanqi Hotel was an absolutely fantastic experience, far exceeding our expectations. The hotel boasts a beautiful and tranquil environment, nestled by mountains and a lake with fresh air. Both the natural scenery and the overall design made us feel incredibly relaxed. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, meticulously maintained. We were extremely satisfied with both the quality of sleep and the overall experience during our stay. For anyone looking for a short escape from daily life and a high-quality vacation, this is definitely an ideal destination for a staycation. We especially want to thank Bingao for his thoughtful arrangements. From pre-arrival to during our stay, he provided us with very detailed and attentive assistance. As we were traveling with our baby, we inevitably encountered various small issues and last-minute requests, but Bingao always patiently helped us coordinate and resolve them, making the entire check-in process smooth and enjoyable. What touched us most was that, thanks to Bingao's arrangements, the hotel also made special preparations for our baby's birthday. This warm and heartfelt surprise created very fond memories for our family trip. We could truly feel the hotel team's care and attention to their guests, which made this birthday extra special. We sincerely thank Bingao and the hotel team for their professional service and genuine dedication. This hotel is the highest-standard one within the scenic area. To avoid the crowds, we checked in the night before to climb the Mutianyu Great Wall. Room Facilities: We stayed in a Loft Family Room. The beds were upstairs, essentially an attic, while downstairs was the living room and bathroom. Wi-Fi was provided and the signal was decent. The shower pressure was quite low, and after showering for a while, the drain became clogged and very slow. Breakfast: The hotel's breakfast was good. It was served from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM. The fried rice is highly recommended. When we went at 7:40 AM, most people had already left, so it was very quiet. Service: The service was just average. To get to our room from the hotel lobby, we had to climb stone steps, but no one offered assistance, so we had to carry our luggage ourselves. Value for Money: For just over 1,000 RMB, we got a room with one large and one small bed, including Great Wall entrance tickets, but not the cable car or chairlift. I'd say the value for money is pretty mediocre.

The hotel is in a great location, just opposite the No. 101 Middle School. Although it is close to the highway, there are few cars. They also gave us a thoughtful reminder before check-in. The room was very clean and the hygiene was very good. The front desk service was very thoughtful and careful. Although we were woken up by the alarm on the morning of the second day of check-in, the housekeeper explained it in a timely manner and gave us many gifts (cleaning and care products, bear towels, key chains, etc.) to express our apology. The children were very happy. We can actually understand that. It was a pleasant stay. We will choose again.

My child was studying at the Institute of Physics nearby, so I chose to stay at the Marriott Hotel. It's very close to the institute and the environment is beautiful and comfortable. The Infinity Bookstore in the park downstairs has a unique design and is truly a highlight. During my stay at the Marriott, I met Manager Ada Wang, who was incredibly warm and thoughtful, making me feel right at home. She made my trip very pleasant. The hotel just opened this year, and the rooms are fully equipped and luxurious, with everything you could need. The breakfast at the Western restaurant on the second floor is rich and delicious. The Marriott in Huairou will always be my top choice for a relaxing stay.

I came with my family, and the breakfast was great! As soon as I entered the lobby, it felt like a vacation. After checking in, a concierge led us to the room. The minibar drinks were a bit too simple though, not up to resort hotel standards. The service attitude was very good, but the deposit of 1000 per room felt a bit high for a hotel in the Beijing suburbs. The 'Sky Mirror' was only open from 4-6 PM, which is a bit short, and the mini-train also runs on a fixed schedule. A coconut at the lobby bar for 39? A bit pricey. The most highly recommended is the Chinese restaurant; we ate there twice, and all the dishes were incredibly delicious! You have to try it – if it weren't for calling it a restaurant! Thumbs up to the chef! We ate everything before I could even take a picture.

The location is very good, very close to Wanda, the room is clean and tidy, the decoration is still new, the layout is also very good, very warm, there is a small tea table, 8 bottles of water in the room are generous, the breakfast variety is rich, the customer service is very enthusiastic, I will stay next time.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! You can reach the foot of the Great Wall in just two minutes. The room was super clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. My in-laws, who were traveling with me, loved just relaxing in the armchair by the window, breathing in the fresh air, so much so that they said there was no need to even climb the Great Wall – just staying at the hotel was a treat in itself. There's also an adorable tabby cat at the hotel that loves getting belly rubs. Dining was convenient too; Yanxi Fishing Village is right in the courtyard, and the food portions were generous. After we came back from the Great Wall, we rested at the hotel, and the staff even thoughtfully brought us afternoon tea. It was such a warm gesture and really helped to wash away the fatigue from climbing the Wall. The scenery at Mutianyu is just beautiful! We'll definitely be back, and when we return, we'll stay here again and come to pet your cat once more!
