"I booked the hotel with a discount coupon and still they upgraded me from a studio to apartment suite. The reception and all the staff was amazing and very professional. Dry iron was not functioning well and immediately the crew provided me with a replacement. We enjoyed the sauna, swimming pool with jacuzzi. Our one night stay was enjoyable with a good value for money. Will definitely book the same hotel in the future."

"The hotel is in a very convenient location. Overall, I had a good experience staying here. The rooms were clean, the staff were cooperative and friendly, and the amenities were good. Although it is slightly expensive for the price, the quality of the stay was overall very good."

"The location is excellent, right in the city center. You can take the A1 bus directly from the airport to the hotel's doorstep. There's a 24-hour convenience store nearby, and a huge home furnishing store where you can browse. Next to that is Abu Dhabi Mall, which has various brands, designer stores, restaurants, and a cinema. The room layout in this hotel is a bit unique and unconventional, featuring a bar counter. The rooms are very spacious, and all toiletries are provided. Although the facilities show some age, they are kept quite clean. Do note that slippers are not provided. The service is standard; early check-in might not be possible, as it's generally after 2 PM. A common complaint is the bar on the 2nd floor, which has live music until after 3 AM. Light sleepers should be cautious. Also, the air conditioning is a central system, so you can't adjust it yourself, and the vent is directly above the head of the bed, which can make it easy to catch a cold."

"The hotel is located in the old town area of Abu Dhabi. The room was quite spacious. We arrived around 8 PM and checked in quickly. We were on the twelfth floor, which offered a nice view. It was my first time seeing toilet paper folded into such a cute bow 🎀, so I took a picture. I asked for an extra duvet, but they brought two blankets instead. You have to contact the front desk to get disposable slippers; they weren't in the room initially. Overall, it was clean. There's free parking, which was very convenient. The price was much cheaper than in Dubai, yet the conditions were better and the facilities newer. There are plenty of dining options nearby. Highly recommend!"

"Everything was great, and my mom and I had a wonderful stay. ① Location: It's about a 10-15 AED taxi ride from the Grand Mosque. There are taxis readily available downstairs, and the staff will help you hail one if you ask. I found these to be cheaper than ride-sharing apps like Uber. ② Room Facilities: Clean and tidy, with excellent hardware and software, including hot water. The hotel also has a private beach, and many people were sunbathing there. ③ Overall Service: Excellent. The front desk kindly upgraded our room and was very enthusiastic about explaining all the services the hotel offers. It's a shame we didn't have time to experience the abra (water taxi) for sightseeing."

"Our family had a pleasant three-night stay at VOGO Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa from 29 December to 1 January, enjoying the comfortable facilities and beautiful golf course surroundings. Overall, it was a positive experience with a few areas that could be improved. The hotel provides valet parking, which is very convenient, especially when traveling with children and luggage. Most staff we encountered were polite and helpful, although service quality can feel inconsistent at times. One minor disappointment was the check-in experience: the receptionist shook her body in a dismissive way while speaking to us, which did not match the professional standards expected of a five-star hotel. Our room was spacious and generally clean, with the highlight being the lovely golf club view from the window, which made our stay feel relaxing and resort-like. Cleanliness was acceptable, with housekeeping keeping the room in reasonable condition, though not outstanding compared with some other luxury properties. On the first day, the pump of the shower gel dispenser was not working, which was inconvenient after a long day.After we left a note for the hotel on the second morning, the issue was fixed promptly, and the dispenser worked properly for the rest of the stay, showing that the team is responsive once informed. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options including Middle Eastern and international fusion dishes that suited both adults and children. A special thanks to Ms. Getrude at the restaurant: she was very caring toward our child, spoke to her warmly, and even remembered our daughter’s name on the second day, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, this resort offers a relaxing golf-view environment, convenient valet parking, and a good breakfast selection, making it a comfortable choice for families. With some refinement in front-desk attitude and more attention to small in-room maintenance issues, it has the potential to deliver a consistently five-star experience."

"Sara was the receptionist during checkin and she was very friendly and allowed late checkout on request. Free valet parking is available. The room was spacious, clean and aesthetically very pleasing. The breakfast next morning was one of best I have had - good variety and very tasty. Even during checkout the concierge and other staff were friendly and trying their best to help with our luggage. One of my best stays in Abu Dhabi and highly recommend Sheraton Khalidiya to everyone."

"I really like this hotel, and this is not my first time staying here. I always choose it because I enjoy the overall experience. However, there are a few issues that I hope can be improved. The air conditioning in the rooms never seems to get cold enough, which makes the room uncomfortable. Also, the room has an unpleasant smell, and the pillows and duvet don’t smell fresh either. Another issue I experienced was with the room lights. They were too bright, and I couldn’t make the room dark enough at night, so I didn’t feel comfortable while trying to sleep. I hope these issues can be addressed because I genuinely enjoy staying at this hotel and would love to continue coming back."
