"Great Location near Wangfujing & Excellent Service by NOVA Location: Excellent location! Very close to Subway Line 8 (Jinyu Hutong Station). You can easily exit via in88 or APM building. There are plenty of restaurants and malls along the street towards Wangfujing Station. Travel Tip: If coming from the airport with luggage, I recommend taking Line 5 to Dengshikou Station. Walking through the alley next to the hotel is much easier for dragging luggage. Room: Great furniture layout and bathroom. The hot water is stable (temperature doesn't swing). I recommend choosing a room with a window to help ventilate the room if the heater gets too warm. Service: Special thanks to NOVA. The staff communicates very well and was extremely helpful during my stay."

"I absolutely have to leave a great review for the New Otani Chang Fu Gong, because in all my recent trips to Beijing, having stayed at places like the Beijing Hotel and Shangri-La, I haven't encountered service that met my expectations. Before that, the Marriott Executive Apartments were good. But this time, the Chang Fu Gong absolutely nailed it. From the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeeping, everything was professional. Unlike typical hotels, they didn't bang on my door early in the morning under the guise of cleaning, yet when I returned, the room was already tidied up. The quality of the food in the restaurant was also spot-on. Even though the hotel has been operating for a while, it's very well-maintained, making for a comfortable and cozy stay. The location is also excellent. Their business services are thoughtful too. I'm secretly adding this to my favorites."

2202066****The service was good, but I'm not sure why the butler assigned to me only showed up once, on check-in day! The SPA was fantastic, and of course, the most important thing for a spa is the therapist's skill. If I remember correctly, the one who served me was named Maggie! As a hotel that topped the domestic hotel prices upon opening, the actual stay experience didn't quite feel worth the money. Due to its location, the hotel's public areas are limited. Even cultural classes have to be held in guest rooms. However, this time I learned about intangible cultural heritage gold leaf painting, and the hotel provided tools, so I can continue creating at home! In summary, whether it's dining, room facilities, service details, or other aspects, the hotel still has room for improvement. Please keep striving to become a true benchmark in the hotel industry, and not just a price king!

GGuest UserI have stayed at this hotel a night. I have contacted with someone and talked for 9 minutes about scheduled a shuttle bus with the phone number at Trip.com a day ago we arrived. But there was happened several things as shown below, 1. There was no one were waiting for us at the Arrival area of the airport. 2. Then we find the information desk of the Beijing Capital International airport to ask her to call to the hotel. The phone number was the same number was talking yesterday. But the reception of that hotel was now nothing about we are arriving and told her that the shuttle bus after 8:00 PM will be 100 RMB. 3. I was confused and cached taxi, so it was only 20 RMB distance. Also the taxi driver was trying to have more money. So I gave him 30 RMB. 4. The reception of that hotel was completely nothing understand in English and seemed have no possibility to discuss about this happen. Also didn't explain us anything about breakfast time, wifi password, dining places, working time of swimming pool and sauna, also shuttle bus to the airport. 5. We have arrived at 8:30 PM, and we needed to have dinner and asked a guy from hotel about where to find restaurant and he called us a taxi and told us will be call a taxi for us, so we changed our Wechat addresses. Then the guy wrote us to catch a taxi yourselves from the street. Then restaurants cashier said no to us to call a taxi. 6. So we go out and show the hotel address to several taxies, but no one knows that address. So we walked and luckily asked a taxi who tried hard to find the hotel address and found it after long time find thought applications. But the taxi asked us much more money to take us to the hotel. But that was only 10 min drive distance. 7. I called to the room service which is pushed 0 from room phone, and a lady who was speaking in English said their manager will contact me back when I told her about shuttle bus didn't arrive. Then there are no ones contacted me back. 8. I have talked with another guy who was speaking English when I get my room, with a phone of the guy who let us to our room, he said that the swimming pool and massage will be start at 10:00 AM in the morning, but it was opened 8:00 AM when I come to the swimming pool and SPA. So I wondered why customer service of this hotel working so poor. But the hotel and room was nice, but the customer service is so poor seemed for me. I just wanted to write about this for other hotel guests to be careful. Thanks, Best regards,

SSisiluoZhejiang Ningbo welcomed its first autumn holiday, and among numerous destinations, Beijing was our definitive choice – the trip felt like a 'great northern migration of Zhejiang people'! Before departing, flights from Ningbo to Beijing soared to unaffordable prices, and high-speed train tickets sold out instantly. We eventually settled on a plan to transit overnight in Nanjing. Before the trip, I was stuck in a hotel selection dilemma: aiming for an international brand within an 800-yuan budget, but most started at 1200+ yuan, often without breakfast, which was way over budget. Ordinary local brands didn't appeal, and even slightly better-located ones like Atour or Orange Hotel Crystal were 800+ without breakfast, offering rather poor value for money. Luckily, during the 11.11 sale, I snagged a deal for Wanda Realm on Ctrip. I booked two nights to test the waters, and to my surprise, the stay exceeded expectations. The night before, we had stayed at a certain international brand hotel in Nanjing, but the experience was quite disappointing. The lobby was on the fourth floor, and the bellhop left us at the elevator entrance. With two kids and a pile of luggage, no one offered a helping hand. The front desk staff, perhaps because we used a discounted rate, grilled us with questions like we were suspects. In stark contrast, upon arriving at Wanda Realm, a doorman immediately helped us with our luggage to the front desk, handing us over to the lobby concierge – a deaf-mute young man who stood ramrod straight the entire time. He patiently waited for us to check-in, then, with a constant smile, delivered our luggage to the room and neatly arranged it. His sincere and enthusiastic attitude was a stark contrast to the previous night's coldness and instantly touched us. The hotel is indeed a bit old, so the facilities are inevitably dated. As soon as we entered the room, there was a pungent smell of cleaning agents. The housekeeper next door, hearing this, immediately brought several bottles of mineral water and helped open the windows for ventilation. Her warmth melted away all discomfort. However, there was a minor hiccup: returning to the hotel at night, we encountered outdoor construction noise. We called for service to close the window, but the housekeeping lady couldn't manage it and called an engineering staff member. Here's a small suggestion: it would be better if guest rooms provided shoe covers. To reach the window controls, the uncle took off his shoes and stepped on the sofa stool. For families with young children, there's a natural concern about hygiene issues like athlete's foot, especially since kids crawl everywhere. However, overall, the 4-day, 3-night stay slightly exceeded expectations: the front desk, concierge, and reservations department all provided professional service. You can feel the high staff stability and low turnover. This is the service legacy of a seasoned hotel.

AAnonymous UserChoosing the Regent Hotel for my business trip was absolutely the right decision! As a five-star hotel, it truly delivers on luxury, making for an excellent experience. The location deserves a special mention; it's incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. It's just a short walk to Metro Lines 1 and 5, making travel effortless. Right outside the hotel, within 100 meters, there's a shopping mall with so many shopping and dining options that you'll be spoiled for choice – all your retail and food needs are easily met! The room itself was an even bigger surprise. It was exceptionally spacious, bright, and well-lit. The floor-to-ceiling window offered an amazing view, and relaxing there while enjoying the scenery was incredibly comfortable. The facilities were also comprehensive. The pillows and mattress were perfectly comfortable; I slept soundly straight through till morning, feeling completely refreshed. Breakfast is also worth highlighting. There was a wide variety of both Chinese and Western dishes, with plenty of choices, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. I also want to especially thank the staff. They were enthusiastic and polite throughout, always thinking of the guests' needs, and providing truly attentive service. They definitely deserve a big thumbs up! I had such a pleasant stay these past few days. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the lovely Pan Pacific Beijing while visiting Beijing for the first time. After arriving on the high speed train from Shanghai to Beijing South Railway Station, I was pleased that I could board the Metro (Line 4) and ride just four stops north to the Xidan station which was just a short walk from the hotel. The Pan Pacific is ideally situated in the Xicheng District, which is close to the historic sites (e.g.; the Palace Museum / Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, the Temple of Heaven, ...) yet retains a local flair. Should one have the desire/need to shop, the Joy City and Grand Pacific malls are nearby and offer every item from cosmetics and clothes to EVs and restaurants. My 12th floor Grand Double Bed room was clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable, and well appointed (with an amazing shower). The housekeeping staff did a commendable job of cleaning and restocking my room in a timely manner at my convenience. Each day I worked out in the spacious fitness facility which was stocked with well maintained and high quality equipment (ellipticals, treadmills, weights, ...). The first floor breakfast buffet was delicious, extensive, and very reasonably priced, offering a variety of tasty Asian and Western dishes. As a non-Chinese speaker, I consulted the friendly and helpful concierge on a variety of matters. He even procured me tickets for Tiananmen Square through the WeChat mini App (a non-trivial process for non-Chinese). All of the Pan Pacific staff went out of their way to make my visit a most memorable one. Shortly after checking out, I received a phone message while traveling on the high speed train to Hangzhou. The housekeeper called to inform me that I'd accidentally left my keys and (invaluable) USB stick in the safe. Upon arriving in Hangzhou, I called the Pan Pacific and I explained the situation to an exceptionally kind and helpful Pan Pacific employee named Annie. She located the keys/USB and offered to courier them to me in Shanghai (my destination following my brief stay in Hangzhou). Sure enough, upon checking-in three days later in Shanghai, my keys/USB were promptly delivered. Thank you for going the extra mile, Annie, your compassionate treatment coupled with the outstanding service I received throughout my visit has made me a Pan Pacific Beijing convert for life. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! Without hesitation, I highly recommend the Pan Pacific Beijing. 11860103****Although the suite isn't huge, the room layout is very practical. Having two bathrooms, one for guests and one en-suite, is a thoughtful touch. The pillows in the bedroom are incredibly comfortable; the slow-rebound firm latex is perfect for anyone with neck issues. There's also a wall-mounted bench along the bed, great for sitting or placing items. The handheld showerhead had a slight buildup of limescale, causing the water to spray out a bit, so I'd suggest a quick descaling. Also, the toilet costing 18,000 was truly astonishing! Overall, a very good stay.

DDingdingshishuiThis is my fourth time in Beijing, and I chose the Four Seasons. The hotel is located by the Liangma River, and the scenery along its banks is beautiful, especially during the crisp autumn weather. The room was spacious and bright, with a comfortable and clean bathroom, exuding a charming 'old money' Chinese aesthetic. Although it has a slightly dated feel, the Four Seasons' quality control has always been consistent, professional, and efficient, making it one of my preferred hotel brands. My thanks to the front desk, concierge, and housekeeping staff for their excellent service. Not having a robotic or stiff service is truly the most valuable quality a hotel can possess.

AAnonymous UserI was in Beijing for a business trip and stayed in Sanlitun. I chose the Intercontinental, and I'm so glad I did! From the moment I checked in, GRO Chloe's warm welcome showed incredible sincerity – proactive greetings, thoughtful service, and attention to detail were all top-notch. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The location is also superb, right next to the giant outdoor screen, and super convenient for shopping and getting around. For someone like me with a packed schedule, it was truly fantastic. The staff were always available and responded quickly to any request. I even received a lovely welcome gift from the hotel, which was a really sweet touch. Next time I'm in Beijing, I'll definitely choose this place again. I've already recommended it to friends; it's truly worth experiencing!

RRocketman_66Excellent location - 1min from Beijing apm and main Wangfujing street. Lots of food around the vicinity but you got to explore a little bit. I booked a Deluxe Twin Room. It was super spacious. Automated toilet seat(open/close) with bidet. Nice bathtub though I did not use it, since it's a hassle to open/close the open concept kind of toilet/bathroom. Breakfast spread was decent but I personally think there could have been more variety. There's a few live station such as the zhajiangmien and omelette station. It was nice. A little more improvement could be made as I noticed the chef not wearing gloves. I do not mind but I just thought a 5 star hotel chef would be wearing gloves. No complains though. Reception staff was very courteous, greeting you whenever they see you. Excellent service. Cons - I think the lobby is way too small for a 5 star hotel like Hilton. There are only 2 seats and a long sofa which can sit up to 5 pax(maybe?). There are always guests around, so usually, I would have no place to sit. Though it's not an issue for me, I thought those elderly might need them. I walked around Wangfujing and noticed neighbouring hotels such as Regent, Novotel(4-star) has very huge lobby. But it is what it is. Overall - Nice place, great service staff and spacious room. Breakfast spread could be better and open concept bathroom can be automated such that it is easy for people to close the doors. Lobby size is a big minus. Loved the free toiletries/amenities next to reception area. Face oil, cleanser, toner & cream from DHC brand
