"The hotel's airport shuttle service was excellent. After landing, I contacted the hotel, and the staff informed me exactly where to meet. I was quickly taken to the hotel. The departure shuttle runs on the hour, and you can book it with the front desk staff; it leaves right on time.
The hotel's hot water dispenser was broken, but a staff member immediately boiled a kettle for me. I was very satisfied with their service.
The room had a heater, which kept it very warm. I was also happy with the other basic amenities. We only stayed one night, so there were no complaints."

"Was really great to stay here! Not as social as some hostels, but very clean and pleasant and the staff are super helpful and nice (but make sure you have an app to translate to Chinese!) There are laundry machines and dryer and you can buy laundry soap from the front for 2 yuan. They have a western toilet and a few Chinese toilets, I only had to wait one time for the western one.
The vibe and decorations of the place are also really nice and it’s next to the subway and easy to get places!
I had a really good time here and would definitely come back!
Ps if I could add anything it would be nice if we got a towel or could rent one from the front, but if you are coming bring your own.
Also there is a weird thing in Chinese bathrooms where they put the paper outside the stall? Might be wise the just bring a roll and not worry about it though I feel like they should put one in"

It took over an hour swaying on the bus to get there, and it was freezing in winter; it felt like there was no heating in the room. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is probably because the hotel offers free airport shuttle service."

"The room was absolutely perfect – spotless and incredibly tidy. I particularly want to commend how pristine the sheets and duvet covers were, which made for a truly comfortable stay. As I was traveling with my cat for an overnight stay, I was incredibly touched by how pet-friendly the hotel is; it was so thoughtful. What's more, the service was truly outstanding. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, even helping us with our luggage. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Beijing! (P.S. The main advantages are:
+ the location is perfect, 2 minutes from the metro, a shopping center nearby, the ”business district” is very pleasant, close to the center, everything is nearby
+ there is a private terrace, nice common areas
+ the common areas are clean, they always clean, there is clean linen
+ there is a refrigerator, the reception speaks some English, despite being busy, they are helpful with all questions
+ free water, washing machine and dryer
- The disadvantage is that the room was hot, the temperature on the sensors was 25-28.

To find the entrance of the hotel, you have to go alongside the left of the tower and use the lift as in the picture to go to level 5. The breakfast was a delicious buffet. The room with no external window was very quiet, clean, and functional, the mattresses large and firm but comfortable, we slept well. However, it was still a bit hot in November with no air-conditioning, so we had to leave the door open, as the corridor was cooler, but it was a bit strange for us. So, I would objectively rate the room 9/10 and the service 11/10, so 10/10 in total ;)

Open the window to a view of old Beijing's charm, with its grey hutong tiles and the red walls of the Imperial College. Close the door to find yourself enveloped in a serene, wood-toned haven. VVarsenal76You’re not going to find a better place to stay in Beijing that has 4 beds at this price! The room is conveniently located next to the Worker’s Stadium subway stop, just one stop away from line 2, which connects to everything.
That being said, it is a service apartment, not a hotel room, so lower your expectations a little. Beds are a bit hard, but not bad. Bathroom had these one time use towels in bag, and you could smell cigarettes smoke from time to time leaking in from adjoining rooms.
The place is also difficult to find, so be prepared to ask people where the building and gate entrance is. The chat function on Trip.com is just a super unhelpful AI bot.
But I would stay here again in the future if I was traveling with 5+ people and needed the extra bed.

The hotel offers airport pickup, and the driver got me to the hotel promptly. There are many restaurants nearby, so dining was very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff was lovely and provided excellent service. Five stars!

The advantage of the hotel is that it is very close to my home. Originally, it was a very festive thing to arrange for relatives and friends to stay. As a result, being treated by the waiter was not pleasant at all. First we checked in as if we all owed the front desk money. From the tone of voice to the expression, nothing makes people feel comfortable. During breakfast, because my relatives came from the countryside, I was criticized for eating too much. Because I was in a hurry to decorate the wedding venue in the morning, I said I would come back two days later to issue the invoice, but I was told by the front desk that it was not possible!

It's close to both Dongsi and National Art Museum metro stations, and you can take a taxi directly to the hotel entrance, use the subway, or grab a shared bike. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even helped us carry our luggage upstairs. Although there's no central heating in the room, the AC unit provides plenty of warmth. The window is small, mainly for ventilation. Overall, we were very satisfied; choosing this place for its location was definitely the right decision.

The location is between Shichahai and Nanluoguxiang, both of which are about a 10-minute walk away. It's also fun to explore the hutongs off the main road.
The amenities, which were hard to find online, included two plastic bottles of water, face towels, bath towels, slippers, cups, toothbrush set, shampoo, body soap, comb, soap, electric kettle, and converter plug.
However, although there is WiFi, I couldn't connect it with my Japanese smartphone no matter what I did, and the shower room in room 2209 that I stayed in had a terrible sewage smell, which was a big minus. I couldn't stand it, so I asked the staff to change my room.
Apart from that, I think it's a good hotel for the price.
