"The screen lock was broken, and I slept with the balcony glass door closed. My child was woken up by mosquito bites in the middle of the night. The room was hot, and the air conditioner was so loud that I couldn't fall asleep. I didn't ask to change rooms because it was too late. My child was bitten 5 times on his face, and it was very itchy. I called the service to ask for a mosquito repellent (there was one in the room, placed next to the desk, not on the bedside table, so it was hard to find). The hotel didn't have any spare topical medicine for itching after mosquito bites. At 2 a.m., I was worried that my child would be swollen due to allergies, so I asked someone to run errands to buy medicine. When I checked out, I told the front desk that the air conditioner in the room was loud and needed them to check it. They said very impatiently: If it disturbs us, you can help us change rooms! (Speechless, is this a matter of changing rooms?). The coffee cups in the breakfast room should also be changed. They are so frugal!"
