The front desk staff are patient, check-in was efficient, and the facilities are comprehensive. It offers great value for money and is definitely worth recommending."

"The hotel is about 1 km from the Ancestral Temple, a 6-7 minute drive away. You can park in the auxiliary road right outside, and the hotel covers the cost, which is super convenient. The lobby is very bright and well-decorated. There's a laundry room and gym on the 3rd floor, but I didn't have time to check them out. My room was on the 5th floor, and it was quite quiet, so I got some good rest. The room is also very spacious. You can voice-control 'Xiao Du' (a smart assistant), which is pretty cool, and the toilet is also smart. I had a minor issue during my stay, but it didn't really affect my overall experience. The TV is huge, but sometimes the signal would cut out the sound. I eventually figured out how to fix it. I reported it to the hotel, and they responded promptly. Overall, I was satisfied with my one-night stay."

"I waited two hours after arriving at the hotel for a room to be ready, finally checking in after 3 PM. They assigned me room 1720, but the key card didn't work. A floor attendant had to open the door for me. When I went to the front desk to get a new key card, they told me they had given me the wrong room. I didn't think much of it and got a different, slightly smaller room, but the facilities were decent. After a tiring day, I wanted to rest, but there was a constant, distinct noise. I called the front desk, and they confirmed there was no renovation or construction. The lobby manager took the call and said if the noise persisted after ten minutes, they would move me. However, the noise continued. It wasn't until my fifth call that the lobby manager explained there were three cargo elevators next door, used by property management, and he had asked them to stop. Yet, they kept running, and the noise persisted. By 10:10 PM, the lobby manager's solution was to give me two earplugs and offer a discount the next day when leadership was in, possibly moving me to a single-bed room. If I disagreed, I could check out and leave. **Service:** The on-duty manager's training is severely lacking. I went downstairs at 11 PM to find him/her, and when they couldn't resolve the issue, they just stood there silently, avoiding direct communication. Other staff members had to apologize on the manager's behalf. If there are known issues with a room, they should be addressed proactively instead of sacrificing the guest's experience and time. They should prepare better and avoid assigning elevator-adjacent rooms to customers. **Facilities:** The much-hyped Dyson hairdryer was broken, only blowing cool air. The entryway sensor light flickered constantly throughout the night due to what seemed like current interference. The electronic curtains worked well, and the whole-house lighting control system was quite good. However, with the flickering entryway light, combined with the incessant elevator and moving noises, it was no different from being in hell. Be wary of room 1726. I recommend the hotel not sell this room; it's too noisy right next to the elevators. And the hotel clearly knows this but pretends otherwise. **Hygiene:** I stepped on a giant cockroach while waiting for the elevator, it felt like crushing a plastic bottle. Nobody cleaned it up until I checked out. Unbelievable. **Environment:** I didn't take photos, but the window overlooks the city with no scenic view. I found a similar selfie taken by another guest online for reference."

"The environment is great, right by the Fisherman's Wharf with river views. Breakfast is on the top floor, the 32nd, and my child absolutely loved sitting by the window, eating breakfast, and watching the boats. The room was spacious and very clean, making for a comfortable stay. Plus, the breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and the double-skin milk was absolutely divine! The hotel staff were also very welcoming and helpful. Full marks for this hotel, I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shunde."

The windows offered a great view, the room was well-equipped, and the air conditioning was nice and cool. The washing machine was clean and hygienic, and they even had a shoe dryer! The brown sugar tea was delicious. The staff also offered a free room upgrade, which was really nice. This hotel is definitely worth recommending when visiting Foshan!"

Downstairs, there's an amazing variety of food, so much so that we couldn't try it all in a few days. The Ferris wheel park was perfect for an evening stroll after dinner. Both of them were incredibly enthusiastic. After hearing my situation, they immediately contacted the high-speed train station on my behalf and specifically retrieved my luggage. Their efficiency and effectiveness were remarkable. I'm so grateful for their help in resolving this difficult situation. It truly showed me the genuine sincerity and kindness of the people on the mainland, and I was deeply touched. The next time I visit the mainland, I will definitely choose Atour Hotel again."

"This hotel is very clean, the area here is somewhat convenient to shopping mall but have to walk about 15 minutes, besides this there are some eateries opposite the hotel and all within 5 minutes walk depending on what type of food you want. Basically is fine with me"
