A friendly heads-up: this hotel doesn't have an 'executive floor' as advertised! It claimed to have an executive twin room with two 1.5-meter beds, which is completely false! The beds are at most 1.4 meters, barely big enough for one adult and one child to squeeze in. Very important tip! Do NOT stay in room 1828! You'll be so bothered by noise that you won't be able to sleep at all! Seriously, you won't get any sleep all night! Even if you requested a quiet room before checking in, you might still end up in a room like 1828, where the freight elevator noise will keep you up all night! The only reason I'm not giving a bad review is because of their service attitude and their willingness to resolve issues! However, I had to be honest about the room's actual condition to prevent others from making the same mistake! Plus, there's a strong smell from the recent renovation in the room! I'd recommend looking at other options.

As soon as I got out of the car, the big brother from the Tmall store next door warmly invited me for tea; Foshan people are just so kind. The hotel's location is excellent, with Ancestral Temple and Nanfeng Ancient Kiln nearby, making it convenient to get anywhere. The room is large, clean, and tidy. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly, provided detailed information, and responded promptly. Breakfast is abundant and distinctive, with an unbeatable view from the 37th floor. Diagonally opposite, there's a new DNA shopping mall with Dot Dim Sum, congee hot pot, and everything you could want, so you can eat something different every day. Downstairs at the hotel, you can play billiards, watch movies, eat steamed spare ribs, get a Thai SPA – there's plenty of food, drink, and entertainment. I'd love to come back again.

I took my child out for Children's Day. Facilities: To be honest, the play facilities are a bit old, but there are many food options inside, and the prices are cheaper than X-Long. We chose the stargazing room, and my child loved it, but I hope the cleanliness can be improved. Some hidden corners weren't cleaned properly, and there was a lot of dust in the room. The hotel package included access to the amusement park, but many facilities required additional payment, which felt a bit like a rip-off. What I did enjoy was the swimming and hot springs. It feels like Changlu really wants to be a resort, but perhaps due to the current economic downturn, it hasn't been able to maintain itself well. Overall, it was still an enjoyable trip. I hope Changlu improves!
