"This stay was incredibly comfortable. The hotel was exceptionally clean; walking barefoot on the floors felt great. Right after checking in, the front desk asked me to add them on WeChat, so I could just message them with any requests. Their response time was super fast, and they even had a person deliver items, not a robot. In an age where robots deliver everything, this human touch really enhanced the experience. The front desk staff, Avery, was very patient. The breakfast had a huge variety, truly everything you could imagine, although the hot stir-fries weren't that great – something they could improve on. Overall, I'd still give it full marks."

Even though I had already left Fuzhou, the staff patiently verified my information, carefully packed my item, and helped arrange for it to be couriered. "My three-day stay at the Kempinski Fuzhou was absolutely perfect. The location is excellent, right next to Taihe Plaza and the metro station, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. The room was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, offering both local specialties and international options – I had trouble choosing! The facilities, including the gym, pool, and executive lounge, were all top-notch. Cassie provided fantastic service, proactively asking about my needs and thoughtfully offering a complimentary breakfast. I'll definitely be back for another stay."

"The competition venue was well-chosen, spacious and welcoming, and for a while, the entire hotel was filled with music – even the restrooms became practice areas! 😂 Check-in was smooth. The front desk lady (I didn't catch her name 😳) saw that my child was under 12 and proactively offered a complimentary breakfast, which was a very thoughtful service. The competition was scheduled for 4 PM, and when I requested a 3 PM late checkout, the front desk immediately made a note of it without hesitation. This is a great hotel, and the breakfast is delicious. I'd definitely consider staying here again for future concerts."

"Summary: An experience that exceeded expectations. This hotel offers great value among Fuzhou's 5-star options. The river view (as pictured) is, in my opinion, the best compared to similar room categories at the Hilton and Hyatt. The room itself is a bit dated, and the low water pressure in the shower is a minor drawback in the bathroom. The service and surrounding area are excellent. There are many dining options at Rongqiao Center nearby, and it's not far from major attractions. The lobby also sells drinks and desserts. The bedding was comfortable, and I had a very good rest."

"A hotel definitely worth a second visit! We were proactively upgraded to a river view room, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the river. The bathtub was generously sized, and they even provided a complimentary bath sachet, making for a very comfortable soak. The bedding was exceptional, perfectly balanced between soft and firm, which was ideal for my back. Complimentary drinking water was a refreshing touch, especially welcome in the summer heat. The service was impeccable. We ordered takeout and realized we didn't have crab crackers; a staff member promptly brought them to our room. The doorman was incredibly warm and attentive, always there to open and close doors, and assist with luggage – truly professional service. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including many authentic Fuzhou local specialties like Guobian (rice cake soup), Banmian (mixed noodles), Youtiao (fried dough sticks), Xiasu (shrimp fritters), and Rouyan (meat swallows), perfect for visitors to experience local cuisine. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is open for all three meals, offering set menus that are excellent value for money. Just across the street from the hotel, you'll find the riverside, a lovely spot for a relaxing stroll. A 10-minute walk to the right will take you to Rongqiao Bund No. 1, an excellent evening destination offering food, river views, and live music. Public transport is convenient, with bus route 79 nearby and the Jinxiang Road Metro Station just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The hotel is located next to Jinshan Bridge, and popular attractions like Yantai Mountain, Shangxiahang Historical and Cultural Block, Sanfang Qixiang (Three Lanes and Seven Alleys), and Suning Plaza are all just a convenient 10-15 minute taxi ride away. Food delivery services are readily available to the hotel, with options for either self-pickup in the lobby or convenient robot delivery to your room. For shopping at Aegean Sea Mall or Cangshan Wanda Plaza, a taxi is the most convenient option, costing around 10 RMB.
