But I like the hotel's environment layout more than the location. The courtyard design is very good, and some rooms can also take a bath. The breakfast place is on the second floor corridor. It is a good experience to eat breakfast while looking at the greenery outside. The breakfast is also very rich, and the fish balls and custard buns are delicious. The afternoon tea offered a wonderful selection; the jasmine tea was an unexpected delight, and the accompanying pastries were unique and delicious. The hotel was exceptionally quiet, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring our family had a truly restful sleep. Breakfast, served in the serene courtyard, was very picturesque. We highly recommend the light bites and tea eggs, which were a pleasant surprise. Travel: The location is very advantageous. It’s about ten minutes’ walk to Cryptomeria King Park or Dameng Bookstore and surrounding areas.
Hygiene: Generally good, but the floor is not mopped clean enough and you can easily step on it and leave black and gray patches on it.

We stayed on the second floor, and the staircase is located in the living room, which lacks security and isn't suitable for traveling with children. The scenery was great and the sanitary facilities were also nice👍! A small incident happened on the way. As the local electric vehicles are well developed, after chasing the blue tears that night, when we were still 1.9 kilometers away from the homestay, the electric vehicle ran out of power. I had no choice but to contact Zhang Guanjia at 12 o'clock in the night. Zhang Guanjia was very responsible and found a car to find us on the deserted roundabout road. Thank you very much🙏 for making me feel unprecedented safety. Thank you again for Zhang Guanjia's attentiveness to the guests, which made my travel during the May Day holiday feel more comfortable❤️

The B&B is located in Beiwang, between Jingsha and Changjiangao, which is just right for us. It is also close to the beach and you can go to the beach in less than ten minutes by riding an electric scooter.
The room was clean and consistent with the pictures provided. The boss is very nice and gave us a lot of travel suggestions. Pingtan beach is beautiful, the homestay is also beautiful, the boss has a cat, I will definitely come again next time:)

It's a stunning fusion of elegant vintage and Wabi-sabi aesthetics – you won't want to leave once you're here! Definitely worth a visit. The only minor suggestion would be for the glass roof to be a bit cleaner, then it would be absolutely perfect.

The room is also full of details, the smart toilet has a Q-shaped shape, and the bathtub It’s very Instagrammable. When I checked in at the B&B, I was invited to have an afternoon tea first. The service of the young man and the young lady was very considerate and his attitude was very good. I felt that it was worth it!!! The breakfast at the B&B was both beautiful and delicious. I highly recommend this trip, absolutely. There is also a swimming pool that looks very much like one on vacation in Bali. It’s great for taking photos and can be used for photos!

GGuest UserThe B&B is on the mountainside. I got to experience a stone house and was especially glad to stay here, so I didn't have to run around to see the Blue Tears. The Blue Tears was on a beach 500 meters away from the B&B. It rained on the night we checked in. I was afraid it would be noisy, but it wasn't. I slept very comfortably. However, there are more mosquitoes on the mountain. If you are going to climb the mountain, I suggest that friends who come later bring their own mosquito repellent (there are no mosquitoes in the room). The scenery here is beautiful, not many people, and it is very comfortable to walk around. The weather was not good when we came, and it is not difficult to imagine how beautiful it will be when the weather is sunny!

It was very comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a wide view, and a very large space. In the next few days, we can only book a small room. Although it is small, the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is also very good. What we can see is the trees in the garden, which is particularly artistic. If you book in advance, you can contact the store owner to ask about a larger room or a room with a better view. The one I know of that has the best view in a large room is the Black Swan 305. I wish everyone good luck in booking a satisfactory room.
2. Their B&B has several buildings. I stayed in Building 3 of Black Swan, which is a villa. It is really good. The lobby is spacious and has a table tennis table, a pool table, and a mahjong table. There is also an oversized dining table in the lobby on the first floor, which can be used for family gatherings with many people.
3. Hygiene: clean. The cleaning lady was very nice. We lost the original charger for our mobile phone and she was busy helping us find it. Thanks auntie.
4. Service: Very good. The store owner and a handsome young man are very nice and enthusiastic, and helped us coordinate the room.

Reasons for choosing: 1. Newly opened in 2024, with relatively new facilities.
2. Conveniently located within a 10-20 minute walk of Tianmeiao Beach.
Highlights:
- Brand new rooms, fully equipped with laundry and drying areas.
- Excellent value for money, with affordable prices.
- The hostess was friendly and welcoming, even offering a ride to the beach on her bicycle.
Tips:
The path leading to the B&B is the one in the last photo (near the small garbage station, flanked by wildflowers and grass). Mosquitoes are common in the evening, so please take precautions.

The inn is built on the sea, and each room can enjoy the invincible sea view, as if you are in a fairyland on earth. The hotel facilities are modern and complete, the room layout is very tasteful, and the details show human care. In particular, I would like to praise the service.
