A dedicated butler contacted us in advance, arranged pick-up and drop-off, and was on hand for luggage storage and any other needs we had. 🏠 The room amenities were incredibly thoughtful. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and a standalone bathtub – perfect for relaxing after a long day of travel. They also provided a Marshall speaker, premium toiletries, and a Dyson hairdryer, making for a truly high-quality stay. "The hotel's location is excellent, right at the entrance of Gaoxin Road subway station, making it very convenient to get around. It's only a few minutes' taxi ride to Guiyang East Station, which is a major plus, along with their outstanding service. They even provide complimentary late-night snacks like porridge, salted duck eggs, peanuts, and millet porridge, which were delicious. The hotel is very clean, with no dust anywhere. The service is great. The facilities are comprehensive; they have everything, including laundry and ironing services, so you can wash and wear your clothes right away, meaning you don't need to pack extra. The bedding is very soft, hot water is instant and always available. I particularly liked the night light, so you don't stumble in the dark if you get up at night, and the USB charging ports mean you don't need to bring a charger. The hotel's surroundings are also very pleasant. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Haizhu."

"The hotel is in a good location, the room facilities are well-equipped, the front desk was on the second floor, and now it is much more convenient to move downstairs. There is no need to turn the stairs. The front desk also gave me breakfast. I saw a few of them and their home was paid. Come back next time."

"We didn't use the hotel springs but tickets were available for every day of our stay. Great room, even in the basement with no window. The private spring was cosy. Simple room with plenty of space. Good food options nearby and plenty of places to see. I thoroughly recommend Yelang Valley (twenty-forty minutes by car)."
