"The room was large and the space was satisfactory. The hotel has been open for many years, and the cleanliness was still very good. I initially booked a business king room facing the road, which was a bit noisy. I contacted the front desk to inquire about changing rooms, and they handled it very quickly, upgrading my room and even bringing me the room key. The service was excellent."

"The hotel is in the middle of the mountain, the sightseeing bar can not go up, but there are 5 buses directly to the side door (0.5～ 1 hour shuttle bus), there are several long ladders nearby, 6 minutes walk to Guling Street, the return trip to the ladder takes 10 minutes, it is not difficult to walk. We booked a view room. Through the large glass windows, you can see the surrounding trees and red-top houses. Especially in the morning and when it rains, the fog and rain are ethereal. Sitting by the window to enjoy the scenery is particularly comfortable. The hotel room is medium in size, there are many public spaces indoors and outdoors, seats for guests to sit and rest, and the gym is not bad. The hotel provides a simple buffet breakfast, you can eat before you go out to play. Ruiyun Park Hyatt Hotel opened earlier this year. I feel that the rooms and facilities are very clean and tidy. It has been raining in Lushan these days. It feels very humid outside, but the walls and floors in the hotel feel dry. It is estimated that there is a moisture-proof design or building materials. The young people at the front desk are friendly and work hard. We all like this hotel and will come again next time."

"I booked a standard room in Wuliuju. It was probably not the weekend. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and said that it was not convenient to stay in Wuliuju in the main building on a rainy day. She upgraded it to a deluxe standard room in the main building. The aunt on the floor provided good service and watched us pull the suitcase through the door curtain. She also helped to lift the door curtain. The room is large and clean, the bedding is clean, and the bed is soft. There are quite a lot of breakfast varieties, and I am satisfied with it. I didn’t take a dip in the hot spring because it rained. I will take a dip next time."

"Super satisfied. After getting off the Lushan Cableway station, it was difficult to get a taxi on Didi. I called the hotel to inquire and someone was picked up immediately! The service attitude is very good, the hotel environment is elegant, the decoration is elegant, the space is large, and it is very comfortable. The accompanying toiletries are great, small, easy to use, and don't have a particularly strong smell. I like them very much.
