"Location was great. Right opposite the train station. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The first room I was given had a really strong smoking smell, so they gave me another room right away. The view of the city from high floor was great! Could see the whole city and the mountains surrounding the city. Every morning my room could see the sun rise and get some indoor sun bathing in the winter. The breakfast had a healthy Chinese variety. Some western bread and muffins were offered as well. The only weird part for me was the fruits - the breakfast buffet had bananas and oranges cut into halves which I saw nobody taking. Overall, the stay was totally worth it."

"It's really good. The environment is very good and the service is very friendly. The room we booked is relatively small. The manager gave us a free upgrade to the room. It's also very clean and the facilities are very convenient. I feel very comfortable during this trip. This hotel is definitely It is worth recommending. I will stay here when I come to Mudanjiang in the future. There is also a large parking lot and parking is convenient."

"Facilities: Okay, but the water pressure was weak. The shower room is right next door, so I don't know why the water pressure was so low. The door lock was broken and I couldn't lock it at all, just closed it. Cleanliness: Average. There was a pool of unidentified liquid on the sofa, and there were broken keychains in the cabinet. Ambience: Okay, the ambiance was okay, but considering the location and price, it's a bit of a steal. Service: Okay. No deposit required for check-in, and quick check-out are acceptable, but other aspects could be improved."

GGubertFirst off, a big shout-out to the hotel owner! We absolutely loved the room design. We're a family of five; my parents chose the 'Northeast heated kang bed' to relive their childhood memories, my husband and I slept on the Korean-style tatami with individual temperature control, and our daughter had a big bed. We each had our own space without disturbing each other. The room was spacious enough for all five of us, not cramped at all. My daughter, for the first time since we arrived in Harbin, said she finally had a meal she liked, thanks to the chef's cooking. The owner even gave us a discount, which we really appreciate. The location is also fantastic, very close to all the attractions. I've already posted about it on my social media!

The breakfast selection is rich, the room facilities are new, and the bedding is comfortable. Overall, it's excellent value for money and a very satisfying experience. Thumbs up!👍

The owner was very welcoming, introducing us to various activities and fun places within the area. We could have breakfast in the morning and immediately start playing in the snow.

CCaomaochuanchangyanfeifeiSnow Village truly lives up to its reputation! The 5-hour drive from Harbin was definitely worth it. Honestly, before booking accommodation in Snow Village, I was completely lost. There were so many hotels and guesthouses, and I had no idea which one to choose. Considering safety and comfort, we opted for a hotel called 'Xue Zhi Xiao Zhu'. What surprised me was the five-star concierge service offered by this small hotel in such a 'small place' as Snow Village. After booking and paying through Ctrip, I immediately received a call from the hotel. They added me on WeChat and provided a full itinerary explanation and recommended routes, right up until our arrival when they helped with our luggage and guided us. This hotel is incredibly clean, and they even offer thoughtful local specialties as gifts. The food was also delicious (we tried other places, and this hotel's food was definitely tastier and reasonably priced). On our way back, the young owner enthusiastically pulled our luggage on a sled for us and dropped us off at the boarding point before leaving (he wasn't even wearing gloves in -27-degree weather – very touching). There are so many other details I won't go into one by one, but you truly get what you pay for. A business that genuinely cares for its customers is trustworthy and highly recommended. Thanks again to this hotel with five-star service hidden in Snow Village – 'Xue Zhi Xiao Zhu', see you next year!

GGuest UserThe snow was truly wonderful; in the western and northern parts of the village, the snow was 60 centimeters thick. The whole village was very quiet, perfect for immersive snow play, much better than the crowded Snow Town. If you have enough time, you can explore further east. The rooms were spacious enough, with each bed being 1.5 meters wide. The facilities looked relatively new, and the rooms were incredibly warm, but the shower water wasn't hot enough, so I didn't dare take a shower. The breakfast—plain porridge, steamed buns, and boiled eggs—was of good quality, but the kids didn't eat any of it. The small restaurants were a bit pricey, but the taste was acceptable. The most troublesome thing was transportation; you could only rely on the owner to provide a car for pick-up and drop-off. During the Spring Festival, the starting price to the scenic area and train station was about an hour, and the price was 300 yuan, which was a bit expensive.

It's such a good deal for just over 300 RMB, and breakfast was included. My girlfriend and I compared a few places, and this one was the best fit. Even though it's a bit far out, it met all our requirements and offered excellent value for money. Maybe because it's in a forest area, there were a few ladybugs, but it was no big deal. They're harmless, so we just tossed them outside. It's to be expected, I guess.
