"I booked this hotel for a business trip and unexpectedly needed to print some documents late at night. The front desk staff, despite it being so late, was incredibly helpful and printed quite a few pages for me. They were so warm and didn't seem bothered at all, and even printed them for free, which I felt a little bad about! This is a really great hotel with very enthusiastic staff. The small convenience store on the first floor is also good; I bought some nice snacks there. Highly recommend, I'll definitely come back next time!"

"Location was great. Right opposite the train station. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The first room I was given had a really strong smoking smell, so they gave me another room right away. The view of the city from high floor was great! Could see the whole city and the mountains surrounding the city. Every morning my room could see the sun rise and get some indoor sun bathing in the winter. The breakfast had a healthy Chinese variety. Some western bread and muffins were offered as well. The only weird part for me was the fruits - the breakfast buffet had bananas and oranges cut into halves which I saw nobody taking. Overall, the stay was totally worth it."

Usually, I'd bring a pile of dirty clothes home, but this time, all my worn clothes and those in my suitcase are clean. It's a joyful feeling, lightens my steps, and I don't have to worry about doing multiple loads of laundry when I get home. Breakfast: A great mix of Chinese and Western options. The coffee is rich, and every dish was delicious – no duds at all. The *dalu mian* (noodles with gravy) was particularly tasty, and only 48 RMB.
