"This hotel, under Quanzhou Culture and Tourism, guarantees excellent service and hygiene! Choosing to stay here was, in my opinion, the smartest decision of my Quanzhou trip! The hotel is conveniently located near Qiaoxiang Commodity City and Guandi Temple. The absolute best part is Pingjin Road nearby, which is full of amazing food – I couldn't even pick what to eat! I was so incredibly happy 🥰 There are shared electric scooters and bicycles right outside the hotel, making it super easy to get to West Street and the ancient city. Cruising around the ancient city on an electric scooter was incredibly freeing and blissful!"

"Traveling with family during Chinese New Year, we paid less than 700 RMB per night per room, which is usually under 300 RMB. The hotel is located in a small alley, and the surrounding area isn't the cleanest. However, the hotel itself was quite clean, and the service was decent. The breakfast, though, was really disappointing. They only had oranges and cherry tomatoes, and by 8:30 AM, many items were already gone. Due to the heavy traffic during the holiday, there weren't many dining options around the hotel. We couldn't find any electric scooters for rent and the hotel was right next to a gas station, so we ended up taking a taxi to West Street. The location is in the central area of Quanzhou, making it very convenient to visit tourist attractions."

"This is my second time in Quanzhou, and I chose to stay in the old town at Atour Light. The location is peaceful yet central, and I could easily hail a 'Xiaobai car' (a local taxi). It was also very convenient to walk to places like Hua Lane, Dongxi Street, and Guanyue Temple. The hotel isn't particularly tall, but the room space was excellent, quiet, and comfortable. Check-in was quick, and the room was clean and tidy. The showerhead was a bit worn, but thankfully it still worked. Perhaps a bit more effort could be put into facility maintenance, especially since the hotel is still quite new. The room's air conditioning could go down to 16 degrees Celsius, which was fantastic for the scorching summer heat – it truly beats many other hotels. The powerful AC ensured I slept wonderfully during my two-night, three-day stay. Atour's bedding truly lives up to its reputation. The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were incredibly warm and energetic. They greeted me proactively and helped me store and heat my food – thank you so much for your help! Also, the laundry and drying service was a lifesaver for a traveler like me. Thank you for returning my clean clothes every morning after I woke up! The hotel lobby was generally clean and spacious, and any requests made to the front desk via the room phone were followed up on very quickly. I can honestly say this was an unexpectedly perfect stay, and I would gladly choose Atour Light again next time I'm in Quanzhou. Even though I encountered a few minor issues during my stay, the duty manager quickly responded and arranged a late check-out for me. I'm very grateful to her! Before I even checked in, I received a call from the front desk, who proactively arranged my room and provided me with taxi pickup locations. This was incredibly thoughtful. I've stayed at many hotels where they don't even manage to do this in advance. Clearly, communication is key. A few small suggestions: 1. The gym had no power or air conditioning, which made it unusable when I wanted to exercise. 2. The room's mirror only had overhead lighting, no front mirror light or makeup mirror, which was inconvenient for applying makeup. 3. The chair provided in the room was significantly higher than the desk, so it wasn't a great fit. 4. During check-in, there was no discussion about breakfast or its charges; perhaps there's room for improvement in upselling. Overall, it was still excellent, but it could be even better with these improvements. Thank you for the complimentary potato chips; they were delicious. See you next time! 💕"

"This hotel is close to the Old City and very lively, with plenty of dining options and convenient transportation. There are buses and small electric cars readily available; you can flag them down or book them via an app. Like buses, you scan a QR code when you get in, pay 2 yuan per person, and they'll take you to your desired spot within the Old City. West Street, Kaiyuan Temple, Tianhou Temple, and Guanyue Temple are all nearby and easily walkable. The breakfast was also quite good. My only suggestion would be to use thinner blankets, as Quanzhou tends to be quite warm."

She was very enthusiastic, talkative, and hardworking. I give her a big thumbs up! ! ! Secondly, the overall service and hygiene of the hotel are quite good, especially the toiletries are all new and disposable. Then the dining options and environment are also good. I visited Quanzhou from February 20th to February 22nd during the Chinese New Year and booked a Wuzi Shushui King Room for two nights. 1. **Great Location:** The guesthouse is conveniently located near the entrance of Jinyu Lane, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. I was initially worried about noise since it's in a bustling area, but it turned out to be surprisingly quiet – a perfect blend of 'tranquility in the midst of activity.' The guesthouse has two buildings, and the only downside is the lack of an elevator, so you'll get some extra steps in if you're on a higher floor. 2. **Well-equipped Facilities:** You can tell the guesthouse is thoughtfully decorated. The first floor has a lounge area with a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary drinks, water, tea bags, coffee, and toothbrushes for guests, available 24/7 for relaxation and socializing. Bottled water is also available for self-service in the corridor on the second floor, which is very convenient. The rooftop even has a balcony with chairs, perfect for sunbathing and relaxing, offering views of the unique surrounding architecture. The room itself isn't huge, but it has everything you need, and the large TV provides a great viewing experience. 3. **Excellent Service:** I have to praise the service! The guesthouse provided a complimentary ticket to a traditional Quanzhou opera puppet show at a small teahouse, as well as a voucher for a 'Zhanhua' (flower headdress) experience and cultural merchandise. (Warning: avoid 'Banzhi Space' for Zhanhua! 😡💢 I’ll explain why at the end.) When I returned to the guesthouse and explained the situation to the staff, they immediately contacted the owner of the Zhanhua shop and even took me to a nearby makeup and styling store, which was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, this guesthouse is definitely worth staying at! 😆 **P.S.:** Knowing it would be crowded during Chinese New Year, I wanted to experience Zhanhua in Quanzhou. So, half a month in advance, I contacted the Zhanhua shop that the guesthouse partners with to understand the local situation, booked a time for Zhanhua and makeup, and paid a deposit. 😡 I flew all the way here, put on a mask and washed my hair that morning, and arrived on time for my appointment. However, when I entered the shop, not a single staff member helped me with clothing or offered guidance. When I asked the owner why no one was assisting me, his response was lukewarm, saying, ”How am I supposed to recommend anything to you? Just look for what you want yourself; how would I know what you like?” The other staff members also seemed indifferent; I felt completely ignored. I had an appointment for 9 AM, but he had scheduled four other customers for the same time. He claimed he could get me ready within half an hour, but fifteen minutes had already passed. I asked, ”Are you sure?” The owner then hesitated and said, ”I can't guarantee it. I can refund your deposit after half an hour.” I was so exasperated I almost laughed. What's the point of making an appointment and paying a deposit then?! I was furious, and it completely messed up all my plans.

As always, I love Orange Hotels! The lobby is spacious and bright, with free-flow coffee and its aroma filling the entire space. They also offer fresh orange and lemon water, as well as sweet, fresh oranges to try. The breakfast is quite extensive, featuring both local Quanzhou specialties and a good mix of Chinese and Western flavors. The bedding is very comfortable, allowing for a quick sleep. Every corner is spotlessly clean, and I appreciate the smart flush toilet and curtains. I'm very satisfied with the shower water pressure, which is something I always pay attention to. There's also a gym with two treadmills and a separate laundry area. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and friendly; you can ask them anything you need to know. Plus, the famous Si Dan Ginger Duck is right across the street, and it's absolutely delicious!

This guesthouse is absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, right at the entrance of Qingyuan Mountain. It's only a five-minute drive to the Minnan-Taiwan Kinship Museum. In the mornings, you can just splash some water on your face, throw on a jacket, and head out for a hike – super convenient and relaxing. The guesthouse itself is very uniquely designed, with a large terrace on the third floor where you can stargaze at night and just clear your mind – that's what a vacation should be like. The owner is a handsome young man, very warm and attentive. He even created a chat group for instant service: brewing fragrant tea, enjoying tea, planning travel routes, recommending local food... The guesthouse is newly opened, so the bathrooms, bedding, furniture, towels, etc., are all brand new. The rooms were designed by a famous designer, giving them a stylish and grand feel, and the wet/dry separation in the bathrooms is a great touch. Although breakfast is simple, it tastes good. All my friends who traveled with me gave it rave reviews, and we will definitely be back in the future.

This guesthouse boasts an excellent location, right within the West Street of the ancient city. The 3rd-floor rooftop offers fantastic views for photographing the Kaiyuan Temple twin pagodas, easily rivalling popular cafes. I personally witnessed the bedding being changed after each guest, so hygiene is definitely assured. The owner is also very friendly and welcoming. Given the low price, it's incredible value for money. Highly recommended!

I've been staying here since last year when I came back to the county town because I thought the environment was relatively new and looked clean. Last night, I actually found tissues in the quilt. At first, I was confused and thought I had dropped a tissue on the ground, so I picked it up and threw it in the trash can. Later, when I lay on the bed, there were tissues under my feet. I got up and found that there were still tissues in the quilt. I notified the front desk and they changed my room at around 2:00 in the middle of the night. It was really disgusting.

MY雾与光的旅程
Stayed at Allston Hotel (Anxi County Government Store) during my trip to Anxi and overall it was quite a pleasant stay. The location is very convenient, close to the main road and not far from local attractions and restaurants, which makes travelling around the area easy. Even though it is near the road, the room was relatively quiet at night, so it didn’t affect the rest at all. The front desk service was excellent. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in, and they were quick to assist whenever needed. Special mention to the front desk lady very polite, attentive, and yes… quite pretty too! One small thing I would like to mention is that hotel hygiene could be improved slightly. There were some minor cleanliness issues in the room that needed more attention. However, what I truly appreciate is that after giving feedback, the front desk immediately arranged a change to a better room, which showed that they really care about guest experience and service quality. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, with good location, helpful staff, and comfortable rooms. With a little more attention to cleanliness, it would be even better. I would still recommend it for travelers visiting Anxi, especially for solo travelers or short stays.

The location is excellent, both quiet and convenient. It only takes about 15 minutes by taxi to get to any attractions or restaurants. The room design is well-thought-out and the size is just right. Downstairs, there's a supermarket and various eateries. Plus, a few minutes' walk away, there's a well-established noodle paste and dessert shop that offers bigger portions and better taste than those found near tourist spots.

The mountain air was wonderfully fresh, and the farmhouse cuisine was excellent. Our room was spotless and well-maintained. Although it wasn't tea-picking season, there were still unique activities for the kids to enjoy. We got to experience painting straw hats, decorating umbrellas, and taking a tour of the tea-making process. Overall, we were very pleased!

The location of the hotel is quite good. It was a good choice. I came to listen to Eason Chan's Quanzhou concert. I thought it was a bit far from the stadium and hesitated for a while, but it was already a relatively close hotel to the stadium in Jinjiang. After the concert, I went out and took the concert bus Line 1, which arrived in one stop. I was back to the hotel at 10:40. Next time I have the chance, I will choose this hotel again.
