"Location: Excellent! Just 400 meters from the Naha Kūkō Station west exit. There's a FamilyMart convenience store right downstairs, and the amazing SAN-A mall is next door. Okinawa DFS is also directly behind the hotel. Facilities: On the first floor, there's a free coffee machine and free manga for rent. Downside: There's no smoking area either at the hotel entrance or inside the hotel itself. The designated smoking area is located in the hotel's parking lot."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially because of the spa facilities. The spa includes a sauna, a pool, an onsen, a cold bath, showers, and everything is very clean and well-maintained. A special mention goes to the fact that the spa is tattoo-friendly for both men and women. I have three medium-sized tattoos on my arms and saw other women who were even more tattooed than me — it was never an issue. I double-checked at the front desk, and they confirmed that tattoos are accepted. I'm highlighting this because I saw some other reviews saying the spa wasn't tattoo-friendly, but that was not my experience at all. The only downside I found is that the rooms are a bit noisy — you can easily hear what's going on in the hallways throughout the day, which is unfortunate. Also, the hotel is not exactly close to the city center; it's about a 15–20 minute walk. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the spa! Oh, and the bathrooms are nice haha!"

Now for the cons: 1. **Limited Elevators:** With only two elevators, waiting times can be quite long, especially during breakfast hours. 2. **Noisy Public Areas:** Since many families stay here with children, the public areas are constantly bustling and lively. 3. **Self-Service Dining:** After finishing your meal in the restaurant, you have to clear your own dishes and return them to a designated area, and even wipe down the table. 4. **Small Rooms:** The rooms are quite compact; it's hard to move around once you've opened two suitcases. Overall, the good far outweighs the bad. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children."

"This hotel is perfectly located in the middle of Kokusai Street, with a 7-Eleven and Lawson convenience store right downstairs – super convenient! We booked a triple room for two, and it was incredibly spacious. We could easily lay out two 28-inch suitcases flat. Just a heads-up on the cleaning: the hotel doesn't clean daily. If you stay for five days, they only clean on the middle day, so you'll need to keep an eye on the room's cleanliness yourself. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided, but not replenished daily; they're only replaced on the third-day cleaning. Overall, it's still good! The location is truly excellent, and the air conditioning works really well! Plus, they even gave us three room cards, which was a nice bonus!"

"The advantage is that the rooms are very spacious, but you have to book a more expensive room type. The balcony view is fantastic, you can watch the sunset. Although it's a port, the water features and swimming pools below the commercial building are lit up at night, which actually looks pretty good. There's a convenience store right next to the lobby, which is very handy. The hot spring is nice, they gave us tickets, though the pools aren't particularly large. The downside is that the location is a 15-minute walk from the light rail, but it's close to the beach. Housekeeping is every two days; if you want it daily, you have to pay, but they do provide two days' worth of amenities and water, so it's not a big deal. Breakfast was awful, the quality was subpar, and the restaurant looked two grades below the hotel itself. There are also quite a few tour groups at this hotel because many Japanese people stay here for the hot springs. The front desk staff's English was terrible; I couldn't understand their 'curry accent,' I think they were Nepalese."

"1. The location is indeed very convenient, and it's one of the few hotels in Okinawa with a somewhat stylish decor. But besides that, it's absolutely useless; purely paid for deceiving photos. 2. The hygiene is really poor; there's dust everywhere, and the bed sheets are yellowed... 3. What I'm most dissatisfied with is the soundproofing: the mini-fridge in the room is incredibly noisy, and the corner room I booked was assigned to the lowest floor, which was terribly loud with constant thumping and banging sounds every day. Even with earplugs, it was still very noisy! 4. No drinking water was provided; who wants to go to the hallway to get water? Do they think this is a university dorm? When returning to the hotel at night, the staff standing at the entrance completely ignored guests coming in, hah..."

The hotel is strategically located next to the monorail Kenchomae Station and within walking distance of the Kokusai-dori shopping district, making it extremely convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The rooftop terrace offers a view of the city sunset, and is transformed into a stylish bar at night. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing multilingual support and local travel advice. "Our family of four stayed in a quad room with two standard beds, a sofa bed, and an additional rollaway bed. Even with all that, there was still plenty of space to move around, and they provided four sets of toiletries and slippers – we were really happy with the room. The front desk service was also very thoughtful; I accidentally lost my room key while out, and after explaining, they immediately replaced it for me without any extra charge. It was also fun to watch the monorail trains with their different liveries from the hotel window."

"Unfortunately the room wasn’t clean: hairs on the beds and hairs in the shower. (See picture) Location is not super close to the main attractions. 10 minutes walking to the mononrail. 20 minutes to the min nightlife street. Breakfast is good. Pool is fine but small."

"Probably the best hotel in the walking street area. The property feels luxurious and well-designed, with paid parking available. In the room, complimentary drinks were provided, including bottled water, Okinawan beer, and tea, which was a nice touch. What I loved the most was the bathroom design—it featured a modern standing shower instead of just a bathtub, which I personally preferred. The room itself was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable. （View from the room) The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the walking street. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and great quality. Another highlight was the soundproofing—the room was completely quiet, and I had the best sleep.
