"The location is very convenient. It's near the station and bus stops, not to mention just a short walk to Kokusai-dori. Since it's a shared room type, the comfortability of your stay largely depends on other guests. But in my case, I found no trouble with other guests. The shared facilities were good. I'd definitely stay again on my next trip to in-town Okinawa!"
The first hotel at Naha Airport!
Directly connected to Naha Airport, you can rest assured that you will have a safe and comfortable stay even if you are staying late at night or early in the morning.
"I urgently needed to find a hotel and heard there was one at Naha Airport, so I booked here. Even though I'm over 170cm tall, I could comfortably stretch my legs in the capsule. It had a TV, air conditioning (heating and cooling), and an outlet, making it a very comfortable place to sleep! The amenities were also excellent, with about six male-only shower rooms fully stocked with shampoo and even shaving supplies! The washrooms had hairdryers, cotton swabs, cups, and individual seats for over six people. There was also drinkable water, which I had after my bath. It's a great place, and I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Okinawa! Upon check-in, I also received a DOUTOR meal voucher! I booked this stay through Trip.com."

"They offer a simple breakfast. The location is in a small alley just off Kokusai-dori (International Street), about a 2-3 minute walk away. The distance to the monorail station is also acceptable, making it convenient for airport access. Overall, it's very good. Unlike some other capsule hotels where luggage is stored on a separate floor, here you can keep your suitcase with you, which makes it easy to access your belongings."

"Great location, inside Makishi Public Market. Walking distance to Kokusai street. Parking available with charges. The cabin room was clean with clean towels everyday. Toothbrush provided at the counter. Got water and ice dispenser. Check in time only available at 4pm. Then the reception counter closed at night. Downside for this place was the men shower room not available. Only can take shower at men public bath at 6ht floor, that closed at 10am till 4pm and 12 midnight till 6pm. Other than that, the men have no plave to take shower. Women shower room is available but the space was too narrow. Not gonna stay there anymore. Not a good choice."

"A great location, good value, and a comfortable bed. I slept well for 4 nights. However, although the room was spotless (clean floor etc) the bedcover was disgusting. It was covered with horrible greasy stains, probably from people eating sitting on the bed. The sheets underneath were perfectly clean, but who wants to lie in bed risking touching such a disgusting bedcover even just with their arms? Luckily it was warm, so I could take it off the bed and just used the sheet. There was also a depressing brown and dirty-looking cover on the old arm chair, so I didn’t sit in it. Why put effort into keeping the room clean and ruin it with these two disgusting (and depressing) brown covers?!"

"For the price it is a fantastic hostel if you are fine with thinner beds and limited facilities. I spent most of my time out and about so it was perfect but if you intend to spend more time in your hostel i would pick elsewhere. It was a great place to stay to save your money for food or travel."

"It is good to see staff members from 2016. The location is considered very good as it is close to the museum and shopping mall with many nice shops and a supermarket. It is appreciated they have coffee and some simple breakfast to jumpstart your day.
Most of the staff members are very kind and professional. Especially the cute tall young lady in the morning, the very professional and warm foreign lady, and the tall handsome young man who is exceptionally professional and helpful.
Generally the staff is wonderful EXCEPT that lady from Sendai. She shouldn't work at a front desk of a hotel. The front desk is across from the door, only 30 centimeters from guests but she won't even bow her head. I noticed she was cold and unfriendly to an older Japanese guest, too. It is disrespectful"

Great
GGuest UserLiked this place a lot, although the curtains for capsules are quite uncomfortable to use (noisy and hard to close properly), the big bathtub and even sauna are the greatest things after a tough day. Very clean and they even have pajamas with different sizes! As for M/L European and 3xl in Asia it is quite a nice bonus😅

CCallum Jamel AzamWhile my stay here was OK it’s a capsule hotel. It has a nice sauna and spa kind of area which is good for guests. I locked my case in the upstairs bedroom area where other people were looking at their case and when I came back, my case was open. I was very disappointed to feel that other guests may have gone through my things. It’s still basically a hostile so be careful when you’re traveling. You can leave your suitcase down at the front desk. Remember to takeoff your shoes when you enter. The staff were very helpful.

FFoufousThey send you instead for self-check in which is fine. But when you face issues with your stay then there’s no one you can directly talk to, someone from the dorm took the bed fhat was assigned to me by mistake so I just took another bed instead but the bedsheets had hair on them. I think they need to check their washing machine because the sheets seemed clean and washed so maybe the machine just needs maintenance. It’s good for budget stays with free washing machine to use, kitchen and water dispenser.

GGuest UserFor the upside, I love the hotel's close proximity to the monorail station and restaurants. Having a Lawson konbini right there at the property was a bonus; if I wanted a snack or drink, all I had to do was take the elevator down and that's it. Another upside is its ideal for solo travelers with the right amount of space for one person. With that last part said, the two downsides are the loft setting and bed. I wasn't crazy about the bed being in the upper loft, so having to go up and down the stair was a little troublesome. The bed itself wasn't entirely comfortable either, as I constantly woke up with aches. I saw another room in which the bed was at ground level while the desk and chair were above. If I had a room like that, I most likely would've handle the bed better.
Overall, there were more pros to make up for the room's layout. I understand that this layout is common in Japan, it requires getting used to it, but it's not for everyone. I would recommend for maybe a night or two rather than a week-long stay.

AAnonymous UserI had a generally comfortable and pleasant stay at this property. The facilities were adequate and well-equipped, including a kitchen area where I could cook, a microwave, and laundry facilities, which were very convenient for a longer stay.
The location is fairly good, with easy access to a nearby bus stop and monorail station. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, especially regarding key collection.
One minor downside was that there was construction work next door, which sometimes caused a bit of noise. Additionally, although the overall stay was comfortable, I tried to contact the service provider via chat for a specific need, but unfortunately did not receive a response.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good facilities and a convenient location.
GGuest UserThe room does not have luxurious equipment, but the overall is very practical. I appreciate the drying equipment in the bathroom. I have lived for many days. During the stay, I need to take out the garbage and no one cleans it. However, this is the general practice of B&B hotels. It is also normal. The accommodation location is better by car, but there are only four parking spaces. There are no paid parking spaces nearby. You need to pay attention to check-in during peak seasons. Check-in must be done before 10 o'clock. Pay attention to the late arrival. There are restaurants and convenience stores within minutes of the car. The walk is at least 10 minutes or more, so it is more suitable for self-driving passengers.
GGuest UserI left my key at the front desk, then handed it back at checkout, and didn't see any staff after that, so I didn't know what kind of service was available. It's fine if you're just staying overnight, but if you're looking for service, it might be a problem.
DDutchieOZFor my trip to Okinawa I stayed here for 3 nights. The gentle men at check in was really nice and we switched to English as best he could to help me out which was very nice. The room was good and bathroom as well. It's all you need for your stay. I booked it with breakfast included, which it was, you just have to think about it that this hotel only serves riceballs, miso out of a package and a coffee machihne for breakfast that is it. However there is a 7 eleven down the street where I got my breakfast from which is fine. While there it's a good idea to take a day ticket for the mono rail and just travel that way. I enjoyed it and got to Shuri castle and to a Urasoe Castle which I really enjoyed and it's beautiful. I would definately recommend as it's clean, easy for transport and I enjoyed my stay for sure.
LLWX72Hotel is located beside a busy road which makes getting in and out from the carpark a tad challenging during peak hours. It is also quite a distance from the monorail station, about 15-20 mins' walk. Receptionist was welcoming and friendly. The apartment was surprisingly large and clean and relatively quiet with a big washing machine and small kitchen. There was some bike revving at the back lane on fri night but otherwise peaceful. Would highly recommend if you drive.
GGuest UserThere was a feeling of cleanliness and the room was comfortable. The location was convenient and it was easy to go out for sightseeing and dining. The staff was polite and relieved. I didn't feel any inconvenience because I had enough facilities and amenities. Overall, I am satisfied with it and would like to use it when visiting Naha.
