I stayed for 4 days, arriving at the hotel before the typhoon hit. The wind started picking up around 11 AM. Since I arrived early and my room wasn't ready, I just left my luggage at the front desk. What was great was being able to use the public lounge on the second floor, which offered free alcoholic beverages, coffee, tea, and even free popcorn. The hotel also had different activities every day, which was a nice touch. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and hygienic. I didn't book breakfast, so I can't comment on the food.

I had a wonderful stay at JR Kyushu Hotel Blossom Naha Okinawa. The location is excellent, with Don Quijote, 7-Eleven, restaurants, and shopping areas all within a short walking distance. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and the parking facilities were convenient for guests travelling by car. Most importantly, the staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Okinawa and would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived, already liked the atmosphere of the lobby- bar-restaurant, which was lively, with nice lighting and the green foliage from the window wall and smell nice too, which is very important. We could early check-in in a corner room and high floor! Our purpose was to leave our bags and was surprised with rooms ready. Our room was spotless, decorated with neutral colours, very comfortable, everything was new. The only thing, the window only opens just a little bit and was hard to close it back and the faucet of the sink was just below the glass shelf and you will hit it every time you turn it on and the room lights had few individual switches, therefore was almost an all lights on or all lights off deal! Another down thing was the flip-flops which weren’t comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, with just the right amount of choices but everything available was really good. The public bath as well, everything was new, clean and with enough number of showers and the bath had the right size, decorated with simple and tasteful colours, the water was delicious. The location of the hotel was very good, just a few minutes walk to the monorail and with convenient shopping around. We enjoyed every minute of our stayed! It was excellent!

The room size was decent, and after pushing the beds together, there was enough space to open a 32-inch and a 20-inch suitcase. The lobby had a good selection of toiletries, maintaining the usual Daiwa quality. The hotel's location is excellent; after exiting Makishi Station on the Yui Rail and turning right, you can follow the elevated walkway directly to the hotel's sign – it’s very convenient and easy to find. There's a local supermarket downstairs that we visited daily, and it's also very close to Kokusai Street, just a ten-minute walk. For a family of three, the price was reasonable, making it a highly recommended choice.

A friend who stayed here before highly recommended it, even asking me to bring back the hotel's essential oils, and luckily, I managed to get some when they restocked. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; it's right across the street from the monorail station that comes directly from the airport. Walking to Kokusai Dori isn't too far either. The service was excellent, and I was lucky enough to encounter a friendly bespectacled woman who spoke Chinese (wearing a 'trainee' badge). She very enthusiastically informed me of all the important details. I appreciate that the entire hotel building is non-smoking, but it's thoughtful that they have a designated outdoor smoking area on the ground floor. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The environment was very clean, though the room was a bit small; it would be a tight squeeze if two suitcases were opened up. The location is incredibly convenient! Kokusai Street, Tomari Port, and the Yui Rail station are all within a 10-20 minute walk. Breakfast was excellent! There were some Japanese specialties like sushi and chazuke (rice with tea/broth), and it was handy to be able to take coffee to go in paper cups. However, the hotel doesn't provide disposable shower caps, and the washing machines were often occupied by clothes that hadn't been picked up after washing, making them unavailable, which was a slight inconvenience.

The photo shows the view from my room. The room was okay—simple but comfortable, and it had a large bed which was great for a good night’s sleep. However, there were a few inconveniences. The TV remote control was in Japanese, which made it difficult to use, especially for someone not familiar with the language. Another downside was the parking situation. There was no free parking available, so I had to pay for the car park each day, which added to the overall cost of the stay. While the room met basic expectations, a few small improvements could have made the experience much better.

Checked in on a typhoon day, the streets were completely deserted 🌪️, and all the restaurants were closed. But the hotel became our strongest support! I was worried we'd be stuck eating instant noodles in the storm, but the hotel really went into 'fan-favorite mode' 💗: ✅ Heartwarming rescue 🆘: They gave out free, steaming hot curry rice 🍛 in the lobby. For stranded travelers, that warm meal was a lifesaver! ✅ Unlimited refills: The Club Lounge was incredibly well-stocked! Not only did they have various juices 🧃 and alcoholic beverages 🍾, but also Okinawan must-tries like peanut tofu (Jiimami Tofu) and Blue Seal ice cream 🍦. I really want to emphasize: the desserts and hot food here truly comforted me ❤️

HOTEL SANSUI NAHA Ryukyu Onsen Naminoue-no-Yu: City Hot Spring Accommodation Blending Convenience with Reality I recently stayed at HOTEL SANSUI NAHA Ryukyu Onsen Naminoue-no-Yu, and overall, it's a city hot spring hotel that offers both excellent transportation and a resort-like atmosphere. Its most appealing aspect is undoubtedly its location. The hotel is about a five-minute walk from Naminoue Shrine and conveniently close to Naminoue Beach, making it an ideal base for those planning a leisurely trip to Naha city. You can stroll to the beach during the day to enjoy the sea views, then return to the hotel in the evening to soak in the hot springs, effectively relieving the day's fatigue. The hotel's natural hot spring originates from approximately 500 meters underground, and its well-equipped open-air baths and saunas add an extra layer of relaxation to the stay. (Ryukyu Resort) While there were front desk staff to assist during check-in, the process was mainly completed via self-service machines. This isn't difficult for travelers familiar with self-service operations, but first-time users might need a bit of time to adjust. The overall process is quite modernized, which also helps reduce waiting times. However, there's one point about this hotel that must be understood before booking. The hotel is located in the Naha Tsuji area, which is a more established entertainment district. At night, you'll see many adult entertainment venues, and the atmosphere of the street differs from typical tourist areas. For couples or friends traveling together, this may not be a major issue; however, families with young children might need to consider the surrounding environment when deciding if it suits their travel needs. Additionally, self-driving travelers should pay close attention to parking fees. The hotel's parking lot charges by the hour, and rates vary significantly depending on the duration of stay. Whether it's an hourly charge, a 12-hour plan, or a 24-hour plan, there's a noticeable difference in fees. If you plan to park continuously for an entire day, it's recommended to confirm the most cost-effective charging method with the front desk upon check-in to avoid unintentional additional expenses. Overall, Hotel Sansui is not a luxurious resort but a city hotel that combines convenient transportation, natural hot springs, and comfortable amenities. It's well-suited for couples, partners, or self-driving travelers as a base for exploring Naha city. If you're aware of the surrounding environment and parking regulations beforehand, you can more freely enjoy the beauty of Naminoue Shrine, Naminoue Beach, and the laid-back pace of Naha. For me, the greatest charm here isn't luxury, but the ability to soak in the warm 'Naminoue-no-Yu' after finishing my daily itinerary, truly allowing my mind and body to settle. This simple sense of healing is the most comfortable happiness in travel.

This hotel is not new but is well maintained in my opinion, we had a comfortable 5 nights stay. Located at a quiet corner in Naha city, Naha port with unblock port view. Pleasant experience with the reception though require a little guessing work when the carpark uncle tries to redirect us to the alternate open air hotel carpark, we managed with the given map, a short walk away. Basement parking at the hotel building has very limited lots, often full after sunset. Ice making machine available on our level lobby and notice microwave too at other floor. A short drive from the airport. A bakery, 7-11 and souvenir shop on ground level, complimentary hot spring bath, coin laundry... There is also a supermarket less than 5 minute walk away.
