"This hotel is incredibly close to the airport, right across from it. I stayed on the eighth floor, and the soundproofing was decent, but it couldn't block out the motorbike noise. The service was generally good. However, there was a slight sewer smell coming from the bathroom, and the hairdryer's power was a bit weak. They offer in-room massage services, but you have to go to the front desk to pay by card immediately after your massage. The pool is shallow, with live music by the poolside, and it's quite enjoyable for a swim, but it closes at 8 PM, so you have to make the most of it. Also, despite being close to the airport (about a 20-minute walk), the pedestrian walkways aren't very convenient; you often encounter obstacles that force you onto the road. Taking a taxi would be a better option."

"It's nice that the apartment is close to the airport and that you can use the swimming pool and the gym. But the bed is so uncomfortable and in the bathroom is a smell that's really, really disgusting, so we wouldn't go back there. There's no isolation as well, so it's very noisy too."

"Everything is good. The buffet breakfast is okay too. Location is near terminal 3 its convenient if you have flights in terminal 3. The bed is soft and we had a good sleep."

"We stayed at Then Selah Garden Hotel for one night with my wife and our child. The location is acceptable, but the hotel is not particularly classy. The amenities are limited, with only an outdoor swimming pool available. For me, the price is not very favorable considering what is offered. The parking area is quite small and operates on a first come, first served basis, which can be inconvenient. Overall, the stay was decent and manageable, but it is not really worth the price. There is room for improvement."

"My experience with 88 Courtyard Hotel was remarkable. The staff were friendly, helpful, greeted everyone and well-mannered. The best part was the nearby Baclaran Market which made shopping so convenient and affordable; and food so cheap. Housekeeping was efficient and rooms were cosy and spacious well fit for the money. The proximity to SM MOA and the airport were big bonuses. Areas that needed improvement were rusting shower rooms and, change of shampoo to foamy."

"With regards to cleanliness, it was because the floors looked dirty due to scratches or maybe grout which I understood is inevitable. I love that they have a Text Concierge Team ensuring our stay with them was perfect. This is a nice strategy especially for people who doesn’t like talking on the phone because they’re literally a text away. I’m coming back for sure! Thank you for the warm welcome 🫶🏻"

"We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Overall, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was decent but could definitely be improved. There were not many fruit options, and the breakfast selection mostly consisted of heavy meals like rice, noodles, sushi, and cakes. It was filling if you enjoy those kinds of breakfast foods, although it may not suit everyone. The hotel was very busy during all the days we stayed, so the breakfast area and common spaces were often crowded. Our room itself was fine — the sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was strong, and the toilet had a bidet, which was a nice touch. We also had a balcony facing Manila Bay and the swimming pool, and the view was lovely. The location was also a bit inconvenient as it is away from the city centre and main road, so we had to rely on GRAB transport services to get around. Unfortunately, the biggest downside for us was the noise. The hotel is pet-friendly, but they do not have designated floors for guests with pets. The receptionist informed us that all guests are mixed together. They also do not have a designated quiet floor. Because the walls are not very soundproof, we could clearly hear conversations from the next room, dogs barking, and children running along the corridor at night. We were unlucky to be placed near a dog that barked frequently, which made it difficult to rest and sleep properly. We reported the issue, and the staff did respond and likely spoke with the other guests, but of course it is difficult to fully control noise from children and pets. Another issue was that the lobby is located on a different floor level, so security did not seem very strict. Guests were able to bring multiple visitors into their rooms quite easily, and unfortunately some of them were noisy and loud late at night. Overall, while the staff service and the location/view were good, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and restful stay, and unfortunately we would not stay here again."
