"The room was fairly standard, clean and simple, suitable for business travelers. There was no mini-fridge, and the bathroom was also quite basic but had excellent water pressure. I was on the fifth floor. The breakfast was indeed quite substantial, though they were a bit slow to refill dishes later on. It was predominantly Chinese-style. The hotel's location is great. It's about 2 km from Xishi's Hometown, which is a pleasant 30-minute stroll back after an evening boat tour. Shanxia Lake is roughly 18-19 km away (a 30-minute drive), and Wuxie Scenic Area is 9 km away (15 minutes). The train station is also a convenient 10-15 minute drive. For lunch, I tried the set meal at the hotel's Qianjing Building restaurant. The portions were generous and offered great value. Overall, Zhuji's dining scene seems very budget-friendly, catering well to the average consumer. Upon checkout, I even received a small, complimentary brooch as a gift."

"A Great Stay at Hilton Garden Inn Zhuji! I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Zhuji with my two kids, and it turned out to be such a warm and wonderful experience. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, which made us feel right at home. When my phone couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi, they patiently helped me get it sorted out quickly. They also recommended some amazing local snacks in Zhuji, which was really thoughtful. What made our stay even more special was the breakfast the next morning—we got to try the famous Xishi Tofu! It was so delicious and interesting to taste this local delicacy, especially since I learned that Xishi is one of the Four Great Beauties in ancient Chinese history. Both the room and the lobby were spotlessly clean. The lobby was spacious, and there was a claw machine that my kids loved—they played there for ages and had a blast. All in all, this is a fantastic hotel that I’d definitely recommend to anyone visiting Zhuji. We had a great time and will surely come back!"

"Everything was good except that we booked room with queen bed and manager on reception gave us room with 2 single bed. And when we came downstairs to change it, he tried to charge us 200 rmb for the queen bed room. Spent about 15 min of arguing to get what we paid for. Apart that, really nice hotel"
