"This is a wonderful hotel. Good location. Next to the ticket office. From the window you can see the place of boarding on the bus, which follows to the waterfall. At the reception, the wonderful staff, not even understanding English, they were able to solve all the difficulties. The girls called a colleague who helped with the translation. In the future, she always tried to help and answer questions. Provide information about the picturesque place, gave information where the bus stop is located. Delicious breakfast, cleanliness, it was a bit cool but I still recommend this hotel."

"This hotel stay was surprisingly great. I was a little worried after reading some negative reviews, but I felt very relaxed after checking in. Some of the negative reviews were unkind. The room was large, clean, and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. Due to a change in my travel plans, I was satisfied with the room and extended my stay for another night. The breakfast was excellent. Especially considering the off-season and affordable room rates, the fact that they still provided free breakfast was very generous. The platform stated one pick-up and drop-off service, but they were always accommodating when we asked. The service was excellent; some hotels no longer provide breakfast, so I was very satisfied. I recommend them to everyone."

The parking lot is huge, and the hotel offers a timely shuttle service to scenic spots for guests. The service was warm, polite, and courteous. The only downside is that the duvet was a bit thick; Southern tourists are used to thinner blankets. Breakfast was plentiful. The restaurant downstairs had good food."

The pillows and mattress are comfortable. The biggest advantage of the hotel is that it is very close to the Huangguoshu Scenic Area Visitor Center. It takes only seven or eight minutes to walk there. There are many restaurants near the hotel. The only regret is that the bed cannot be moved and the two beds cannot be pushed together."

GGuest UserComfortable and Convenient Stay with Thoughtful Host We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room is new and modern. However, shower room tiling can be improve further for one of the family room toilet. But the other toilets in the other rooms are good. The location is good, near the second entrance of Huang Guo Shu Waterfall which only opens for day trip. It has MacDonald & bubble tea shop nearby for comfort food. However, it is a 20 min walk from the main ticketing entrance for foreigners for day and evening tickets. Though it is quite a distance, but it is better than getting stuck in the heavy traffic during this peak season. Talking a stroll, passing by the restaurants are ok. The owner is fantastic — they assisted us with one parcel collection from Taobao, which was a huge help since collecting them ourselves would have been inconvenient. They also send our family out to the main road as our 9 seater big bus is not able to enter the small lane to the homestay. To walk to the main road, there is a staircase which is about 1 min walk up. Ok for young and young seniors, but may not be very suitable for very old people with walking difficulties. Overall, this is a highly recommended stay for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a host who goes the extra mile!

GGuest UserBasic but functional hotel. Room toilet was poorly designed, without any hooks in the shower stall, such that there was a need to step directly into the room after showering. The room itself was comfortable and clean, but the poor design of the toilet caused privacy issues. Breakfast had virtually no variety, even though the noodles cooked on-demand were tasty and of good quality. Hotel staff originally seemed a little cold, but were extremely helpful in handling our baggage. Hotel is a short walk away from the main entrance of the waterfall park, close to many eateries that sell affordable food open at night.
