"On our family vacation to Ishigaki, we chose this hotel known for its 'amazing breakfast.' The location is super convenient – a direct bus from the airport to the 'Museum Mae' stop, no transfers needed. The room was a bit on the smaller side, but perfectly fine for two people. The breakfast truly lived up to its reputation! 🎉 They had specialty Ishigaki beef, Okinawan-style stew, and various fish. I even made my own seafood bowl and had some Yaeyama soba – it was incredibly satisfying! 😁 After such a filling breakfast, we didn't even need lunch, which meant more time to explore the sights, which was great! 👍 The only thing to note is that there was no room cleaning service during our stay; we had to put our trash bags outside the door ourselves each day."

"I stayed for 2 nights on a solo trip. There was also a free parking lot. The moment I entered the room, I was surprised that it was very large. It was easy to pack suitcases. It was said that it was another facility, and the wash basin in the room and the shower in the large communal bath were barrier-free. What I was worried about was that it was dark overall, such as no lighting on the dressing table. You can walk to the restaurant street, but it's a bit far."

"The accommodation was surprisingly spacious and very clean. I really liked the wooden floor, and I think it was the best value-for-money place I've stayed at while traveling in Japan. The lounge on the 5th floor, though not large, was very nice, and since it got a lot of sun, I'd often go up there to sit when I had some free time instead of staying in my room. The location was also excellent. There were restaurants and markets all within walking distance, making it easy to get around. It was stated that cleaning would be done every 4 days, but fresh towels and trash bags were hung on the door daily. I could simply return used towels to the drop-off bin and tie up the trash to be promptly removed. I didn't experience any inconvenience, and I would definitely consider staying here again."

"This hotel's location is absolutely perfect! It's within walking distance of the bustling downtown area, the port, and the bus terminal, which was incredibly convenient for dropping off shopping bags or taking a quick break from the heat. Plus, having a convenience store and a drug store right next door was a huge bonus for any last-minute needs. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean. I noticed insect repellent spray in the hallway, but I'm happy to report I didn't encounter any bugs, which was a relief. The nights were quiet, and I wasn't bothered by any noise from other rooms, allowing me to get some really good rest. What truly made this hotel special were the thoughtful and charming details – like the colorful tiled table in the room, and the lanterns provided for using the rooftop area. It was such a lovely touch. Stargazing at night and enjoying the sea view during the day was incredibly relaxing. I would definitely want to stay here again. This hotel was truly a highlight of my first trip to Ishigaki!"

"I have stayed at this group hotel many times, and  I feel happy every time. The hotel is simple, clean and basically well equipped. Compared with the previous years, the service has also been improved. The front desk staff will clearly explain the time to change towels and take out the garbage. As long as it is placed at the door of the room according to the time, it was necessary to take it to the front desk. "

"The hotel's location right near the shopping street is incredibly convenient – everything you need for dining, exploring, and shopping is within easy reach, and there are parking lots nearby. The hotel itself is very clean and odor-free, and the bathrooms are spotless. The front desk service was absolutely excellent; even with the language barrier, they were incredibly patient and used a translation device to communicate with us. If I ever get the chance to visit Ishigaki Island again, I'll definitely be staying here."

"The experience was quite disappointing. The hotel receptionists were not helpful and friendly when we ask questions face to face and through phone call. The toilet is quite small. Surprisingly there is no room cleaning service if you stay less than 3 nights, not even clearing your trash bins. During our stay, we heard repeated announcements late in the night and they were all in Japanese. Only when we translated them by our phone we realised it was about the fire alarm. A lot of other hotel residents gathered in the lobby waiting for further instructions. We saw a staff sitting in the office but until the end of the day no one give any information nor explain anything. We ended up going back to our room after our own assessment."

"The hotel has a great location, about a 4-minute walk from the airport shuttle bus. There's a dive shop right next to the hotel, making it very convenient for boat trips. It's also very close to the pier, and everything else is easily accessible. I recommend booking island activities in advance, as same-day bookings may not be available."

"I will go to the city center such as the remote island terminal of Ishigaki Island by car or bus, but there was no inconvenience because the bus stop was nearby and I was planning to rent a car. The parking lot was free and spacious, so I'm glad. The room is very new (renovated) with kitchenette cooking goods, and you can buy it at a nearby supermarket and cook simple dishes. I thought it was the best washing machine and dryer. The dryer dried quickly, probably because it was gas type. It is non stressful. I was able to use it smoothly without check-in, out or the person in charge. I drank at an izakaya in the city several times and came back by bus. However, I have to take a good look at the time and use the bus. (Because the number is small), it was 1,200 yen to the ferry terminal by taxi. (At that time). I want to use it again."

"The location is a 5-minute drive from Fusaki Beach, but since you can't use the beach for free and it's a bit far from the city center, it's just so-so. Our room was a Forest Wing room with direct access to the pool, which was convenient as it made it easy to get to the pool and the breakfast restaurant was nearby. However, the problem is that the pool is too small and there is only one, so swimming for just an hour or two gets boring, making it impossible to enjoy swimming all day long. Also, half of the rooms with direct access to the pool are located in front of the shallow toddler pool, making them not very useful for families with older children, such as elementary school students or older. If I had known in advance, I would have requested a room in front of the adult pool (which isn't very deep either) before check-in; it is a shame. Then, my child could have gone into the water to play alone while my husband and I watched from the room, and I was really disappointed that we couldn't do that. The room was really spacious and fully equipped with a large refrigerator and a washing machine, making it very convenient for our 4-night stay. The fact that the bedroom is separated from the living room is also a huge advantage. I am 200% satisfied with the room. The problem is the breakfast; the variety is too limited, and the food hardly changed throughout the four-night stay, making the last day truly miserable. However, the food generally tastes good. I recommend it if you plan to relax in your room and have little need to use the pool, but I do not recommend it if the pool and breakfast are important to you."
