Yerevan Hotels with Pools

"This hotel is right in the city center. They provided free underground parking. The room was a bit dated but clean, on the 6th floor, room #603. A full set of towels was provided. There's an ironing board and iron in the hallway. The reception staff were very friendly. They spoke Russian without any issues and were always eager to help, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was an extensive buffet – you definitely won't go hungry. The only downside is if you have a room with a great view of the square, you'll have to sleep with the window closed due to noise. I definitely recommend it!"

"We are a family of road trippers and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We were checked in immediately upon arrival at 10:00 AM. Parking is available right next to the hotel. The rooms are new, excellently equipped, with a comfortable bed, and a sofa bed was made up for our child. Breakfast is a buffet with a great selection. We highly recommend this hotel."

"Room is spacious, bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean. Do not expect the most modern style, at the end that is the least important. Breakfast was, for us, really good and tasty. Maybe for other people might be average, but it had all you need in a continental breakfast. Location is not the best. It is 40' from the airport, and another 20' from the city center. Trafic in Yerevan is chaotic and accidents happen on a regular basis, so keep that in mind if moving from or to the city. You can also go by walk to the city, but it is quite steep to come back. The pearl is the pool. We loved it. And they also have a restaurant, in case you feel lazy to go out or don't feel like ordering with Yandex."

"Pros: good breakfasts, a swimming pool, and access to the water park. Cons: there's nothing around the hotel except the water park; no shops. You have to take a taxi to Yerevan city center. The biggest disappointment was the behavior of the guys at the reception. We arrived in the morning, and they wouldn't check us in, even though our room was free and ready. They asked for double the room rate to check us in just four hours early, which we refused. After that, they allowed us to wait on a torn leather sofa in the hallway. My child and I, after an overnight flight, slept on this sofa with people walking past us. Some guests even brought us water because the hotel staff didn't offer any. They also didn't suggest we wait on a sun lounger by the pool, or leave our luggage at reception, nor did they offer us breakfast, even though we were willing to pay for it. After several hours of waiting in the hallway, we were checked into room 112, which was in terrible condition (peeling paint on the walls, dirt, torn sheets). After I said that the room was unfit for habitation, they suggested we go to another hotel. I have never encountered such an attitude in any country, and I've visited many. Two hours later, a woman came and offered to move us to the adjacent room, which was in normal condition, meaning those guys deliberately gave us a dilapidated room even though a perfectly fine one next door was available. The situation repeated itself on our check-out day. The guy at reception told us we couldn't relax on a sun lounger by the pool after checking out of our room; we had to leave the hotel immediately, regardless of the fact that our flight was in the evening and there's nothing near the hotel. My son and I stayed by the pool for a bit, after which I had to listen to this guy's complaints for a long time. Either the staff are untrained and lack any education in the hospitality industry, or this is the hotel owner's policy."

"This hotel was excellent! Both the service and cleanliness were top-notch, and my kids and I were very satisfied. We stayed for four consecutive days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's pool was a huge hit with the children, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious."
