"The hotel is clean and beautiful, both inside and out. The staff are friendly, and I have no complaints there. BUT!!! It left a bad taste in my mouth: for a 4-star hotel, you have to pay extra for a toothbrush and a bathrobe. Everything is extra here. The breakfast is standard, like you'd find anywhere else (scrambled eggs, sausages, porridge, vegetables), but it's priced like a steak dinner at a fancy restaurant 😖🤦👀! I felt like the prices within the hotel were totally unreasonable, about double what they should be. So, we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, and we bought toothbrushes 🪥 at a store for 190 drams instead of 300 drams... I have mixed feelings about this place."

"Great hotel right in the city center. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, and the wonderful Jivan restaurant is right in the courtyard. The staff are very hospitable. The housekeeping is a little lacking, but nothing critical. The room itself is fine in terms of amenities, the only thing missing is a small mirror in the bathroom, if that's an issue for you. Otherwise, it's very quiet (I haven't experienced such quiet in a hotel in a long time!), the bed is comfortable, and the pillow is comfortable! Good toiletries. The breakfast is good and varied, with a separate children's buffet that's well-stocked. They kindly extended our check-out time as much as possible (free of charge) because we had a late flight."

"This hotel is right in the city center. They provided free underground parking. The room was a bit dated but clean, on the 6th floor, room #603. A full set of towels was provided. There's an ironing board and iron in the hallway. The reception staff were very friendly. They spoke Russian without any issues and were always eager to help, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was an extensive buffet – you definitely won't go hungry. The only downside is if you have a room with a great view of the square, you'll have to sleep with the window closed due to noise. I definitely recommend it!"

"The hotel is located in a quiet, cozy spot, about a 20-30 minute walk from the city center. The hotel itself is new, with a modern interior. Our room was very spacious, with two rooms for three people. The only inconvenience was that the bathroom was accessed through one of the rooms, which can be a bit disruptive if you have different sleep schedules. The mattresses, bedding, towels, and bathrobes were all of good quality, and all necessary toiletries (shampoos, shower gels, various kits) were provided. Housekeeping was timely, and the cleaning quality was excellent. Drinking water bottles were replenished daily. The soundproofing wasn't 100% perfect, but overall, it didn't cause any major issues. Currently, the hotel doesn't have a kitchen, so we bought food from a store and had breakfast in our room. If they added a buffet, it would be even better! My overall impression of staying at this hotel is positive. I can confidently recommend it if you're prepared to stay a bit outside the bustling city center and are happy to have breakfast out or buy your own groceries. "We absolutely loved it. Clean, comfortable, with pleasant and very responsive staff. Definitely recommend. Everything was superb! Well done! What could be improved – we barely found the hotel. There absolutely needs to be a hotel name sign visible from the street. We circled around multiple times, going into various places... but the sign was inside a building that you'd never guess housed three hotels."

"This hotel was excellent! Both the service and cleanliness were top-notch, and my kids and I were very satisfied. We stayed for four consecutive days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's pool was a huge hit with the children, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious."

"Pros: good breakfasts, a swimming pool, and access to the water park. Cons: there's nothing around the hotel except the water park; no shops. You have to take a taxi to Yerevan city center. The biggest disappointment was the behavior of the guys at the reception. We arrived in the morning, and they wouldn't check us in, even though our room was free and ready. They asked for double the room rate to check us in just four hours early, which we refused. After that, they allowed us to wait on a torn leather sofa in the hallway. My child and I, after an overnight flight, slept on this sofa with people walking past us. Some guests even brought us water because the hotel staff didn't offer any. They also didn't suggest we wait on a sun lounger by the pool, or leave our luggage at reception, nor did they offer us breakfast, even though we were willing to pay for it. After several hours of waiting in the hallway, we were checked into room 112, which was in terrible condition (peeling paint on the walls, dirt, torn sheets). After I said that the room was unfit for habitation, they suggested we go to another hotel. I have never encountered such an attitude in any country, and I've visited many. Two hours later, a woman came and offered to move us to the adjacent room, which was in normal condition, meaning those guys deliberately gave us a dilapidated room even though a perfectly fine one next door was available. The situation repeated itself on our check-out day. The guy at reception told us we couldn't relax on a sun lounger by the pool after checking out of our room; we had to leave the hotel immediately, regardless of the fact that our flight was in the evening and there's nothing near the hotel. My son and I stayed by the pool for a bit, after which I had to listen to this guy's complaints for a long time. Either the staff are untrained and lack any education in the hospitality industry, or this is the hotel owner's policy."
