LiudmilaPlThe apartment is centrally located, within walking distance of Vernissage and Republic Square. It's a very quiet place, which is a big plus. We've stayed in a large hotel nearby in the same area before. There's a good Carrefour supermarket right next door that has everything you need and is open until 2 AM. The staff are pleasant, and the lobby is nice. The room itself is no-frills but comes with a kitchenette, which is super convenient for grabbing a snack or enjoying some wine. It has a microwave, fridge, kettle, washing machine, TV, safe, slippers, hairdryer, dental kit, shampoo, gel, and soap in dispensers. There's also a mini-bar available for an extra charge. It's clean, tidy, and everything is white. Breakfast can be ordered for an additional fee, but we preferred exploring the restaurants, which is a special pleasure in Yerevan. I recommend it for all independent travelers.

IrinaKissA gorgeous hotel right in the city center! I needed help even before check-in, and the staff were happy to assist me with my plans. We were celebrating my sister's birthday, and the hotel gave us a delicious cake as a complimentary treat – it was a really nice touch! The cleanliness, impeccable service, crisp white towels and linens, and comfortable slippers were all great. The room had everything we needed for our stay, even an iron! Breakfast was delightful; everything was fresh and tasty, with a wide variety of choices. The location is the best, yet you don't hear any city noise at all. We had a very comfortable stay here!

TravelshicaThe hotel staff has a very good attitude. They are not only friendly and polite, but also let us check-in early. In addition, the hotel room is also very clean and well-maintained. In summary, the cost performance is very high!

The hotel is located well, close to many restaurants and shops. The breakfast was quite good with a generous selection of eggs, meat, cheese and desserts. The only two inconveniences we had, was that the walls are super thin. We can hear the people next to us speak in their room. The Internet in incredibly unstable, the reception drops a lot. It was so bad that work calls was unsuccessful since the Internet drops and eventually doesn’t even exist to continue the call. Livestream platforms such as Amazon Prime and Disney couldn’t livestream. Do stay here if you want to be close to all amenities but not if you need good internet for work etc.

GeminimThe room was decent, and the location was super convenient, very close to the cathedral. There's a Carrefour right across from the cathedral and a Foodetory in the adjacent mall. Plus, the City Yerevan supermarket is nearby, making it extremely handy. It's about a 2km walk from the train station and 1.5km from Republic Square. The breakfast spread was also quite good. The only downside is that there are very few power outlets in the room.

Amy1989The photos don’t do this place justice! It’s really lovely and fresh, and it seemed like our room was freshly renovated or very well cared for, and the room and bedding were spotless. The room was very spacious and well equipped. As was the reception area. The staff are lovely and very helpful (we had some issues with loud neighbours and they delicately assisted). The pool is really big and nice with lots of deck chairs and amazing views of Mt Ararat. Breakfast was great, freshly prepared and good options. The hotel is not in the centre but we found the location still convenient, we would walk into town and then Yandex back (Yandex is typically 1600AMD). We would stay again!

The location is excellent in the heart of Yerevan. The views from the windows are also fantastic, especially from the higher floors. The room is spacious. The breakfast was great; it wasn't crowded, and the selection was wide. It wasn't the standard fare, but rather interesting and delicious options. The juice was natural, and the water wasn't dyed, like in many hotels.
Among the downsides: there weren't enough disposable slippers. They promised a panoramic bar, but it wasn't working on our day. And the worst part was that the shower drain was clogged with someone else's hair, which was causing the water to drain slowly and stand at a height of 5 cm. I reported it to reception, and they sent a worker, but he said they needed a cleaner and left. The hair remained until we left the next day.

The hotel lives up to its price point, but not its star rating. Overall, it was a good experience, though the lack of teaspoons at breakfast was a bit inconvenient.

Anonymous UserThis hotel is quite a mixed bag. It's huge, and I'm sure it was luxurious back in the day. It said it was renovated, which is what drew me in. In reality, the rooms are old, and the only amenities are towels and soap. The most surprising thing was the breakfast – it would have been better if they didn't offer it at all: cottage cheese, sour cream, boiled sausages in cellophane, omelet, cheap cold cuts, and the only thing that changed was overcooked rice with carrots and buckwheat. For drinks, there was just a dispenser with hot and cold water, and instant coffee. Forget about fruits and vegetables – it's a disgrace! The lobby bar was a lifesaver. The hotel is priced a little below market, but honestly, it would be better if they charged a bit more and improved the food, or just removed it entirely so they wouldn't embarrass themselves. The staff, however, was great – kind and helpful with everything.
