The hotel environment is fantastic, with lots of tropical plants, truly a natural oxygen bar. The infinity pool offers incredible views that are truly refreshing. There are two outdoor hot spring areas with many pools, but during the off-season, only one or two are open. The staff mentioned they could open more if requested, but I found the private hot tub in the room to be perfectly fine. The water temperature was just right and very comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful, but try to go early; it gets quite crowded after 8:30 AM. The air humidity is high, so remember to turn on the humidifier once you get into your room."

"The villas are spacious and comfortable, but a bit outdated especially on the terrace. The outside swimming pool was great with a nice view. Breakfast was delicious and abundant, changing every day which is a plus. The staff was simply great, responsive and helpful . As a downside, is hard to get a Didi taxi at the hotel, you might need to get to the main entrance on the street (but the staff helped on that issue as well)."
