"The hotel room itself was better than expected for the low price (Block C). The breakfast is basically okay (increase is possible) - but: breakfast until 10 a.m. but the buffet was already cleared away at 9:15 a.m. while we were still having breakfast. When I asked about this, we were told that there is a second breakfast room and there is something else in it, we are welcome to continue having breakfast there (?). We only stayed in the hotel for one night and it was a disaster!! During the night, another guest from Block B across the street made a lot of noise from his open window, shouting and singing until about . 3am!! On the 2nd floor of Block C (below us) there were a lot of young people who imitated the one from Block B (including shouting duels between the blocks) and were terribly loud (screaming with the guy from Block B as well as singing, growling including a sound blaster on). Window. I also went to the reception during the night to complain, I was told there was security who would take care of it. But they remained invisible. I was able to successfully convince the young people myself at 2 a.m. to behave appropriately. The guest from Block C continued on its own but was no longer so audible through our closed window."

"The location is very good. It is near the tram stop and bus stop for the airport. There is a little dust on the sofa and in the nooks of the room. The hair dryer is not very good, if you have long hair you will need at least half an hour to dry it. The management system is not very good, before I checked out, someone knocked and opened my room door at 9 a.m. (check out time is 12 p.m.) I didn't know who it was but I thought it was the housekeeper. However, the receptionist is very nice and you can leave your luggage after checking out."

"This is a bit out of the way but perfect if you have a car! Parking is also free which is a bonus and they have a daily shuttle which drops you off and picks you up to and from Prague town for free! Rooms were clean and spacious, really good value for money."

"I'd say it exceeded expectations, really great!
**Facilities:** I booked an executive room with a king-sized bed and a single bed. The room was a bit small; we could fit two 26-inch suitcases, but any more would have made it cramped. The two sinks in the bathroom were very convenient, and the shower pressure was excellent.
**Cleanliness:** Very clean.
**Environment:** Overall good. It seems to be in a new district. Just a short walk south of the hotel is a bus station with several routes.
**Service:** Breakfast was fantastic! For this price, having breakfast included was a really good deal.
The only minor drawback was when I used the restroom on the first floor before leaving, the flush button handle broke off... Otherwise, everything else was excellent."

"It’s a decent hotel, though its location is a bit unusual and can feel quite deserted at night. However, the nearby Strizkov metro station provides convenient access to Prague’s main attractions.
The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. There is also a bar and restaurant in the lobby, which is handy if you’re unsure where to eat nearby. Breakfast was adequate—nothing extraordinary, just a typical Western spread with eggs, bread, juices, and so on. Overall, for the hotel’s price, I would recommend."

"When I made the booking, I had entered 3 adults and 1 child, but at check-in, they only had 3 adults in the system. That was a bit disappointing. When I showed my Trip.com booking confirmation, the hotel staff said it might have been a technical issue.
Luckily, I was able to check in my son without any extra charge, but the room was only prepared for 3 adults. So my kids ended up sharing the couch. I went to the reception and kindly asked for an extra pillow and blanket, which they provided.
That’s why I can’t give 5 stars.
Parking was €35 for 24 hours, and breakfast was €20 – which I found quite expensive.
But overall, the stay was okay – the hotel was very clean and in a central location."

"The hotel is great! the only location is far from the center and silence, but trams run to the center almost every minute and at night, to Wenceslas Square for 20 minutes without problems, the stop is right next to the hotel. Cleanliness is just perfect, cleaned every day, everything is snow-white and shiny. The hotel building is old, but after renovation and everything is at the highest level, the interior is beautiful and new. Breakfast is great. We had an improved breakfast room, but on the second day a pipe broke in the room and we were immediately transferred to a family suite, even better, they apologized, they gave us a bottle of champagne and dinner at the hotel’s expense. Well done! If such a hotel was closer to the center of Prague, it would be several times more expensive. For the money, just the perfect hotel. I want to thank the staff and the hotel management for the provided comfort and cleanliness, the main thing is to maintain such a bar. We hope to come back here)"

"For a five-star hotel, the hygiene was excellent, but the facilities felt a bit dated. Specifically, there was nowhere to place my phone or other items next to the toilet in the bathroom, which resulted in my phone falling off the toilet paper holder's metal cover. Additionally, the sink was a bit shallow. However, these minor points aside, the location is a little out of the way, but it's very close to the station and within walking distance of the city center. The service was absolutely top-notch. Disposable slippers, razors, and tissues were readily available, and anything else you might need could be requested from the front desk. Overall, the experience was excellent. The hotel's atrium interior was luxuriously decorated and quite impressive."

GGuest UserProbably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in just due to the overall hospitality & it was the small things that made a difference. I was offered a glass of champagne while checking in, a couple complimentary chocolates were in my room & also a a personalised greeting card which were all nice touches.
Location was great, the walk into city centre was nice too in the good weather. It rained once in the evening while I was there & was able to get an umbrella from reception.
My room had a really nice vibe with the big Buddha statue in the corner & the bed was massive & really comfortable.
The breakfast was definitely overall the best in terms of quality of ingredients being used. I’ve been in hotels with bigger selections but lesser quality.
I can’t speak on the spa as I didn’t use it but was told it’s a very private spa & only you’ll be in there on a time you book, no other guests can use so can imagine couples would really enjoy that.
Would definitely stay here again & Prague was a great city to be honest so I will definitely return.

AAnonymous UserRidiculous staff refused to return stored luggage
I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room, facilities, and the staff who checked us in on the first day and greeted us at breakfast were nice. When I checked out on Friday, Sep 13, a staff member even offered to store our luggage before we asked. Everything was satisfactory up until this point.
Later that afternoon, we returned to the hotel and asked a middle-aged male staff member at the front desk to retrieve our luggage. He said we could not get our luggage until 4 pm, pointing to my storage receipt, which had a number 4 on it. I have never heard of such a ridiculous rule or any reason why a hotel would refuse to return stored belongings to their owners at any time of day. It just didn’t make any sense.
We repeated our simple request, and my friend added that it was an emergency—we already had a taxi waiting outside (parking was difficult, and it was raining heavily), and we didn’t have much time to get to the train station to catch our FlixBus at 3 pm. Still, the male staff member refused again, with a stern expression, repeating the same nonsensical reason.
Running out of time and patience, my friend yelled, “Are you kidding me?” At that point, the staff member finally admitted he was joking and took us to the storage room to retrieve our luggage. We were in such a hurry that I didn’t have the time or presence of mind to confront him further.
If the hotel values feedback, I hope this male staff member is made aware that this “joke” was not appreciated and that his behavior was highly disrespectful of our time.
Our sense of urgency was clear—if he knowingly decided to “tease” us in that moment, it shows a completely unacceptable level of disrespect.
I don’t intend to discourage people from booking this hotel, and it’s unfortunate, as all the other staff we encountered and everything else about the hotel were otherwise excellent. This one staff member, however, turned what could have been a perfect experience into an unpleasant one.

GGuest UserThe floor of the bath was slanted, so it was a bit slippery, and then I fell, but everything else was great, especially the little brother at the front desk, he greeted us with enthusiasm every time we put the keys, and later he knew us directly Now, when we passed by, he knew how many keys we needed in the room. Hahahaha. Going out several times a day feels like he may be a little speechless because he has to say many times a have a nice day! If you go early for breakfast, there will be small cakes and mousse cups. After all, the early birds get worms.

TTheresaThe hotel is very nice but the location is not so good. Even we drive still need to park quite far away. The staff is not very helpful, or maybe i should say she is not considerate at all. We booked the spa, but we didn't have our dinner yet while we were checking in, we mentioned many times to her that we are in the hurry for dinner, i believe if we don't eat before the spa, everything will closed afterwards, but she was just writing the check-in form super slowly.(I think she used half an hour just to fill up the form) In the end, we only left half an hour, run to the restaurant and pour all the food inside our mouth & run back. But in the end we found the beer spa come with some bread, also the mini bar has some sandwiches, then why don't she tell us since we asked her so many times for the food! Because the hotel is located in a very quiet place , nothing much around, there is no restaurant inside the hotel too, but we asked her if there is any food the hotel can provide and she said no!

There are a few interesting parks, breweries, and wineries nearby to walk to.
Breakfast was quite satisfactory with adequate options.
The executive lounge had a good view of the town and the castle.
The sandwich selections were good but would not change from day to day.
It appeared you need to pay extra in order to use the pool, which seemed to be odd!
Overall, this would be a hotel I would return to.

龍龍正月We paid city tax of 8 euros for a 2 night stay. Breakfast was quite good. The hotel is located on the banks of the Vltava River and the views are amazing. We booked through trip.com and got a special discount for airline ticket holders, so it was a great deal.

Ddaniel-maThe room is slightly smaller, but the breakfast is very rich and there are quiche for the Chinese. Sports facilities, bar is very full, driving to the city of Prague as long as a quarter of an hour. Very good vacation choice
