We stayed at the hotel for one night, while going from Pingyao to Zhangjiajie. We arrived at the train station in the evening, and had to take the train the following morning. The hotel offers pickup and drop-off which was very convenient and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, with snacks, tea and all the furnitures we could need. The staff was SO helpful: they ordered some food for us (everything on the app was in mandarin and we couldn't understand how to do it ourselves), recommended some local favorites, and delivered it to our room. They also helped us do laundry even though it was late in the evening, so we had clean clothes to continue our trip. All in all, our stay was excellent, and I couldn't recommend the hotel more.

everything was perfect until the last moment. rooms were clean and staff were friendly. was prepared to give a perfect review until the breakfast before checking out. the staff in charge of the noodle station was poor. promised everyone to make noodles and went missing after leading to an extremely long line and when pushed by the manager, he begrudgingly came out and made the noodles with a poor attitude. spoilt the perfect experience. will still recommend this hotel as it is clean and comfortable.

從廣東來太原出差，第一次來北方城市，入住體驗真的太好了，從落地到離店的整個過程我的心情都是無比的開心，酒店安排的接送服務非常方便，對於時間緊張的我省去了我自己找交通工具的時間，一進酒店大門就被酒店的裝修驚艷到了，工作人員服務也非常的好，我帶的行李比較多，工作人員主動幫我把行李拿到房間裏，真的讓我輕鬆了很多，酒店也提供了早餐服務，在就餐過程中服務員還擔心怕我不合胃口專門給我做了一份甜食，真的有被暖到，早餐的種類也很多是自助的方式，房間佈局也乾淨整潔，頭一次在外邊住讓我有了一種家的感覺，也可能是服務態度周到，工作忙完想的在周邊轉轉，酒店也很貼心的給我推薦遊玩吃喝，這種感覺真的非常舒服，一分價錢一分貨，以後出差還會選這裏，必須給酒店一個五星好評
