Vienna Margareten Hotels

Initial Room unfortunately not clean, there was hair everywhere on the mattress, not how it's supposed to be for a 4 star hotel. Front desk was nice enough to give me a bigger room that was definitely cleaner.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Vienna Naschmarkt. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was smooth and fast which made arrival very pleasant. The hotel feels new, clean and well maintained. Location is also very convenient, there’s a great kebab place nearby (highly recommended 😋) and a DM drugstore just next door, which was super handy during the trip. Overall, comfortable stay with good service and convenience. Would stay again!

Nice hotel, very convenient. I also made an oolong: I put the things in the box forgot to put it, thought it was lost, and complained that it was the hotel’s aunt, the hotel seriously investigated, and the result is my own problem, I am very sorry about it! Ctrip actively cooperates with it, thank you very much! recommend!

The location is convenient as it is within 10 minutes walk from the subway station, and there is a coin laundry and pharmacy in front, and Villa Mart is a 5-minute walk away. There is also a park nearby, so it is not scary to walk around unless it is too late at night.

We appreciated especially the room cleanliness and the perfect location of the hotel. The breakfast was nice and abundant: maybe it would have been better to have some espresso included in the beverage package. The beds were comfortable enough. I would suggest to add some instructions for the AC system usage and room temperature setting. I found a little bit uncomfortable the absence of a shower box; being a open shower niche, water tends to splash outside on the floor.

Well-located apartment, with several lines within a 5-minute walk. Paid parking nearby using PAYUCA. The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature. We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served. The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken. But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi. The staff was very friendly and quick.

Very good service, they greeted us when we met, the front desk was very enthusiastic, and gave us a small gift when we left. The breakfast is very diverse in Europe, and the Western food is fresh and delicious

I booked a triple room for 3 adults and first I was given a room with one bed only, so, was forced to to get back to the reception with all the things and then they gave me a room with 2 beds and a smaller folding bed. Please pay attention, that they call 15m room - ”triple”. Also, instead of proper door to the bath room, there was a sliding glass door with a hole instead of a handle which didn't provide any privacy. All the facilities were very low, like for small kids, shower cabin is extremely small, no toiletries. Poor pillows, bad matrasses. To switch AC on/off you have to call to the reception.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel! It has a stylish and trendy design, truly something different from the classic hotels. Everything was well-maintained and perfectly in order. The staff was exceptionally friendly, from the night guard and bartenders to the receptionists and breakfast staff – everyone was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was correct and sufficient, offering a good start to the day. We also greatly appreciated the special attention for the birthday we were celebrating – a lovely gesture that made our stay even more memorable! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a modern and atmospheric stay! 👌😊
