This is my second visit, what I would say is I was really lucky last time that I booked random classic room via trip.com and I was assigned the minamimirai city+harbour view 2single bed room (which is the most exp one in non suite guest room) , this time I booked for the same view but a double bed and the room is smaller. The room is still so perfect for chill vacation. Nice walk to park or JR station in early winter, convenience shop nearby , everything is fine.
Do book for Spa some weeks earlier, I just missed it this time. Hope to return in near future.
Very close to Metro line (google-san sent me to Kannai station is gave more closer station their)
Although staff-san not.good at English , but theirs service minds are top class just use translator talking , they will help you a lot
Food is also good , don't forget to have food before 9.40 am I almost forget that limit time is 9.40 am not 10.00 am as room checking out period time (have breakfast then go back to room if bate choose for get up late person)
Facility is also good 👍 and have working corner at lobby floor ,
I gib 10/10 because I don't know because I feel satisfied with out problem and they help problem that I met with others too lol
The staff are nice and helpful! The room is bigger than others and comfortable. If you want a quiet stay it will be the best choice! It has the microwave, big fridge inside the room. We love the stay here a lot!

Actually same trip with previous comment, we just made the booking separately for trying the hotel's breakfast for 1 day.
We paid for upgrading the room from studio to 1 bedroom one, a bit expensive but it's really worth for it. The room is clean and large, and with balcony that we can take great picture there, nice day and night view!! Since it's kind of service apartment, the kitchen tools are available for use, and there is a supermarket nearby the hotel, we bought food there (yummy Japanese beef...strawberry......etc.) and made sukiyaki ourselves as night snack. XD
Hotel has lounge for free coffee and tea, as well as gym room, the facilities are more than enough.
There are 2 style of set breakfast - Japanese style and West style, we chose Japanese's one and it's tasty, the fish is yum yum.
We stayed for the firework on NYE and this hotel delivered!! (Although I did go to the pier to enjoy it with the crowd). This hotel is located above Cross Gate which is a 3-4 level mall mainly of restaurants. I missed the info that they have a car park right under the building so I parked for an hour outside but that's fine. I wish it was multiple entries though. Car park is definitely challenging for bigger cars but manageable. Back to the hotel, it's typical Japanese size or even smaller if it's a two bed room. Breakfast was proper buffet style and I mean the room can fit maybe 30-40 tables if not more so you can imagine their offering is superb in both western and Japanese style. My only regret is I was too tired to walk and try each plate they offer!! Room is tiny but it can be excused by the view. Although I saw some constructions starting so the view might be blocked next time I come :( The only concern I had is that some lifts can connect to the mall bypassing the reception. So literally anyone could arrive to your door, which caught me by surprise a little.
My son and I enjoyed our stay at Far East Village Yokohama, the room has enough space , clean and well maintained. We stroll out a good 15-20 mins to find food and restaurants . And find the air cabin interesting in the evening. We crossover we see Hard Rock Cafe & Shake Shack Burgers! The hotel is easy to locate and train station sakuragicho is nearby 5 mins walk. I love that there is complimentary coffee, teas and some evenings biscuits . Though we didnt manage to try the breakfast out but I heard the laksa noodle is good!! Great service and helpful front desk .
If you ever have to visit Yokohama, and looking for affordable yet decent hotel, this is the place to stay. Phenomenal service, love the onsen like bathroom, good variety of amenities. Also they got dyson hair dryer each room. Good location to walk around and do sightseeing. Will definitely come back when we are around the area next time.
It’s an old hotel, so expect some wall dent or floor stains. Aside from that, the staffs are very friendly. It’s located near convenience store and train station. It’s also walkable to Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse.
We booked the deluxe twin room for a family of 2 adults and 2 children - ages 4 and 6.
The staff were so helpful and welcoming.
Cleanliness was impeccable.
As first time visitors to Yokohama, we thought the location was ok, however we were only getting to know the public transport towards the end of our stay so I’d recommend getting familiar with it to visit attractions more efficiently.

Yyupeng8182During this trip to Japan, we stayed at the New Grand Hotel with a deep sense of history for three nights. The hotel was simple, solemn, elegant and warm. Opposite the hotel is Yamashita Park, which has pleasant scenery, and behind it is Chinatown, which is very lively. The room was clean and tidy, the room key was unique, the staff was gentle, and some of them could speak Chinese, and they spoke it very standardly. The hotel has high-end dining and convenient shopping. During my stay, I saw someone holding a wedding in the hotel.
GGuest Userhotel:
The restaurant is on the right hand side of the entrance on the first floor. Take the elevator to the 12th floor where the check-in counter is.
As soon as you get out of the elevator, you will be shocked by the beautiful view of Yokohama Harbor outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. It's so beautiful! The counter staff is very friendly and attentive
There is a foreign currency exchange machine next to it, which is quite convenient.
Room:
Clean and tidy, with large windows so the lighting is good
transportation:
You can take the Keihin Line from Haneda Airport to Yokohama, then take the Minato Mirai Line to Motomachi-Chukagai Station and walk for 5 minutes to arrive.
It's very convenient to go to Chinatown in just a few minutes.
GGuest UserThere are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. It was easy to buy and buy.
There were all frying pans, pots, tableware, etc., so there was no problem even if cooking.
There are also beds and large, so it is suitable for large people.
AAlbert JrGood location. On the ”outskirts” of the Minatomirai area but the cable cars were just outside that could take you over there easy. Links to skybridge to get you around the Minatomirai area was also right there. If you want to explore ”old town”, to the other side was the older town and so really gave you the best of both worlds
GGuest UserThe room is clean and new
Facilities: Complete
The surrounding environment is OK, there is a 7-11 downstairs, and there are supermarkets and Lawson not far away. It is close to Kannai Station. Go left from the north exit of the station and walk straight for more than 100 meters. The front desk is on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator, the waiter can communicate in English, and the toiletries are available at the front desk. Facial cleansers, lotions, etc. are also provided, which is very good.
It is convenient to go to Sakuragicho, Yokohama Station, Chinatown, or Kamakura.

Yyue evaWhen you get to the parking lot is full, you have to drive to the public parking lot, and you have to pay another parking fee of 2500 yen per day. The place is convenient, walk out to China Street, you can walk to the park under the mountain, nearby has happiness pancake for breakfast
MMikeLSKVery strategic location but it was a bit small. For the price, it was as good as you can get, i had an extra small bed for my son, and it was rare to find a 3 bed hotel room.
RrimjunsThis is my second time staying at this hotel. I stayed here again for a live performance in Yokohama. It's close to the station and has a large public bath where you can relax, so it's very convenient and appreciated! This time, I arrived at the lobby a little before the check-in time of 3pm, but since it was the weekend before Christmas in December, there was a line of people all the way to the elevators and it was crowded, but after the staff handed out the necessary paperwork, everything went smoothly.
I would like to stay at this hotel again if I have the opportunity in Yokohama.
이이갑부We took the Blue Line from Yokohama Station and got off at Isezakichojamachi Station and walked for about 7-8 minutes.
It seemed like an old building with only the interior renovated.
The interior had a musty smell and the open windows. I was surprised that it was connected to the room next door without any partitions.
Fortunately, I slept well at night without any noise around me.
The key in the room also had an analog feel.
