I was charged for an additional 288 Swiss FR for “additional guest”. when I checked out. only because I did not put My Son’s name when I did the booking, but I booked a twin room and my son naturally stay with me. not to mention he’s my 13 year old son. they can charge me for additional breakfast. That’s totally OK. but additional person for twin room?really? And Main thing I was not told I will be charged when I checked in. That is not fair I will reflect this to Swiss tourism office.
Btw. The staff are 100% good. Very friendly but I am sickened by the strange policy.

非常差的一次入住經歷，帶小朋友入住，訂房忘記寫小朋友名字，而且小朋友才9 歲，告訴我必須收取140法郎，但是房間還是我原來的房型，確實無法理解，況且小朋友這麼小，如果是大人收取我也可以理解，非常不愉快的一次入住。一個不到12歲的小朋友跟媽媽住一起，告訴我加人了，必須收取多一個人的費用，而且 140法郎，一個小朋友哦，有沒有搞錯，太差太差了

在巧合之中入住了這家酒店，可能沒有提前預訂是臨時下單又可能是看我是一個窮學生，前台接待起初有所怠慢，不過本來我確實訂的是青旅，列車晚點錯過入住時間才破費重新訂了這裏。地理位置沒話説，窗外部分房型可以看到馬特洪峯，設施很棒，入住送了酒店定製巧克力和紅酒，mini bar裏除了含酒精飲料都是免費，早餐總體來説不錯，但沒有達到這個檔次該有的標準，french toast如同嚼蠟，不過考慮到是在瑞士，還算正常。有馬車接送站服務，引得全場路人側目，i人謹慎嘗試。

房間很不錯 地理位置優越 可以看到馬特洪峯山景 日出日落 周邊交通方便 離火車站不遠大約五百米 但是都是上坡 酒店本身有接送車 但訂酒店時候不清楚 所以下了火車還是拉着行李艱難的拉了幾百米到酒店 早餐還好 服務人員中規中矩 房間有膠囊咖啡機 有送幾瓶水 迷你吧有免費軟飲 但酒類需要收費 但是不像其他酒店會有註明什麼免費什麼需要付費 ，還是打電話問前台才知道 覺得這點應該可以改善下，有送巧克力和紅酒這點比較温馨。整體還不錯 扣分是上面説的那些事項沒有寫很清楚。

送迎サービス、受付の対応、部屋の清潔さ、景観、どれをとってもトップクラスです。値段はスイス基準で考えると許容範囲内です。スパには綺麗なサウナに加えて冷凍庫のような冷室もあるのでサウナ大好き日本人なら整い必至!朝食もとても美味しかったです
