For a truly memorable stay in Zermatt, look no further than the Traditional Julen Hotel. We travelled throughout Switzerland, and the view from our Matterhorn room was hands down the best we experienced. Waking up to that iconic peak every morning was simply breathtaking.
The service at the Julen is impeccable. The staff is incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to meet every need we had, making us feel truly welcome. Speaking of needs, be sure to grab a bite at their downstairs restaurant. The food is excellent, though the space is a little on the cozy (some might say claustrophobic) side. Don't let that deter you, though - the culinary experience is well worth it.
Overall, the Traditional Julen Hotel is a fantastic choice. Splurge on the Matterhorn room for an unforgettable view, and rest assured knowing you'll be taken care of by a truly exceptional team. Highly recommended!

餐廳質素很好，住的房間也可望到馬特洪峰，超棒！check out 後更有免付費shuttle 載我們㕿行李到火車站，大推。

haha夏天很重要，終於吾洗開窗有蟲入房
房間很大，雖然住1/F，個露台一出都見到Matterhorn個頂😛
酒店有免費shuttle bus接送車站，記得email酒店，otherwise上斜落斜就算8分鐘路都累死
房內有咖啡機和雪櫃，一開始入邊的飲品都係免費，不過第二次供應的飲品就要收錢la，冷氣時電視入邊獨立控制，same as all light on/off，都幾方便
早餐好少野食揀，側邊有兩間餐廳，我book了(-1樓)底個間食羊，not so yum yum tho
唔知點解夜晚d木頭(全間房都是木造)有聲，我就還好，我未婚夫(heehee我就係Zermatt被求婚!!!💍)好易醒過來

非常有特色的酒店，木屋裝飾很温馨，早餐不錯，在陽台上可以看雪山。酒店有去火車站的送電瓶車，可以把人和行李拉去酒店，提前聯繫預約即可。下次來采爾馬特還值得入住。

前台服務很熱情！我問了很多問題，比如黑臉羊在哪裡看，一些景點怎麼走還有班車時間之類的，小姐姐都很耐心回答～也會主動提醒温差大和房間一些設施的操作（比如空調），空調是電視操作，確實比較麻煩。房間是很温馨的小木屋，有個陽台看風景～
